    Crap service im afraid..:( Had a very important parcel I needed today delivered by courier post. Missed them and was told to go to Moby dickens about 3.15 to pick it up. Went there (3.30)..only to be turned away and told they were to busy to sort thru . Tried to phone 45 minutes later to see if it was reay and was very rudely told by the woman NO wont be until tomorrow.. This is not good customer service and now they wont even answer their phone. Especially when we need these items urgently.... Will be complaining to courier post as well

    Always happy with the service at Moby Dickens' Bookshop. A fantastic selection of children's books, great cards, and friendly service for an often busy little shop.

    The staff here are really friendly, always willing to take time to help you. It has all the Post services, lots of cards and gifts, and a really great range of kid's books, including Te Reo Maori and bilingual kid's books.

    Fantastic range of children's books in particular. Top marks to the book buyer - it's a paradise for aunties! Excellent service. I won't be hesitating to recommend this to my friends, and will make the trip out to the beach whenever heading north from Wgtn just to visit this shop.
