This place is a lifesaver. I've tried quite a few of the high-end places in Auckland, I haven't discovered someone as good as Ui when it comes to eyebrow shaping. I care about the symmetry of my eyebrows, and I don't like them being tinted. I like the arch. So I needed someone who could shape them perfectly. And Ui really does that. She is very good at what she does, and she listens to what you want. Also with her recommendation, I discovered Chloe (Up salon as well). And that was another lifesaver. My skin had problems right before Christmas, I was panicking. I emailed and asked if she could do something to fix it, and she fixed it! (For me it was a small Christmas miracle.) So I didn't look awful in the family pictures everybody shared everywhere. I highly recommend this place.

My first appointment was 17 months ago, which was when I had discovered that the state of my natural lashes had been severely damaged by work from a previous lash salon. I had been a loyal customer to that salon for years and yet totally unaware on how bad they were until Ui took photos and showed me. I was crushed. I had no idea they were that damaged with very little regrowth.. It took a good six months to bring my lashes back to a healthy state and I love how the team chooses to educate the customer on how to keep natural lashes healthy with everyday habits and not with the aid of expensive products. I also love how my extensions look natural and full and no longer look like spiders at the end of my eyelids. I receive so many comments on how natural they look - which is the look I wanted and not the glamour look. This is my little treat to myself on a regular basis and I always look forward to my appointments. The team are professional, friendly and the salon is very comfortable without loud music thumping in the background. I am now a loyal customer and highly recommend the team for anyone who is new or not so new to lash extensions. You won't regret it.

I’ve been coming for a year now and my lashes are always incredible! The condition of my lashes are so healthy and you can never see glue! It lasts really long if you take care of them & falls out naturally so it doesn’t look like chunks of lashes falling out! On top of that everyone is so nice and professional and the atmosphere is so relaxing! Definitely worth the price & won’t go anywhere else for my lashes :)

I’ve been having regular Dermapen microneedling and facial peels for the last six months and couldn’t be happier with the results. My pigmentation and skin texture has noticeably improved and I’m enjoying regular compliments on my skin. I also see Up for laser hair removal, as well as lash lifts, and am equally happy with the results. The staff are lovely, I like the salon and appreciate the onsite parking.

I've been seeing Ui for my lashes since 2017 and she (and her technicians) have always been engaging, warm and made me feel welcomed. I trust them with my lashes, they give me great advice on how to look after them and are consummate professionals throughout the whole process. Worth the cost. Did not shape my eyebrows properly. Left a lot of hair on them that needed waxed off. Did not skin stretch and was painfully slow when removing the wax. Paid for subtle volume lashes but did not get that result. The product they used made my skin feel very irritated. In the end I had to pay $840 for a service that was worth about $30.
