Had to CLEAN MY own table, food was prepared late, was waiting for at least 5-8 minutes. Dirty place, service pathetic.

Worst service . Missing chips or worn drinks every order. They don’t even know how to cut veggies for burgers. Supposed to slice tomatoes and onions for burgers they chopped . Chips are soggy. Very bad experience 2nd time too.

There were no clean tables. Waited at the counter for too long to ask for a cloth and spray to clean a table for ourselves as no staff member would come to the counter. Quite a line of customers within minutes waiting, also wanting a clean table. Although there were more than enough staff on. Part of our order was missing, so another wait at the counter for minutes before a staff member came to the counter. There is no customer service at this store as you order at kiosk. Staff clearly aren't aware that a customer waiting should be served. Wouldn't recommend it unless going through the drive thru.

Got KFC at 4pm at raumanga, excellent because my order was correct but the young woman on the drive thru window was weirdly rude. No reason just being herself i guess. 2 stars, food good however the service needs to be at least neutral, why have negative people on the window?

Waited 25 mins at the drive thru for this. No spoon to eat my mash potatoes. No napkins. No chips? But 1 chip is at the bottom of my bag. No Moro bar??? I paid 16 dollars for this don't think I'll ever go back to that KFC hands down the worst KFC in NZ. All the workers are foreign, they barely commutate and they are super quiet. As a customer I can't stand having to ask( sorry what ) over and over because I can't hear what the person's saying through the speaker. I want my money back but I don't think that'll happen. As I never checked my food I went through drive through and trusted that my orderer would be fine. There was nobody waiting at the que either. Look at the size of my chicken... The missing items... Absolute joke. 16-17 bucks for barely enough to feed a sparrow. Avoid this place if you can. Bank street is better then raumunga KFC. Leaps and bounds better...

My experience at this KFC was rather ordinary. The staff's performance was decent, although there was a lack of smiles and it seemed like they were providing service somewhat reluctantly, which was a bit perplexing. The cleanliness of the table left something to be desired, and the food, while not terrible, was a bit on the oily side. However, a more significant issue arose from the customer base. Many of the patrons had a tough appearance that occasionally made me concerned about my own safety. In summary, my visit to this KFC was quite average. The staff's demeanor could be improved, and both the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the place left something to be desired.

The service at this kfc is shocking. 40 minutes!! Watched four others come in and wait and then leave because there was no one to serve them. When food finally arrived they threw it on the bench and yelled out a number and walked off. No smiles no thank you’s. When we got home which is an hour half away our potato and gravy had no bloody potato in it. Total rip off.

Big ups to the person who serviced us with a massive smile on her face. I think her name was Mereana or Mary Anne...not sure.... but after travelling from Taupo it was awesome to finally be greeted with such a welcoming smile. Our food was hot and we didn't have to wait long. Thank you 💜

Definitely the worst KFC I have had anywhere no exaggeration, no standards whatsoever. Wicked wings are overcooked and smelt burnt, the original recipe chicken was dripping with greasy, the potato and gravy is 80% gravy. Not much business at the time but a 20min wait time for this experience, what a bloody treat.

Hubby used the bathroom- in his words "appalling" fecal matter everywhere. (2pm visit) My tower burger- drove off then went back for a refund, was cold, sauces gone through the paper, soggy, no tomato. On confrontation I was met with attitude and seen the girl pulling faces at me over the counter about my complaint to a fellow co-worker. I stated it was not fresh and indeed looked like a return! The lad admitted it wasn't made fresh, refused a refund and made another. Given the attitude I certainly wasn't prepared to trust them nothing had been "added". This KFC needs a shake up- bloody awful. AVOID!! Be warned this is literally the worst rating I have ever given to anywhere in NZ.

There's a reason why this place has appalling reviews - yuck food. Wings were OK, chicken was the worst I've had, chips were only half full. The service lady was pleasant though.

Have been in multiple times and every time there is a long wait. One of these times, I was left at the ordering box for 10 minutes before even being spoken to and when there was no line. Especially in the evenings, there is no chicken or multiple products out of stock. One time they said all we have is buns and yet no notice is ever up to say out of stock. Constantly staff outside in groups on a break and seems to be more outside than actually working. There is the odd good staff member but they are likely to leave due to the work environment. You can often see them mucking around and hear innapropriate conversations at the window and in store. Needs new management to sort out staffing and proffessionalism.

My worst experience at a kfc ever, the girl was so rude taking my order she was an absolute clown, I ordered a tower burger and they gave me a normal chicken burger covered in some spicy sauce, and I was missing 2 pieces of chicken, now wonder the place was empty

Went in for lunch place is disgusting food over tables and floor. Ask for a cloth to clean Manager wasn't to happy with the request it took another person to complain for action and again rudeness came out. Not one smile on the staff and they didn't seem to care about serving customers. Watch to see people standing waiting trying to get their attention. If you don't like your job find another. KFC management teach your staff to have customer service bothe whangarei branches are the same rude to customers.

So sick and tired of KFC Raumanga short changing us. Twice in a row, no supercharged wrap in our packet, and this time we ordered a 6 piece value meal, and only got 5 pieces of chicken. We tried to call you and it just says out call can not be answered. What a joke. It's basic theft.

Worst service in Whangarei almost half of the The menu is not available no sugar free drinks. The stop totally Unequipped to deal with difficult situations. The server the window got aggressive and when we ask for the manager of person that is extremely young came to help us with no experience. It’s so sad it’s such a good place have such bad service.

The actual restaurant was disgusting, rubbish everywhere, all over the vacant tables, rubbish bins were overflowing and we had to ask to have a table cleaned so we could sit down to eat. This was done reluctantly by the worker, they just didn't care, I've never experienced this anywhere in other KFCs

It's nice go have KFC out of the main centre of Whangarei, it does mean I would go there. Food took FOREVER to come out and they didn't appear that busy, although I got my order upgraded to a large fries for the wait so that was a pleasant suprise. Overall it was usual KFC standards, the restaurant was clean and tidy though so would go back.

Kfc is always hit or miss, some days its fast with yuk burgers others it fresh. Or its one of thoses days where they are only serving 2 cars at a time and food is very sub part and often missing items. They never answer their phones and head office almost never gets back to you.

Worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever. 30 minute wait for our meal and when i asked how much longer it would be, the staff member told me "buddy, just hold your horses and we'll get to you when we get to you." Chips were cold, 10 pc chicken pack was all the same breast piece except for one, large potato and gravy was potato with a couple spoonfuls of gravy. Restaurant was dirty and unclean. Toilets were disgusting.

I have been to a fair number of fast food takeaways in recent times, this by far is the best! Food was Quick Hot and correct. Sounds simple but when it does what it says then it becomes excellent. To many of the big food chains have lost all care so well done KFC Whangarei!

We did drive-thru for our order. Pretty happy with our order, decent food and a good quantity. The staff who served us was very friendly. Overall a good experience.
