The service they provide at Cosmetic Clinic has been nothing less than 10/10. I’ve only been receiving treatments (laser hair removal) for 6 weeks and am already planning on scheduling more appointments. Freedom (clinician) has been super supportive through the process for someone who was a bit hesitant to receive laser treatment, she ensured I was comfortable and carefully explained the process from start to finish whilst even giving me tips to gain the best visible results.

I’ve recently received anti wrinkle for my smile lines (crows feet) and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This was my first time and Hayley made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She’s done an amazing job and will be heading back for more 🥰 definitely recommend 👌 Thank you, Dawn

Had a consultation for my skin this evening. The team was friendly and professional. Clinic was tidy and clean. The therapist to did a great job of explaining the available treatment options to best suit my skin.

Fast and efficient. And by fast I mean I was in and out in 15 mins and even to get my lips done after a consult I got in the same day to get them done which is always a dream! Lovely staff and easy to talk to as well as they know what they’re doing. Look forward to coming back and getting everything else completed :)

I absolutely love the women at the cosmetic clinic Rotorua! The are professional and very informative. I have been receiving laser hair removal and also started micro dermabrasion. I was nervous as I have facial eczema but they ensured me I'd be in safe hands and they were right! They did a very professional skin consult and picked the right treatment plan for my needs. Can't wait to try more of their treatments.

While I was unable to get the lip fillers I wanted due to safety concerns, I found the clinic to have a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. All my questions were answered fully and I felt that I was well informed of all the risks of the procedures I was considering. It is clear that this clinic takes safety very seriously, and I'm glad to have been in such good hands when a concern popped up.

I received 1ml of filler about a month ago, went back in today for another 1ml and my dream lips have been accomplished! The staff are super friendly and informative and so accomodating! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

My Experience at this branch of the Cosmetic Clinic was amazing. I was pretty nervous about getting lazer and the lovely girls there took me through the process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time ! The results that I’m seeing are incredible even after just a few sessions ! It was clean the staff was so lovely and the overall experience made me so comfortable.
