Amazon surf is useless. Purchased an item in November. Wasnt even logged till 11th dec. Staff cant get there story straight saying it was sent from the warehouse but the tracking still hasnt changed. DHL told me it is still at the warehouse waiting for them to book pick up. Then on the phone, someone told me it was sent on the wrong truck??? You need to state deliver up to a month because this is totally unfair

First Visit: Staff would rather stand around and gossip instead of helping a customer. a few months later (atoday): The shop was a mess, Food left opened and in the open behind the counter Boxes were littered all around the counter. In all honestly the store needs to sort itsself out.

Staff wore headphones behind counter, had no knowledge of their products or customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and guy said they had none. Pretty much explains the total lack of respect.

Expensive.. but good quality and the staff are very helpful. Helped us work out a gift card and always asked if we were ok, had a smile on his face the entire time and chatted a bit about wanganui and Levin. Got a swim top and is very nice quality and looks great. Great range in store.

Bought converse sneakers online, ordered size 9. They sent me size 7. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks to try and organise and exchange but no reply!! Careful with buying online with these guys!
