Not very friendly staff here, the vibe you get when you walk in to the store is doom gloom. The lady who served us didn't seem like she knew much and even the lady next to us that was being served by another staff member didn't know what to say to her customer either about a problem she had.

Terrible customer service at the Westfield store , patronizing and downright rude staff. Little to no product knowledge. Don't waste your time or money here.

Went in twice on the same day wasn't even acknowledged stood there for 10 minutes both times wouldn't recommend

A bully manager to her staff, even in front of customers. Contacted head office about it, never heard back. Appalling behaviour. Won't be shopping there. Plenty of other jewellers to choose from.

Been there to buy anklet to buy gift for friend. But quality of anklet was bad and even bad costumer service who don't have patience to sell. Not reccomend to go shop next time

Stood there 5 minutes and seen by both staff, one was serving a customer. Then the younger staff member just walked straight past without acknowledging us and served a customer who just walked in. HOW RUDE. so we left! Thank you Stewart Dawsons for our Two Thousand dollar ring 💍
