I’ve
been
training
with
Lee
since
Aug
2021,
this
is
my
first
experience
of
having
a
trainer
so
was
a
little
worried
as
to
what
to
expect.
We
discussed
my
goals,
which
were
predominantly
around
getting
fitter
and
having
more
energy.
I’ve
been
a
gym
goer
on
and
off
for
years
but
Covid
restrictions
and
working
from
home
really
put
me
back
and
like
so
many,
became
sedative
and
suffered
some
extra
lbs.
Lee
is
really
sensible
in
his
approach
and
isn’t
one
to
try
and
push
you
until
you
break,
don’t
get
me
wrong
he
pushes
you
lots
but
encouragingly
and
supportively.
After
a
few
sessions
I
was
starting
to
feel
less
lethargic
and
brain
foggy!
I’m
doing
exercises
now
that
I’ve
not
done
for
years
or
have
actually
never
been
able
to
-
dead
lifts
and
push
ups.
I’m
seeing
the
inches
gradually
reducing
-
one
thing
I
said
to
Lee
was
I’m
not
looking
at
any
crazy
diets
and
he’s
been
informative
and
respectful
of
this.
I
cannot
thank
Lee
enough!
Unfortunately
for
him,
he’s
got
a
client
for
a
good
while
longer!
Can’t
recommend
him
enough.
So
much
so,
I’ve
purchased
some
sessions
for
my
son
to
learn
some
techniques
and
build
his
gym
confidence,
again
Lee
has
done
some
kind
of
magic
and
had
turned
my
son
into
a
proper
gym
goer,
to
the
point
he
said
yesterday
“I
can’t
wait
to
go
to
the
gym
tomorrow”
words
I’d
of
never
expected
out
of
his
mouth!!
If
you’re
looking
for
a
trainer
who
is
super
knowledgeable,
respectful
of
your
personal
goals,
an
all
round
fun
trainer
and
extremely
supportive
then
Lee
is
the
PT
for
you!!!
