had
me
at
hello!
I
had
just
left
a
root
canal
specialist
we
had
been
referred
to
by
our
former
dentist.
The
specialist
said
for
us
to
go
back
to
our
dentist
to
see
if
they
could
fill
the
cavity
with
hopes
that
the
medicine
would
self
repair
and
heal
the
tooth.
I
had
taken
off
from
work
and
kept
my
son
home
for
the
day.
When
I
called
my
son’s
dentist
they
had
no
after
school
appointments
which
is
what
usually
happens.
Even
with
this
emergency,
there
where
no
after
school
appointments.
I
thanked
my
dental
office
and
shared
that
due
to
scheduling
that
I
would
need
to
find
another
dentist
for
my
three
sons
because
taking
off
from
work
for
a
morning
appointment
was
just
not
feasible
anymore.
I
made
the
difficult
decision
after
7
years
to
find
a
new
dentist.
Thanks
to
my
colleague
along
with
a
friend;
I
had
two
people
refer
me
to
Tenafly
Dental
Spa.
Both
raving
about
the
phenomenal
mother
and
son
doctors
who
staff
are
also
exceptional.
As
I
left
the
specialist,
I
called
from
the
call
and
was
greeted
by
Allison
at
Tenafly
Dental
Spa.
She
was
so
personable;
kind
as
well
as
compassionate.
I
explained
my
plight
and
within
minutes,
my
son
has
an
appointment
after
school.
As
promised,
I
received
the
patient
paperwork
via
email
and
I
reached
out
to
both
the
specialist
as
well
as
former
dentist
to
ask
for
their
records
to
be
sent
to
our
new
dentist.
Upon
arrival,
my
son
and
I
weee
joyously
great
by
a
fabulous
front
office
staff:
Lena,
Kimberlyn
and
Alina
were
so
friendly;
so
welcoming
and
very
kind.
We
felt
extremely
valued
as
new
patients.
I
literally
had
NO
paperwork
to
complete
since
EVERYTHING
was
done
online!
WOW
and
WOW!
We
had
a
very
very
short
wait
time.
My
son
was
greeted
by
Pam,
Dental
Assistant
is
was
super
sweet
too.
My
son
then
asked,
“does
this
chair
have
a
massager?”
Pam
answered,
“Yes,
can
you
feel
it?”.
My
son
replied,
“I
sure
can.”
The
office
space
was
beautifully
decorated
with
such
an
inviting
open
space.
The
facility
was
clean
and
modern.
I
took
notice
that
each
station
had
windows
with
plenty
of
sunlight
coming
in
even
during
this
particular
day.
I
was
a
little
nervous
because
my
son
is
my
one
child
who
does
not
like
needles.
With
very
little
wait
time,
Dr.
Julia
introduced
her
self
and
she
explained
everything
as
well
as
explained
to
my
son.
What
I
valued
most
was
that
on
the
intake
form;
they
ask
if
there
are
ways
they
could
connect
with
a
patience
in
that
would
explaining
step
by
step
work
best
and
I
notated
that.
Everything
that
Dr.
Julia
said
she
did
and
my
son
was
completely
at
ease.
We
also
met
another
wonderful
assistant
by
the
name
of
Judy
who
was
just
as
fabulous
as
the
entire
staff.
My
son
was
finished
in
a
timeframe
that
I
am
still
blown
away
by.
We
talked
about
braces
which
is
something
my
two
eldest
boys
need.
I
was
able
to
book
appointments
as
new
patients
for
myself;
and
all
three
of
my
sons
for
their
6
month
check
up
as
well
as
for
their
Invisalign
consult.
Words
cannot
begin
to
express
how
blessed
I
felt
knowing
that
my
children
and
now
myself
all
have
a
new
dental
office.
I
am
usually
not
excited
about
going
to
the
dentist
yet
the
way
we
were
treated
with
such
impeccable
as
well
as
exceptional
service:
I
look
forward
to
our
new
journey.
