    I would rate 0 to this medical centre. People waiting for more than 3 hours to see doctor. I went there for ACC but took more than 3 hours. So many People came after me but they took the people who came after me. And they saying it’s nurse assessment who will go first. People go medical centre for treatment it’s emergency but they thought it’s not. And very poor service. Worst medical centre i have ever seen.

    bad service, waited 3 hours for a 2 minute check up. heard the doctor give his friend special treatment and gave him a check up as soon as his friend walked in and then also let another woman jump the que and get her check up as soon as she walked in. receptionists are very rude and seem like they don’t wanna be there, seemed like a unnecessary wait for 3 hours just to have a 2 min half asked check up. would not recommend for anyone to go here

    The worst experience I ever had in my life. Though I had my appointment two weeks earlier but I waited more than one hour in the reception area. This is the worst medical centre to choose for the care and service. Totally no use of booking appointment in advance. Worst means worst service providers in the New Zealand I guess. I strongly don’t recommend this medical Center even in emergency situations. Please better to choose the other medical centre. Canceled all my other commitments due to these people’s improper and worst unprofessional maintenance in the service

    Patient who come in the morning 9:00 will go back home by 5:00pm for sure. Nobody even care not the Management or Nurses or GP. Waiting time is worst. We are sitting from morning to evening without having food. Even if we are asking them that can we go home and if you can call back that would be helpful but They answering that we are not allowed and we don’t call back anyone & You have to wait in queue. Where this is come from ? This not my first time opinions we understand about staff shortages. Better to stay home. I am working in healthcare sector so I know that staff shortages everywhere but that is problems suffering Patients who is waiting longer and longer not Management. Instead of that they can send them home to feel free and call them back for GP.

    This would be my second review on this Urgent care clinic. First review was done hoping that it might make some sort of difference. I was probably wrong coz if it was to make any difference, they would have done that after going through endless negative reviews. The clinic opened at 8:20am today, 12th of Jan 2023. We were informed at 8:10am by one of the staff that the Doctor is running late (very much understandable) and will open thd doors after a while when the Doctor arrives or if the Doctor doesn't arrive, will correspond with her manager and will decide what to do next. There were already 7 people waiting (remember people who are either sick or suffering from some sort issues) in the rain and cold. The staff inside were joking, laughing and enjoying their time inside while people who are suffering is waiting out in the cold ( how insensitive of front staff of an urgent care clinic). They should have shown the audacity to move away from the front if they had to joke around. They are supposed to open the door at 8 am irrespective of the Doctor being there or not. And this is not the first time I am experiencing this. There were children, old people and others with physical disabilities waiting out while the staff was just talking around doing nothing. This review is not meant to point fingers or blame anyone, but to be more responsible, sensible and sensitive to needs to the people. It would be unfair if not mentioned that the clinical team of the Clinic is excellent.

    Reception staff are terrible and have no concern or care about patients at all. They don't answer the phones (hold time is anywhere from 30mins to over an hour) and after finally getting through, the reception staff were rude and abrupt, just said "Oh, uhmm.... uhm.... call back later" and immediately hangs up! How is anyone supposed to get in contact to get the medical care they need (an urgent prescription!) when the reception staff don’t take calls? Unbelievable.

    The doctor and nurse were ok. But the receptionists are nightmare. They simply put us aside from the queue for more than three hours. I think you have to be their family friend or speak their language to get into the normal queue or prioritised. They will be grumpy if you speak in english.

    Lack of any/effective governance, extremely poor communication practices, and disregard for patients' time and health (ironically) has successfully made this place an example for how terrible a medical centre can be. After seeing their consistency in poor communication and patient experience over the last few months, my family is changing enrollment.

    No notice of closing early 13th November 2022 atleast outside glass door frustrating said to send my prescription to chemist warehouse St. Lukes, when went there no sign of it at chemist, then visited this place to collect my prescription closed at 7pm,imagine if BP patients, heart attack drugs delayed through this type of communication shame guys, not even my health management online doesn't work, it's easy job reception they could have stayed till 8pm for these services shame shame , lot's of communication gap, call centre won't connect, easy solution make my health website work perfectly like ordering prescription from doctor, sending my prescription to my favourite chemist, and then collect it from them. See I have been seeing this medical facilities in new Zealand since 20 years, so I'm managing my health with prescription, not visiting doctors, as even if u visit they give panadol, so perfectly managing my self, but seriously online service is worst make it easier and avoid call center queues & avoid unnecessary small problems visit to doctors, good luck, hopefully you guys improve a lot good luck

    The clinic informed us to wait before it opens the day before we went to the clinic, it was supposed to open around 8am but asked us to fall line in line until they open at 9am, poor people are waiting under the sun, asked us to leave if it is not an emergency due to short staff, poor service even if they are under staff they should treat people properly

    This place is a joke. They are very happy to leave there sick patients outside in the cold, wet weather because there doctors are late every single day. There wait times are ridiculous and there receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Hire doctors that come to wrok on time and better receptionists with manners.

    Ridiculous service. We have experienced extended delays, rude and inconsiderate reception staff and poor services multiple times. Since we have been enrolled here and it's close to our house, we everytime come over hoping that it would be better this time but they never fail to fail us. Today I visited for an injury emergency, my husband is injured and the blood is oozing out of his knee and the receptionist conveniently asked us to wait for 3 to 4 hours to see a doctor. How ridiculous and inconsiderate one could be! We walked out of the clinic right away and now heading to some other place where we could get some attention! Recommend you to never waste your time here.

    I would rate 0 to this medical centre. People waiting for more than 3 hours to see doctor. I went there for my husband he can't even seat or standing still it's took more than 3 hours. We booked for medical emergency but i don't thinks so they know what is emergency.People go medical centre for treatment it’s emergency but they thought it’s not.Really really very poor service. Worst medical centre i have ever seen😔

    NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY . Such rude staff and false information being provided over the phone. At first, I had to wait for 10 days to get myself enrolled here and later I specially finished work early to see a doctor here and then I get to know they are only taking emergency patients which wasn't mentioned to me over the phone when I spoke to the lady working there.

    They never answer the phone and when you request a call back on the machine they ring 1 time and rang up just to pretend that they call you back. Rude receptionists and if you go with a bullet would they won't know what is wrong and send you home with a Paracetamol.

    Cheap = Bad service. 3 hrs minimum wait. Receptionist are least bothered. They keep saying soon soon soon every 45mins.. Bring your phone charger books food sleeping bag 'cos you might die there of boredom if not from your sickness.

    I regret to inform you that my recent experience at your facility has been far from satisfactory. I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the level of service provided, and I believe my concerns need to be addressed urgently. Firstly, I was disheartened to encounter a situation where I had to rate my experience with 0 stars. This, in itself, is a testament to how unsatisfactory the services at your facility have been. One of the most pressing issues I faced was with the receptionist. It was evident that they lacked the necessary knowledge and competence required for their role. Their lack of understanding of proper procedures and ineffective communication skills only compounded the problems I encountered.

    Not the best clinic. Even if you have an appointment, you still may have to wait up to 45 mins to see a doctor. In addition, getting a hold of reception is a mess. You'll be on hold for up to 30 mins. I'm currently looking to enrol at a different clinic.

    I went in today at at the Richardson Road branch to make an appointment at they online booking system is not working . I was told at first to make an appointment for Wednesday and then hen the receptionist said she has to check with the branch manager and after speaking to her she said I can’t make an appointment and have to walk in either the next day or day after : the only reason we have a GP for my son is so we can make appointment and getting told we can’t give an appointment to an enrolled patient is not right !!

    I’m a registered person over here but the receptionist was very rude and denied me straight up for offering any service as I’m away and not in Auckland currently. As a registered patient; we at-least expect to be treated virtually or over the phone. Really pathetic.

    Came here for a booster. Vaccination was fine but the reception was crowded with no social distancing. People reporting Covid symptoms at administration desk right in the middle of a crowd of people. Some were even unmasked.

    Started with good service and now grown. Always need to wait 2 - 3 hours before seeing a doctor. They will ensure you visit 2 to 3 times for a simple flue / cold.

    Best doctor visit ever! I've changed my doctor for 5 times because I never satisfied with them. But today I found the best doctor and team. Dr Ekanayake gave me every treatment she could’ve done. Many thanks to Local Doctors Mount Roskill!!

    DO NOT come to this clinic if you have other choice!!!! I should have Google the reviews before I came!!!! I came here at 7:45am this morning before it was open, there were about 10 people there waiting already And now after three hours at 11am I’m still waiting here I was told there are 3 groups of patient ahead me still!!! That is crazy

    Turtle is more faster then doctors and nurse. These doctors need treatment from better doctors. And I know whatever I m writing here or whatever feedback they get, their services will be worst. Doctors see patients for five minutes and then takes 30 min power nap. Useless local doctors. They should pay their patients as well on hourly basis, at least minimum nz pay rate.
