I counted 7 people at the counter. Looking bored or joking with each other. They could do anything but they refuse. So the place is dirty and the service is as the salad dressing not existent. Cancel their franchise, please.

Very rude lady behind the counter. The food was cold and sundaes forgotten. When we did get them I saw her scraping the caramel sauce from the bottom of the container. Is was thick and sticky and yuk. Very unpleasant.

23-6-2023 ~18:00 Ordered some drinks on the self-order machine. no receipt and I did not ID order number in time. Plus I needed a receipt for work purposes. When I saw Drinks made I ask staff if that were my drinks and if a receipt could be printed out. No response and got ignored, asked another staff member a few minutes later and also got ignored. On the 3rd attempt I gave up asking for a receipt and said can I take drinks and said just take whatever. (counter had a backlog of 10-15 drinks on them)

I did not hold any sort of expectations going into this but they still managed to surprise me with how low you can go with food standards. The ingredients were not remotely fresh, and the bagel was stale. Could not finish the meal.

My order somehow took over 20 minutes. I ordered one combo it was not a large order. Took so long that I almost missed my shuttle and by that stage my drink had gone warm and food was cold. Uselessss. Wasted money.

This would have to be the worst McDonalds experience. Staff were joking amongst themselves, generally fine, but customers ignored. Coffee was awful, half spilled around the cup, burnt milk and condiments forgotten. Burgers weren’t made to request, overall upsetting.

Poor service ,staff dancing around in the back not paying any attention to customers.Food took ages and when we got it the burgers were cold and slapped together !! Looked like food literally for pigs 🐷

Rude cafe lady. She spoke to my partner rudely when he was just asking a question. The whole team should be replaced. Rude rude rude.
