Service is throwing menus at customers, chicken Caesar salad is served inside plastic box. When asked when it was made the response was 'yesterday or day before that, but it's fresh'. Not to mention that photo in menu clearly shows a salad on a normal plate. Disgusting place. 3 Sol beers + 2 Caesar salads + 15% obligatory gratuity = $68. I even don't know what to say...

We waited over twenty minutes for one simple "avocado" toast w/chips, plus bottled soda, each. It cost us $35 (15% gratuity was included in the price). It was way overpriced for the quality of food and service there. I mean, how much time can it take to prepare toast? There was a thin layer of watery avocado puré on top (thinned out with water and lemon juice no doubt), with 4 slices of radishes, 4 slices of cherry tomatoes and way too thick slices of red onion. We got different types of bread for each toast, which was strange. Also, all of the food came in paper or plastic boxes and with plastic cutlery, even for those eating in the restaurant. Not exactly environmentally friendly... I hope they recycle! I wish we had eaten before we came to the airport, because this was the only restaurant available after security.

Food was outright terrible, service took ages, and to add insult to injury a mandatory 15% gratuity was added for a party of two. I doubt that I can fully convey the extent of my dissatisfaction in this review. Suffice to say that you should never resort to eating at this establishment.

I was in the middle of my meal when I thought this place was giving weird vibes and decided to check reviews and immediately stopped eating... Wow, so sloppy employees and hostile. They sat next to me eating their own dinner and took my salt and ketchup, argued loudly with other guests and whatnot. Do NOT go here... How on earth are they allowed to stay open?

Do not buy anything from to go option, the food is not edible. We tried to have a sit down meal but the staff was not there, it seemed disorganized or unstaffed. When faced with that we decided to go and used “ to go” option which is pick up already made salads and sandwiches. The sandwiches and salads won’t qualify as food so buyer be aware.

In order of events, We waited a while to sit(terminal was packed so whatever), we sit down. Waiter is nowhere to be found. I go to the bar and place our order, the bartender gives me the machine and I pay. 20 minutes go by and there is no food. I go up to the bar again and the waitress can't find our order. I track down the original bartender and she says "it'll be out in 5 minutes". Another 20 minutes go by and the food is still nowhere to be seen. Our plane is leaving in 10 minutes so i mention this to the bartender . Turns out they had the food laying there and no one questioned it. I cancelled my credit card order and am not coming back

Our waiter were good but the prices are quite high. $14,99 for 2 hot dogs with some chips are not really worth it. But there are very few options when you have passed the security control. Try to eat before you get to the airport and just have a drink at the bar.

The food wasn't so good, but the waiter was really nice and made sure I will get my food quickly and make it on time to the flight.

Worst impossible service. More than one hour for one bratswurt... and the color waitress telling us how quiet. And also it was bad.

Don't spent anything here. No Time, no money, No nerves.... Go to Green Bean Coffee instead!!! I don't know where to start. That's how bad this place and Service in general is... How is this even possible at the Airport where people feel free to spent even more Money for this simple food?! Leave! Don't waste your time and Money here. We left after literally 1 HOUR!!! falling in line, making an order waiting for 2 sausauges + kettlechips and still didn't receive it at all. Waited in line for no reason! Tables were free, but we had to wait to be seated at least for 10 Minutes. It took 15 Minutes to pick our order and it took another 40 Minutes and we still didn't get our order. I've been so many places at the Airport in this World. But this is by far the worst of them all... ever! I'd rather give my Money to a homeless Person, than spent it at this overpriced Place. The staff is stressed out and without any orientation. No one has a clue where to start or to serve first. Everybody working there seems overwhelmed. They forget about your order. People who got seated after us, received their food before we ordered. Kitchen is busy? Sorry. For 2 sausauges + kettlechips like 40 Minutes ?! I'm sorry for people who work in a place Like this. But I guess nobody cares at least, as long people desperately sit down there. Bad Management makes Bad service like this!!!

Actually 0 stars. We've been sitting here for almost 30 minutes now. A waiter assigned us the seat and should therefore know that we haven't ordered anything yet. Nevertheless, we have been ignored ever since (including by the above-mentioned waiter). We'll just sit here and wait until our flight arrives or we're asked to leave (whichever comes first). We definitely won't be ordering anything here. Hopefully more people will learn the consequences of such poor or non-existent service and would rather stay hungry than spend money here. But since this "restaurant" got 1.8 stars on Google, I'm probably not entirely alone in my opinion. Before I spend a single cent here, I'd rather stay hungry for a moment until I get something on the plane.
