My appointment was today.didntnt bother... Didnt have enough to see and pay doctor And prescription...at the moment. WOW.CANT BELIEVE IT. I DIDNT MOVE AWAY THE DOCTOR DID.. NOW I PAY EVEN MORE.. THANKS GAIN HEALTH Well I've been shunned by gain health Had no repeat precriptions from them in over 6 months.from a so called Caring health organization. ..my benefit is in high risk well will be stopped ..as I am a considered Very agressive and abusing individual By gain health..for not attending An appointment made by them for a new doctor..cause my old doctor left the country and never came back.. SHAME ON GAIN HEALTH I'VE BEEN A PATIENT THERE FOR OVER A DOZEN YEARS..WITH TWO DIFFERENT DOCTORS...IT'S NOT MY FAULT I DON'T FEEL LIKE THERE'S ANY DOCTORS COMPATIBLE TO THE ME WHEN I'M SICK IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT....LET'S HOPE IN YOUR WORLD PEOPLE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU ALL ITS LONELY ,SCARY AND VERY MENTALLY CHALLENGING WHEN YOU SUFFER IN SILENCE... your acting just like our politicians We're only voting for the best deals we can get from crimnals we have to choose from.. I CHOOSE HONESTY AND WE'LL BEING GAIN HEALTH..WE AREN'T NUMBERS..WE'RE EMOTIONAL ANIMALS WITH FEELINGS THAT NEED HONEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH THIS IN OUR LIVES...GEE I THOUGHT BEEN DOCTORS YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND AS THIS IS PART OF YOUR CHOSEN PROFESSION..OK HAD ENOUGH THESE ARE JUST MEANINGLESS WORDS TO YOU... Extremely slow service. If and when I see the Doctor I've been assigned to I've never felt warm/good vibes. I'm not a needy/ demanding patient Looking for a new GP now.

Been rude and unhelpful when I've tried calling up for help, super blunt and eager the get off the phone even having up on me.

Nice staff and good facilities... If you are looking for a medical centre you could do far worse. It's does have a chemist right next door which is very handy

My children and I have been patients at Gain for a long time. Moira at the desk is amazing, so helpful! I particularly appreciate how the staff do their very best to get my young children seen ASAP.

Staff are friendly and helpful just wish maybe a bit more personable. You walk in you report to reception you are required to pay. All this time they answer calls deal with paperwork, patients are people too :-)

Declined to see my partner for an in-person consultation despite him requiring a doctor to look at him for the particular issue he was trying to make an appointment for.

Hit a few speed bumps recently, but they were really good in how the situation was handled. Highly recommend to everyone, been with the surgery almost 20 years now.
