We went on weekdays morning it was good since it is not to crowded its like we own the place 🤣. Way back home I normally do wall climbing but I could say bouldering is more challenging and fun than wall climbing. So I would definetely be back to conquer some of the wall 🤣. The place was clean and tidy, staff are friendly. They have this promotion for new customer that once you have paid you got one week free for admission and could bring a friend, vice versa.

Awesome boulder gym! Routes were too difficult for me (lack of climbing lately and probably chubby from travelling) but i really enjoyed myself nevertheless. Staff is friendly and serves great coffee. Open concept which i like.. Will be back if I'm ever in Auckland again!

A fairly new rock climbing facility over the Shore. Unlike other rock climbing places, there is no belay as the climbs aren't very high. There are a few which require a small climb down before jumping down to the mats below. Different coloured handholds denotes different climb levels so you can see how hard something is by looking for colours, similar to other places. They also have a mechanical wall which can be controlled by a smart phone and a small gym in the corner. They also have finger hold ledges to practice on. Really friendly staff and so are the other people there. They give you an induction especially on how to roll backwards when you fall off. $20 entry fee with $5 shoe hire (you need climbing shoes but you can provide your own). It was a really fun and tiring experience trying to climb all the walls even if you couldn't. It was really interesting watching how the really good ones climb though.

Such a fun time! The staff are friendly and so is everyone else there. There are multiple walls you can climb on with courses at different levels from beginner to expert boulderers. You can hire shoes from them if you don't have your own. They even occasionally provide free apples as snacks! #health

Easy fun for a few hours, staff were super nice and the vibe of the place was chill and friendly and respectful. Relaxed and everyone can just have a go. Great variety and place was clean and open. Just wish they had aircon lol.

Great, challenging facility! The only improvement from my perspective is air in. There was no aircon on very hot summer day I’ve been in

+ Amazing friendly atmosphere + Second to none in rock paths creativity in Auckland + climbing shop and snacks and drinks available on premises + visitor parking + plenty of free street parking around the place - very far away for people from anywhere but Northshore 😕

Awesome climbing gym. It has a great atmosphere with helpful staff. It would be nice if they were on TopLogger, but that’s a minor thing

Awesome facility, the best bouldering gym of all I've been to in the world. Really really great deal too since you get a free week of climbing just by visiting once. Great chill vibe and tons of routes!

This might just be the very best rock climbing (bouldering) gym in Auckland. Awesome routes and general good vibes here. Looking forward to my next visit!

What an amazing place! My boys had so much fun and their staff were super friendly and informative. Only issue was they charged my 2 year old boy for a Youth price but think that was a simple mistake. Will visit again.

Best bouldering gym around. Excellent routes that are regularly re-set. They’re always fun, with a good variation of difficulty and routes that appeal to different climbing styles

Really nice climbing walls and friendly atmosphere. Fitness (weights) area is a bit small if there’s a crowd, but fine for 2-3.

Nice friendly vibe for enthusiasts and noobs alike. There's a challenge for every level (except me, since I'm the worlds lamest climber and I was only there to make sure none of our scout group hurt themselves..which would be hard, thanks to the fall safety system). The staff are helpful, attentive, and keep the place very well maintained. If you are one of us outdoor adventure fans you'll no doubt feel right at home here. You'll learn alot from watching others techique. Thanks for having us!

I went to watch my family climbing here. It is not an overly large or overwhelming building. They love it and it caters for all ages and stages. There is a cafe, some gear on sale and some parking outside the building but street parking is difficult during the week.

Nicely sized old school style gym, the route setting feels like something you're likely to encounter climbing outdoors. Very hot as there is no aircon, and not the greatest selection of holds, however has a nice selection of volumes to keep wall angles interesting and a nice wee training area.

There are very friendly staff and some decent routes. However despite what Google says it was absolutely heaving with people on a Sunday between 10:30-12:30 ( perhaps they should have a limit of people that can enter ?) Sadly the workout area is very small and closed in but they have some nice equipment and a really massive campus board !

Such an amazing place. Climbing for all ages and fitness levels and the routes change often enough to keep things interesting and challenging.

Been here a couple times over a few years but boulder co in Westgate has gotten my vote for Auckland gyms. Climbs here feel more scary then fun, after I scend I never want to do the climb again😅 I’m around v2-3 level and the grading system is either way too hard or too easy. Boulder co has a few more options for these levels as it is a bigger gym hence why I have moved over. To be fair, I like slabs and felt walls here are catered more to the dynamic/taller climber. Maybe also coz the mats aren’t the softest, so I am not keen on doing a super risky jump move at 3m. That being said, this is still neat gym, has a moon board, weight lifting area, small shop, good airflow (although wasnt air conditioned when I went in summer), new and clean. They also dropped the vax pass as soon as it was allowed in April.

Very friendly place with open spaces and a good variety of climbing related facilities. There are no changing rooms which is a bit weird, but ok. The holds seem old and rarely cleaned, the routes are rather mediocre, but the grading feels right.

First time trying indoor climbing and enjoyed it! Paul was great in giving tips and showing us good techniques.
