Pathetic!!! Just average tasting food. Giving 1 star for the bad staff behaviour. The staff needs training.

not even 1 star.n yes Magic infact they need magic to improve .westfeid shud review their lease n contract due to so many downfall google review.today 28th Jan 2022 ,That young female who served me .she was in a hurry serving me food as if m was in zoo.There was no one in line waiting but just me she had no customer service ,she cudnt wait for customer to choose .so stupid n dum looking .Her food was yuk n old .i complained to her about food she shook her head n ignored me.She cud had refunded me or exchange.Food so tasteless.Their name shud be Magic Yuk food. my number is 021619359.M neva going bek to her nor recomend.This person needs to get off the front counter n go wash dishes n mop the floor.There are so many complains about this female why cant the boss fire her ,oh maybe shes bosss's Bang bang long time no see lol.

On the 28th June 2019 my partner and I decided we wanted sweet and sour chicken meals. The Asian woman said she would make it even though it wasn't listed on their menu. After waiting about 15 -20 minutes we were told to collect our food. We were given cold deep fried crumbed tastless chicken pieces on tasteless cold rice. And three little pieces of ice cold broccoli. Even after putting the sauce they supplied onto the meal...it was the worst meal we have ever had in our lives! And the meals were not cheap either. So if you want to pay a considerable amount of money for food you wouldn't even give to a dog to eat then buy food from this shop!

If you plan to buy bao bun with roast pork, I suggest just ask for the pork and crackling, as it was the only best thing in their "Bao bun". I asked why is the bao bun cracked and they said it's the norm... and she was quite adamant with her sour facial explanation. Told her, that I have made bao bun and they have never looked like the picture below. It's like they had defrosted it and nuked it...FAil

Waited almost 20 minutes for prawn fried rice with no one else in line. About 10 minutes into waiting, I see them microwave the prawns. Absolutely disappointing food and certainly not worth the wait. I do not recommend to my worst enemy.

Food was salty and not fresh. The staff serving seemed to be in a rush with no concern,smile and hurried you along to pick your food. Very bad customer service. 8-7-22 at 0830pm

My go to for prawn wonton soup it's amazing since we found this place been at least once a week we love it n also get u a green apple juice yummy love it

Sorry but i really advice to not try there, the meal was too salty, the tofu has no taste and is not even cook, the mapu tofu look like a watery soup, looks weird taste awful. I mean, i came to tell to the woman sorry but the meal is really too salty, she was like "Oh we can do with less salt" but i said "sorry its not just that, its really not good, i dont want another one", not many peoples tell them so she maybe has been surprise but she coul have come to see me discretly and propose another choice or to be sorry and propose a refund, but nothing. I was so embarrass and hungry and couldnt pay for another meal... Shame ...

omg I came to say they have the best prawn wonton soup I have EVER had and I am a huge fan of dumpling soups! These are the best. Yes pricey but imo the best I have had. Last time I also got a takeaway mixed plate and the food was fine. Not terrible but nothing worse than other food court food I have had. These other reviews are terrible, maybe the angry Asian lady has left because I only got served by a mildly slightly agitated woman! Maybe it has had a change of ownership lately.

If wasn’t for the elderly Asian lady who has better customer service, I would give a Zero star. The younger Asian woman with a dyed blonde hair just beyond terrible service. I ordered a deep fried donut which was very oily of course so the oil soaked the wrap paper straight away. When I ask for a bag just to cover so won’t be ruining my car seat I got told that I need to pay $0.50 extra by the young one. The elderly lady felt sorry for me giving another paper bag for free even didn’t help much but at least sth. The the young one shouted at me immediately will cost $0.50 next time. Even tho, the elderly one told her to be quiet she’s still keep talking … I warned her watch your mouth that this is not the nice way to treat your customers, I’ll make a complaint about it. Anyway, she’s just won’t ‘shut up’ began to say bad things about my Chinese race which was nothing to do with the original issue. Then when they gave the fried noodle I ordered was stingy hot, of course if I want a bag pay $0.50 ofc., I couldn’t be bothered to argue. I did say if I got burnt by your food I will sue you. She refused give me her name, and when I requested to speak to a manager got told there wasn’t any. Next time? There won’t be a ‘next time’! 5pm on 31/03/2023.

Customer service was horrible portioned really bad too much noodles had 3 choices made of half a spoon each, found only one meat in the chow main and absolutely over priced. Really disappointing experience.

Horrible service first of all. The lady was grumpy. Didn’t finish my meal and asked for a takeaway container, she told me I had to pay for it. Never have I ever had to pay for a takeaway container before and to top it off she had an attitude about it! Never going back there again.

The place is in the food court area of the shopping area. It was pretty busy during lunch time so most tables were full. I ordered the vege noodle soup and waited around 15mins for it. Average taste but that's kind of expected through fast food. The staff were alright just quick and easy ordering.
