Went in for a 30 min massage. Started out in the chair which was fantastic! Then when we moved to lie down/do my back that’s when it changed. I could feel his phone vibrate, he would take one hand off and reply to the text. This happened multiple times (? 10) and didn’t end up getting any pressure on my back (too shy to say anything during the massage, was shocked that it kept happening). Definitely not worth $50

This is the place to go if you have a sore neck/shoulders/back. Tina (the older lady) is extremely talented and fixed my sore shoulder within 20 minutes! Now I have to say that this is absolutely no gentle massage. Tina is very full on in her approach and uses a lot of force and pressure, but it gets the job done. If you are looking for a more gentle, relaxing massage experience then this is not the place to go.

I wanted to add more info. I felt violated after my last massage and I will not be going back even if it were free because I just don't trust them. You have to be able to trust that they are going to be good masseuses and honest and they do not meet any of the criteria. I would take your money elsewhere! I've lived in Glenfield many years and would never visit this place. They always overcharge and the language barrier does not help if you do not speak Chinese. I am sure that none of them are qualified to massage and have no idea what they are doing. CROOKS!

Told the lady who greeted me I wanted a head and neck massage for 20mins @$35.00 , she proceeded to do neck and shoulders and even tried to upsell me to 30mims @$50.00 I told her several times the pressure was to hard and to please ease on the pressure in which she did not and on top of that when she finished I said to her what about the head massage I actually asked for upon entering, she said oh you wanted head and neck , laughed and then walked off to another client. Massage was incredibly painful despite my insistence to be gentler felt more like pinching than massage, and completely ignored what I requested in the first place. I have been to this particular place before with no issues up until now , I even questioned her upon payment if she did not hear me ask for head massage in which she blatantly did not even speak to me and again walked off. Absolutely disgraceful , never again will I step foot in that place and will only go to a European massage therapist, at least the speak and understand English and do not make the experience unbearably painful!

Best massage ever!!!! Tina is amazing. Best value for money including expensive sports massage. I’m a dancer and she keeps me going.

Best massage I have ever had! Always leave feeling relaxed after visiting the girls here, I couldn’t recommend them more if you need a deeper massage to get into those tight muscles! :)

I wish I could give it zero stars. This was the worst massage I have ever had and it was so overpriced. She also showed me one price then tried to charge me another. I wanted to cry the entire time at what a waste of money it was. The best place for massage in Birkenhead is Thai sanctuary they are amazing and somehow this place which is in the mall is MORE expensive??? Wild. Save your money BEWARE

I had a wonderful neck and shoulder massage from here about a month ago, I was offered the cupping service because the lady noticed I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and I left feeling so relaxed! Will be coming back soon for a foot massage!
