Bad experience with a lady in the men’s department for click and collect. Ordered online and had no confirmation email, went in store to ask if it was ready and what was going on with it. The lady searched out the back and that’s it as she was following “procedure” and there was nothing else she could do. She couldn’t look it up to see its whereabouts as she had already followed the “procedure”. Really terrible customer service, spoke monotone the whole time and was not willing to help. Please remember you work in customer service and it is your job to help resolve customer problems.

Took a good while to get service. However when leaving, a disabled gent was trying to get clothes, no staff around at all. I went 2 departments over to request someone for him There were a heap of staff in that area standing around. Please, work out some decent customer service, not everyone wants makeup

Had an issue with an online order where I didn't get a conformation email or text, called them up a few days later and was told that I should get one when it arrives. Bless, I got a phone call today from the same lady letting me know it had arrived.

Karen in Menswear was very friendly and helpful when I took my son in to get a dress shirt and pants. Good selection of clothing.

Lovely shop but their clothes for women are very nice but nothing much for the older woman. Every clothing shop seem to cater for the younger generation now.... sadly we are forgotten.

Dont buy anything from here (especially online) unless you are 1000% sure you want it. They wont refund you, they only allow you to swap for something else. You also dont easily find this out until you have your item arrive in the post (which took longer to process and ship than time frame given and postage took) Didn't even know this was still a thing, definitely wont be buying anything here ever again :(

Amazing people. Various wonderful workers, it was a very pleasant experience. They have very popular brands from high end to average. Dior to Revolution. Amazing variety and discount sections. Would advice setting an account, you get nice deals once in a while. I know it seems very expensive, and honestly it is but you can get aome very nice deals!

Kids, lingerie and mens sections had great staff very friendly and happy to help even during busy Black Friday timings however staff in beauty section too busy talking to each other, no regard for myself or any other customer.

I went Christmas shopping in almost all departments, staff are very attentive and knowledgeable at this store. I watched a young girl deal with a rude demanding lady in front of me in line and she did very well, greatly trained staff.

Came here with my mother to buy some perfume, but got held up due to a system-side issue with her Farmers club card. The lady helping us out was very kind and lovely and she helped us through the process of sorting out a new card and ensuring the points went to the right account. She was the best!

Came in to buy underwear today and the lingerie staff were so nice and helpful!! Great service! 10/10

I shopped earlier this evening at the Menswear Department in the Plaza. Karen, ably assisted by her colleague Emma did a really great job in finding the right pair of King-sized long-sleeved shirts for me. I'm a short, fat, pear-shaped man in the 70's, who, hitherto, had found it almost impossible to find clothes that fit. I have to confess that until I talked with Karen by phone I was unaware that Farmers now stocked a range of menswear that suited me. So ... Farmers have now got a customer who was just about to resort to AliExpress. We are also investigating some trousers from the same range, so I'm likely to be back again very soon. I went in last night and tonight both times we received exceptional service in the males department however I can’t say the same for the fragrances department.

A great shop that covers everything you need in clothes and beauty. Upstairs plenty of stock for the home.

The staff were very helpful. We live in the south island. We both felt very comfortable with the sales assistant who was polite and helpful and found what we wanted straight away.

It is with much disappointment that I give Farmers NZ a 1 star review for the following reason. On this occasion I purchased two t-shirts for work that were 15% off however still came to the steep total of $118.95. When I found the same product much cheaper in the city square I returned my tops within minutes of purchasing. I was shocked to find they would not offer a cash refund, however could only do a store credit. Staff continued to explain that its management policy not to give cash refunds for any product. This has turned me off shopping here in future and feel every shopper should be aware of this.

All The ladies in the children's clothes department were so helpful and happy was a pleasure to shop there especially in today's climate where these days people don't seem too happy at work, thank them for a happy experience.

I went on a perfume shopping spree, Farmers have a great selection to choose from. I already knew what I wanted and was delighted they had it all.
