    Absilately saddened to say this is our 6 piece pack for family added coleslaw and a drink at 4.19 ea then saw it added more cost on...... After the initial cost of 24.99 So couldn't feed everyone enough as pieces were the size of Chicken nibbles not satisfied at all. Hope they contact us for a full refund. Dried up chicken is OK.if it's a decent size ...but too many things wrong with this.meal. Selina Davis

    If there was an award for the most poorly managed KFC in NZ this Store would win by a mile. Always running out of chicken, dining room is always closed. 7pm on a Saturday night and they are now closed again! Seriously KFC need to take a look at their management as this store is ruining their brand. I feel sorry for the staff, it’s obviously bad management/ownership.

    If this KFC branch wants to sustain this business and if this KFC branch wants to remove the endless streams of bad reviews, then it needs to address the most critical area of its slow painful demise. Train your staff properly, don't throw them in the deep end. AND pay them well!! The fact is whose going to work for just above the min wage and stay with the outlet? I've been there so many times and saying I'm disappointed is an understatement!

    Hi, I ordered 5 rib, 2 large chips, and a large coleslaw. I did not get 5 ribs, instead I got 2 rib, 2 wings, and a drum stick.. This isn't good, if you no intention on giving me 5 rib, or could not give me 5 rib, u must give me the option of what I want. Very disappointed. Next time ill hold up the drive through and check my order.

    This branch is not taking over the counter orders but there are no signs to let customers know, just a locked front door and you need to wait in the cold for staff to notice you and let you in. When I went to pick up my order, it hadn’t been started and the staff had to hunt through a pile of receipts on the floor to find it. I had to wait for 30 minutes while they made it and they seemed to be in no hurry. Checking my order, parts were also missing. Tried to sort out picking up the missing items but could not get through by phone, locked out of shop and would have had to wait join the queue stretching down the street waiting for the drive through. Not impressed!

    Always short staffed, ridiculous wait times for food, literally watching cars drive away coz the drivethrough is constantly closed. Iv watched 12 cars drive away in 30mins. Losing alot of business due to poor business management.

    The service is terrible. They always leave things out of your order. We live in the country which means we have to come back into town. ……Maybe than have no more KFC chicken again. Management needs to train stuff better but also look at upgrading your skills as well on customer service. 😡

    Dried out luke warm chicken. No thighs or drumsticks just wings and breasts. Chip's were hard. Simply DISGUSTING!!! KFC Masterton needs to lift their standards compared to other outlets in other area's. Won't go back!!!🤮

    The worst service and speed I've ever experienced across NZ & Aussie!!! And then told by management to wait longer than the 15 mins already waited - customer us a Zero esp from Manager!!! Short staffed is because you don't employ enough staff !!!

    Spent all day in town running errands, was absolutely starving by the end of it and my partner treated us to some kfry. When I got home and started digging into my food the fries were mouldy. I know there's an egg shortage, but mouldy fries I don't think you can find any reasonable excuse for this. I still cannot get the mouldy taste out of my mouth. Also it was absolutely amazing to be able to pull out my piece of chicken by the hair that was deepfried into it. And to top it all of we live 45 minutes away from this kfry, so couldn't exactly drive back and get a new order. Sort yourselves out kfry you can do better.

    KFC masterton are constantly out of stuff...no wicked wings then no coleslaw.. its a gamble every time you go there.. the people are lovely but there constantly hiring... something not right there.. are mngt paying there suppliers? Who knows but never had issues like this at any other KFC in the country. Also often shut there dining area due to low staff.

    The staff didn't have anything prepared, and they had people who didn't even know english at the serving counter. After school should be the busiest but they didn't even have the 20 pk chicken wings. We had to wait 20+ minutes and the people at the counter couldn't even understand us. This place is the only place in the Wairarapa who doesn’t sen't let people dine in.

    Terrible. No chips in shop, no lettuce in the shop,, we ordered sprite and got bubbly water. Had to wait at the drive through for 10 mins. I have a bad experience every time I go there.

    Ordered a classic bucket, last night 23/3 paid for it given a totally different meal of lesser value told the staff this is not what we ordered at all,was told this is what you ordered. Not impressed will not be using again.poor customer service.

    Rocked up 5.45pm the other night and hit the mega queue inside this establishment. It took 30 mins to put an order in and a full hour from go to whoa to get served and out of there. Clearly the drive through works better than the inside. Inside you are competing with online orders being picked up and delivery orders also trying to be filled. What impressed me most was the calmness and professionalism of the staff... also, have to say, the patience of the people waiting also has to be commended too. Not bad fellow kiwis. KFC needs to employ more people to meet the incredible demand at dinner time. Simple!!!! BTW... chicken was fab!!!

    To be fair the issues are not the staffs fault because they are thrown in the deep end. 1 person on the till at peak time and expected to take and make the orders all while trying to train a new young inexperienced guy it is so unfair and they had no support what is with that. There's no I in TEAM remember maybe the manager or others could have helped out. I wouldn't expect the new guy to return he was so overwhelmed and they wonder why they can't get staff at the masterton store.

    Been in drive through (on the road) for an hour. Is the Manager/Franchiser really this unorganized? 5-7pm is dinner time...gaaaamon! I hope the food tastes great!

    Ordered dinner for 2. Chips were cold, chicken was dry and I thought you got coleslaw with it. We didn't. Tried calling but no one answered. Never again 😒

    Just went thur drive thur KFC Masterton I asked for fresh chips what a joke worst meal ever when you pay $60 for meal you would think that doing fresh chips be easy potato gravy did not taste right

    We ordered dinner @ 5.00 pm, for delivery at 6pm. At 7 pm my partner called to enquire about our order, we got told our order got cancelled, because there is no delivery driver. So pathetic service, orders gets cancelled without notifying customers. KFC Masterton will never improve, worst and horrible customer service. Needs some experienced managers in their who knows their job, at least have courtesy to notify customers if such happens

    Only two workers so they decide to shut the walk in customer and only run the drive thru service, cause I have no car I went to Masterton on the bus from SWD. They turn me down, refuse to serve me... This not the first time this happen it often they do this in Masterton. Please understand the people and provide the service instead of taking shortcuts... We all human and needing KFC, very disappointed at your service in Masterton KFC. Management need to investigate into kind of shortcuts, I don't think this was in the vision of the founder to refuse services to walk-in customers, specially I been standing at the door from 9.45am for the 10am opening. Fix this issues KFC.

    Once again drive through was packed, was after 9pm and sat in line for over 20min. Finally ordered and was told that they were then out of anything zinger and wicked wings and that's what we were there for. Complete waste of time. Asked for extra seasoning on chips when ordering then again at the window they said to try them to see if they had, they hadn't... so asked them again, when tried them again there wasn't any seasoning at all on them let alone extra. Always seem to have issues with masterton KFC.

    The food wasn’t that great. Seemed like the chips had been sitting out for over a couple hours, the chicken was stale and looked burnt!, and not to mention when I had paid for my food there was a tall girl with glasses behind the counter who’s attitude absolutely sucked! Find better workers with positive can do attitude and who can give better service!!

    Loved the food! Warm, fresh, professionally packed. Clean wooden spoons. Eating utensils and plenty of serviettes. Service was good and quick. Staff friendly. Very popular. Lots of cars quickly served. Items clearly advertised on menu for ordering.

    FATHERS DAY Sunday 5.45pm & you couldn't even go inside to order. Was drive thru only. What's the story???? We don't all travel in cars.

    Food is about as good as kfc gets. Staff are usually friendly and polite. Had an exceptional experience today with staff member Grace L. She's absolutely awesome, brilliant customer service and very friendly.

    Best KFC I've had in a long time. Chicken was perfectly crispy, chips were awesome and the drink actually tasted like fanta, not plastic. Staff were friendly and got the order correct first time as I made some modifications. Great job

    Had to do click and collect. Not everyone is online. Friendly staff. Good chicken. Got 3 piece pack, well, if you could call the third piece part if it!! Ordered extra potato and gravy, got to counter and they had run out. Offered coleslaw which I took. See photo and spot the 3rd piece!!!
