First time coming here and the kids are tired out from the afternoon slot, but probably like most kids, they didn't want to leave when time was up. On arrival the staff were friendly and approachable. Due to current pandemic as stated on their website temperature checks were done in arrival for everyone's safety. Once in, we took a seat where the kids went off to play. The venue is a small place but just right too in my opinion where the kids can be seen from all angles. The café had a variety of choices from food and drinks which was perfect. The amount of time allotted is perfect for the kids and with the half hour turnaround to get everything wiped down is a really good thing I think. Another day already pencil marked for the kids and I will definitely recommend this place

We had my sons 3rd birthday party here over the weekend here & he had the best time!! All the children loved it, staff were very attentive and as a result the party ran smoothly & effortlessly (on my part anyhow😉😂) We had a character visit too which the kids loved and is a great add on to the party package😁 There is cold and hot drinks available for parents to buy as well as some cakes 🍰 Would 100% recommend to all my friends with children around the same age

Me and my daughter went to Play Lane on Monday with my sister and her daughter. Highly recommend anyone with children going there. My daughter is 8 and she loved it there. We went on the Halloween themed event and she thoroughly enjoyed it as well as my sister's daughter. It has other themes such as police, vets and shopping. It's a great family business and local to the Solihull town centre. Thanks for a great day, looking forward to going again in the near future x

Travelled 50 minutes to meet family at the cafe, no dairy free options available for food or coffee. Tried to order food 35 minutes before the end of our session to be refused because of lack of time. We all left hungry and have had to go elsewhere. Only giving 2 stars as the kids enjoyed the play area.

Absolutely fantastic service from Steph and her team. They were very hands on and delivered everything they said that they would for my daughters 1st birthday. The kids who attended were mostly toddlers and loved the whole experience. Steph and team were always around to help out but also stayed out of our way and allowed us to enjoy the place to our full capacity. Thoroughly enjoyed it all! Thanks very much xx

We genuinely want to say Thank you to all staffs that's been amazing helping us with our little boy First Ever Birthday Party since he was born 5 years ago. It's been so much fun. Lovely settings, very good children safe guarding and all staffs are so friendly with gorgeous smiles All children and parents were happy. Absolutely amazing venue. I’ve had my son’s 5th birthday party there and all the ladies were brilliant. The kids had a great time, both boys and girls. The organisers really looked after and played with the children. They cut the cake and packed the cake slices for us and everything was spot on. I didn’t have a drink but even the coffees looked great. Thank you.

Had our daughters 4th birthday party here. Our little girl loved it. The staff were super efficient and friendly. The venue was really cute and set up lovely. Everything flowed well and the kids had lots of fun, thank you xx
