We found Adam polite, punctual, very informative and thorough. He went into detail on a property we were looking at in CHB. He gave us good advice on an area that had non consented work done and what to do to correct it. Would use his service again in the future.

Spent a few weeks rectifying a few items, and Adam was happy to update his report to reflect that work. The house went on the market and sold in under 3 weeks. I then used Adam to report on the new house we were considering buying. Adam did a good deal for a repeat customer, and made us well aware of any issues with the new house. Highly recommend! We reached out to Adam for an inspection on a property and he had great communication, got back to me real quick and organised a day and time to get the inspection done and told me when I'd get the report back, which was exactly when he said. The report was so thorough, and he picked up on a couple of issues that we ended up getting an engineer to inspect further, and we backed out of the sale because it was going to cost us in the region of $30k to fix. If it wasn't for his thorough inspection we may have ended up with a massive bill on our hands. The value of the report was definitely worth it, and very reasonable in my opinion.
