Quiet room away from traffic BUT definitely not clean. Floors were stained Wash basin needed cleaning 1 cup wasn't washed Toilet seat was broken Slow to flush or had to repeat a few times Light in toilet didn't work Curtain hooks missing No reception on TV Slow internet I complained at reception the next morning & was told I should have called their emergency number who would have allocated another room but when I checked in, I was told this was the last room I will definitely avoid this place in future, which is a shame because I have stayed at their neighbouring sister motels in the past & had no issues Thanks

Booked a unit for one night and paid in full one week from booked date. Within minutes, I received news of family bereavement so canceled booking immediately. They refused to refund my payment claiming this amount as a cancellation fee. I'm told Expaedia tried on my behalf to recover payment? Ripped off!!

It was not cleaned, floors not vacuumed, old milk still in the fridge 🤮, it was a yucky stay😔

Waste of money. Never recommend to any human being. The room was disgusting. Appeared it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Dusty and dirty bathroom. Spiders and cobwebs. Pillows, bedsheets, and towels had stains on them. Stained and dirty carpets. It's not even worth giving 1 star. Photos are totally different from the actual place. Misleading. TV didn't work. Sorry to say, but I couldn't wait until next morning to leave.

Stayed 2 nights. Standard room. Kitchenette was width of the small Microwave. Basic plate and eating utensils. TV did not work GRR. No radio. Double bed was comfortable but an old blood stained pillow slip! Disappointing for the $186.00 per night.

Our stay in this hotel was horrible. False Advertisement and will never use their services again Hotel owner should be ashamed and have his hotels deep clean. Towels were dirty and certain things in the hotel room missing. We upgraded and what a horrible disappointment it was. Our Upgraded room smelled like wet dog which management thought nothing of. This smell literally stayed in our clothes and baggage for period of time. Hotel guests have to share facilities with the homeless, washing area was filfy and had clothing items covered with faces on it. I will never return to this hotel again. On the spur of the moment due to my husband winning tickets to a Phoenix game we booked a night in a family unit. We had our daughter. The TV wasn't working. The oven wasn't clean. There was one pot in a so called fully equipped kitchen. The toilet wouldn't stop flushing without hitting the sistern. There was one heater. We didn't even stay. We left and 2 plus weeks later we are still waiting for a refund. We are pretty easy going but this place was dreadful. If I'd had more time and read the reviews I'd never have booked. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Nice area. But, the rooms were poorly kept. Reception staff were unhelpful. The bathroom wasnt clean. Furniture had strange stains. Rooms arent as clean as in the pictures. It was a nice and enclosed space but i disliked the quality of the rooms and the staffs attitudes. I did not enjoy my stay here even with the good location. If i could, i would give less stars.

Beware of false 5/5 reviews This motel is very poorly maintained Mould & spiders on the ceiling. Landline phone not hooked up. No sky TV as described. Curtain falling off the window. Bathroom tap loose to the point of nearly falling off. We went to reception and they were no help at all. $180 for a night is not worth it. Go elsewhere

The room has an ant infestation under kitchen sink. Rubbish had not be cleared from previous tenant. Room stank and hot tap didn't work in bathroom. Couldn't get hold of management until next day. Be aware some goggle 5/5 ratings are false . Terrible place and really poor condition.

We had booked at dupont motel just to be told they have given us a room at midway which was the motel next door. When we arrived to our unit it was absolutely disgusting floor wasn't vacuumed, windows had mould, TV remote was missing, no air conditioning, dust on table, grime all around the shower, rubbish outside and TV cord couldn't fit into the power point!! They also had the check to tell us to wash our towels that the motel supplies.. We pay $236 a night to sleep in this dump site we'd expect something nicer for that price not a dump!! And everyday we've complained about and they still don't do anything about it absolutely useless and greedy!!!!!!!!!

Do not book this motel, not worth the price they charge for. It needs to be refurbished as the rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, no hot water in some of the units and even the lights weren't working but the staff that I dealt with were ok.

Very poor. Lots of road noise. Walked onto a room with a full rubbish bin. No bedside lamp, hot water tap in bathroom did not work. No heating. No mirror in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Discusting. To add insult to injury, no hot water in the morning.

The natural lighting was definitely there .I truly felt at home. Such an easy and well-executed check-in and check-out and modern, minimalist, hip design. Would stay again the next time I am in the area. Very satisfied during the stay. Will rebook when I back again!

Don’t not book this motel 2 stars for a reason as there is hardly any working power sockets 4 all up that actually worked all lamps missing lightbulbs asked for a room with toilet downstairs as needed for disability reasons and 1 towel when booked for five people if you hadn’t read reviews like we did you will find this out for your yourself… ⚠️BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK⚠️ as for me never coming back

Tv didn't work. No hot water got moved to another unit. No underlay on the bed. Hot tap upstairs once turned on doesnt turn off. Sticky dirty floors No heating definitely the worst we have stayed ieayover priced should be used as a homeless shelter

Looks it a cheap handie motel it's not a 5 star hotel so don't expect it. The staff are nice and helpful. The handie to wellington room was ok. The bed tv shower toilet and microwave and jug and small fridge off street parking .but you get what you pay for

Stains on the bed sheets, overall cleanliness was poor with a pile of rubbish just sitting out of the room door. Canceled on the spot and they refused to refund that night.

Save your time and money.. Room was not clean, rubbish behind draws, spiders and cobwebs like it hadn't been dusted. Stated there was sky but no sky channels were available. They came in to clean our room whilst we weren't there and our things were touched.. And my half a can of Pringles were gone (don't touch my chippies) Piece of advice maybe have the "service room" or "Do Not service room" signs.

You're lucky if you've booked and they give you their new room. As for the others. Stay away. I have never given a review like this but today I will. There is a standard of Hygiene you have in your own homes and this is just a reflection of the management and what they expect their customers to roll with. Checked in and out within 1 hour and checking the room. My mates room had blood spots on his pillow. We had hair allover the beds linen and we could see black spots. 1 room smelt like a urinal, one like it had been deep cleaned through the drains and the smell was so strong. After a hard day of work you would not expect to walk into that. Hole in the carpet of the room as well. We left and decided to eat at k.f.c since it was a lot cleaner. Came back and checked out and told the guy at reception I wasn't happy. He offered to put us in their new rooms but after what we had seen we didn't want anything to do with them. Not a good experience.

Worst motel ever. Have tried to scam me completely. Terrible customer service, and disgusting place overall. Don’t waste your money, seriously.
