The atmosphere reminds me of the fish market in Stockholm. Lots of different food stalls. Tried the Indonesian yellow rice with fried chicken on top, it was delicious. But prices in general are a bit in the upper range.

I love this city. The atmosphere is calm and the air is cool. It is suitable to remove fatigue. The store is also complete, ranging from clothing, bags, restaurants and many more. The place for pedestrians is also wide. Public transport is also very nice! The city is still recovering, so a lot of construction is ongoing. Someday I will come back here

Didn't shop here but what Google reviews wants, it gets. Just crossed The Crossing on my way to KFC... seems nice.

My children love wandering around and much better have them run in fresh air than a mall. I wouldn't take them when I want clothing shops but nice for little look and bite to eat. Like escalator only goes when stepped on, nice touch for sustainability. Yes, a lot of shops are expensive but that's okay, can go to Dress Mart Hornby for deals. Can walk to Catnap Cafe 🐈

Love it here. The heart of Christchurch and it has everything you could want in clothing, make up, department store and cafes that are excellent. I visit this area allot. Love it!

I really don't know what shops are in this mall apart from the freshchoice as that's only store that I've been to and that's okay the, staff seem friendly and welcoming.

Good shops and lots of cafes in this recently rebuilt area of the christchurch cbd. Wander and check out the new spaces. Some construction still going but what would you expect ?

I absolutely love crossing! It has a nice vibe. Plenty space to walk around and do shopping. Different cuisines available if you looking for something to eat and heaps of parking everywhere.

This is joke as shopping centre. As Australian is very unusual to have so unorganised shopping centre. H&M IS only one to noticeable. All other shops are scattered everywhere. Didn't like it at all. Heading to recarton Westfield.

I often go there for brunch and find the service exceptional and the food not only reasonably priced but also very delicious 😋😋. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED If required I can offer any Mother's by looking after their children - babies to 5 year old, while they relax and have food/beverage ☕. This has been agreed by management. If needed please ask for my number at the counter and then you can arrange a time with me that suits. 🙋🙋

Good eatery place, about dozen places to choose. Much more pricey than a mall or street food. Paid 65 for a box with chicken, a small cup with fries (very good!) a bowl with rice, a green salat and 2 juice bottles.

I visited Coffee Culture and loved it. So many other shops all nested here. Lots of interesting shops.

Parked her me whilst in the city. Five levels of parking and I believe the best price in the CBD. Love the red lights the shown occupied spaces and the green ones that show the free ones

Easy parking (not free- but still relatively cheap, although like everything not sure for how long). Try Kookai the Sushi Train- excellent

I like the crossing, nice wee part of the city and home to the best gym in town.

  • 2/5 AMANDA M. 1 year ago on Google
Essentially there was nothing wrong with the shop, but as I usually shop at larger outfits not in town I found it expensive and lacked choice.

A place with shops, restaurants and other businesses. Pity the developer/owner doesn't support creating a livable city, by opposing the pedestrianisation of Lichfield Street.

Nice shopping street with a variety of shops, eateries and cafes. Wide pedestrian walkway and trams rides. Interesting small walkways to explore.

The Crossing is a other one of the buildings that not only survived the earthquakes but has thrived in the years since. These days there is a lot more variety of stores available and it's become quite a trendy place for people to visit and shop.

Has h&m, only reason i went here. Such a good h&m though, the girls section is so much better rhan riccarton! The mall is kinda confusing to get around though.

Great amount of shops and lots of places to watch but not very much parking.

I get my hair done here @Kess. They have great coffee @coffee culture. Haven't tried the restaurants upstairs yet, but it always looks busy every time I walk by after parking the car. Which is only $2 for the 2 hours. We park here when we go to the movies. Then head downstairs to Fresh Choice to get some yummy snacks.
