Not much point having an online shop or a website if they don't work. All I can see is a 'site under maintenance' banner. Poor! Unfortunately Google reviews can't give zero stars.

What a joke. Have a monopoly on duty free at Wellington airport and don’t have half the products. When I took a beauty product to pay counter it didn’t come up when they scanned it, so said sorry they couldn’t sell it to me unless they went back to the office and did a lengthy check to get correct code. It’s on their shelf but they don’t have a code so can’t sell it to me. What a joke!

I'm trying to use the website to order online... they make you register and ask for extensive information. Which might be alright if the web page didnt freeze so you can't actually register. I went online to try to check some prices and again the site didnt actually work. Could be because I use an adblocker? A friend in Australia managed to check the site and told me that Roku gin was 0.85 cheaper than he could buy in the shops over there... With all duty free my advice is to check the non duty free stores before you buy - sometimes you don't get the bargain you think you might. As usual - Buyer Beware

Pathetic duty free and an embarrassment to Wellington International Airport. One poor staff member in the store. No floor staff to answer questions. No marked pricing. I saw two customers reject potential sales when they found out the item price at the large checkout queue. The item I was going to buy had a security lock on it so I couldn't even bring to to her for a price check. She asked me to wait until she had finished serving the long line of mostly unsatisfied customers.

Fantastic work lotte duty free. Ripping international visitors off in the very first shop they visit in NZ. Alcohol is cheaper at the local bottle shop with duty on it! Just keep walking.

Update Jan 2023 - this company is a joke, the website has been out of action for months. Its the only option and you are forced to walk through it both ways. Website does not work, prices are higher than my local Super liquor for a number of bourbons.

Checked some of the duty free process against normal retail. Paco Rabanne one million dollar 100ml $115 duty free. $99.99 100ml at chemist warehouse. 200ml $119

Why are your prices the same as the prices in the bottle stores?? I think you need to think about what you are doing

Price difference from bottle shops slight. One staff member only on our last 3 trips.long queues every return trip and slow on flights out. Will no longer support this business.👎

Website dead. 10 days later I get a response to my email: "Our online service in Wellington is not in operation you will need to purchase goods once inside the store." I can't check prices, so my advice to travellers is to by when you leave on your trip to NZ, arrival purchases sound like a price trap to me.

Very grim. Not much choice, nothing seems really free of duty tax. What you would expect in a third world. Lift your game wellington, pretty shameful stuff
