Celebrated Father's day yesterday and enjoyed the most delicious meal. The owners were welcoming, courteous, and professional. The dining space is beautifully decorated and immaculate. I am Jamaican 🇯🇲and my husband is Haitian 🇭🇹formerly from Brooklyn, so we know authentic Caribbean food. Service was attentive and efficient. I loved the owner and my husband speaking in their native language of Haiti 🇭🇹 Now, the food: oxtails tender, griot tender with pikliz delicious, white rice, djon djon, rice n beans well cooked, jerk chicken nice char, soup joumou and beef Bouyon hot and delicious. D&G Ginger beer is my favorite Jamaican soda. We got the family meal 3 apps, 3 entrees, 3 sides. When I retired recently from Chester County Hospital I thought I would never be making the long commute from New London anymore, except for doctors appointments, but I DEFINITELY will be making the 45 minute commute to Manje. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Can't wait to return. Trust me when I say BEST CARIBBEAN FOOD in CHESCO, Newark DE, Bear DE, and Wilmington DE. Great authentic Caribbean restaurant. Owners let me sample juices etc. Pic of snapper stew... Everything's fresh made at great price. Can be made spicy if you want... I love their pickleez too... Which is Haitian pickled cabbage... Very consistent quality I'm a regular now. If you want exotic cuisine at a great price here it is.

Food was delicious and freshly prepared. Fried chicken was best I’ve had in years…savory and well seasoned without being spicy, which isn’t my thing but my son enjoyed his jerk chicken with a bit of a kick. Sweet plantains were done perfectly. Portions generous. Prices reasonable. Easy to park. Pleasant ambiance and friendly service. We will be back to try some more offerings for sure! Go you won’t regret it!

They serve even more than you pay for. No complaints on that. The place was empty, so I questioned if it's a new establishment. Hope the best for the place. Ordered dine in jerk chicken with fries and beef stew with brown rice

I didn’t take a picture of all the food I got but I went with my parents and tried a little bit of everything and it was all great! The oxtail and stewed chicken was just cooked to perfection! Only thing I wish is that they also offered some dessert, I can only imagine how good that would be as well!

Had the curry chicken lunch and butternut squash soup and both were absolutely delicious. The curry chicken was fall off the bone tender and had so much flavor and just the right level of spice. You can tell that the food is made with heart and soul, and it is the perfect comfort food. I also felt that the portions were great and fair priced. The soup was light, flavorful, and delicious. Service was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is nicely decorated and compliments the style of cuisine perfectly. Will definitely visit again and try some of the desserts next time!

We have not dined in yet. We have used a food service through work and had food delivered several times in the last month. If anything on the menu interest you, order it. I have had 3 different meals from here and all were delicious. Haitian patties are similar to a fine French pastry filled with delicious meat. Great food, portions and menu.

We ordered take out, I had the oxtail, my husband had the jerk chicken. The portions were nice, the rice and peas was probably the best part, the cabbage was very bland. Overall, it was only OK to us. I've never been to Jamaica but I imagine this is what the food at the resorts tastes like. It wasn't bad but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to go there again. I'd much rather go to a hole in the wall place with the cranky auntie with a thick accent at the counter and a more home cooked taste to the food.
