We
arrived
at
check-in
time
and
was
greeted
with
a
hotel
key
card
that
didn’t
work.
Not
even
a
hello.
Seems
like
there
is
a
major
language
barrier
here.
Several
times
we
had
to
go
back
to
lobby.
Once
we
finally
got
in
our
room…
the
main
light
in
the
ceiling
was
broken,
the
tiles
in
the
bathroom
were
cracked,
the
bathroom
shower
was
utterly
disgusting.
There
was
several
people
hanging
out
outside
making
us
feel
uncomfortable
walking
inside.
We
were
celebrating
a
birthday
and
that
room
was
not
acceptable.
I
went
back
to
the
front
desk
for
a
4th
time
and
asked
for
a
new
room.
He
didn’t
ask
any
questions..
he
just
gave
us
a
new
room.
The
new
room
was
slightly
better
and
bigger
however…
the
heat/air
machine
in
room
was
filthy
with
dust
and
a
strong
order
of
burnt
smell.
The
microwave
had
no
turning
table
inside,
the
phone
in
the
room
had
no
buttons
and
was
not
even
hooked
up,
the
fridge
didn’t
even
get
cold,
the
sink
in
our
bathroom
wouldn’t
drain
and
the
main
table
in
the
room
looks
like
it’s
been
spilled
on
over
100
times.
There
was
literally
a
food
menu
found
in
our
bathroom
with
a
dirty
mirror.
I
went
to
the
front
desk
to
request
more
pillows
and
I
was
handed
2
after
requesting
4.
He
said
he
would
bring
the
other
two
pillows
to
my
room
and
it
was
never
brought
to
me.
The
housekeeping
had
the
audacity
to
KNOCK
ON
OUR
DOOR
AT
9am
when
we
only
stayed
here
for
ONE
NIGHT
AND
CHECK
OUT
IS
AT
11am
so
why
tf
someone
knocking
at
our
door
for
us
to
leave
at
9am
for?
This
place
needs
a
major
facelift,
has
the
potential
to
be
a
nice
motel
because
of
location
but
the
service
and
quality
of
everything
here
was
absolutely
terrible.
Even
for
the
price
-
you
can
at
least
meet
the
bare
minimum
of
necessities.
Will
not
be
back
