the
Mc
Donald’s
situated
at
international
departure(pre
security)-Honestly
an
embarrassment
for
the
Mc
Donald’s
group
to
have
such
rude,
abrupt
and
mannerless
staff
in
the
early
hours
of
the
morning
at
the
port
of
entry
and
departure
from
NewZealand.
Has
to
be
the
worst
customer
service
of
all
time.
Firstly
no
customer
service
at
the
counter,
staff
standing
aimlessly
facing
their
back
towards
customers
telling
them
to
go
use
kiosks
when
the
kiosks
directed
us
to
pay
at
the
counter.
Finally
when
an
order
was
placed,
it
took
more
than
10
minutes
to
get
one
chicken
muffin,
when
we
asked
at
the
counter-
they
said
they
were
waiting
for
chicken
and
the
manager
tells
us
“it’s
too
early
in
the
morning”.
Customers
are
paying
for
service
and
expect
good
customer
service
at
any
time
of
the
day.
Another
manager
comes
to
her
defense-
and
tells
us
with
her
hand
actions
to
“get
your
manners”.
Are
the
staff
trying
to
gang
up
on
customers
now?.If
there
is
no
service
at
the
counter,
how
will
people
carrying
cash
pay
for
orders
when
they
are
forced
to
use
kiosk-
this
has
to
be
the
worst
accommodating
maccas.
Would
highly
recommend
staff
training
and
maybe
staff
rotation.
If
managers
are
handling
customers
this
way,
only
wondering
who
would
handle
complaints.
Just
sad.
I
would
have
given
no
star
only
if
it
was
possible
for
such
bad
customer
service
and
spoiling
my
morning.
