Simply the worst food service experience of my life. The place was total chaos and the staff was literally yelling at the customers. However, it isnā€™t their fault at all as there was no way that anyone could figure out what they were supposed to do or how to pay for their order. My heart goes out to the employees because of the ā€œinnovativeā€ environment someone sitting in an office who does not understand the dynamics of ordering. Iā€™m sure their flow chart looked beautiful, in reality, it was a miserable failure. That being said, my burger was edible but my fries were ice cold.

uptop pizzeria: total mess. and no one really tells you a) order then go pay elsewhere immediately b) come back and wait...second time here in 2 weeks. also whole pizza only $14-20 each first pizza took over 45 minutes- barely made our gate but it was super delicious so we came back through- next visit, we ordered 2 pizzas- they forget 1 or gave it away... the kids' - so the important one... but ours is cold, hammered with literally no substance to 2 slices and toppings dumped on half... and the kids comes out white its so undercooked. McDonald's in this terminal would have been better.

Really like the way this is laid out. Central hub with seating that serves ramen. Surrounded by a number of other restaurantsā€¦Burger Place, Italian, Japanese, Pizza and more. Add in a number of racks to purchase nearly anything from water, to snacks, medicine. Much of it is self service with some ordering and payment handled by mobile device or iPad. Easy and convenient.

Should be zero stars. I was hungry and needed to eat, however there were no fast food places in the area. There were no good food choices at all I had to settle for a egg salad sandwich and it tasted like 5 years old. They thought they were doing something with this but No. My sister got lost here for 7 years. Wojld NOT recommend. Go to the pizza place instead, I donā€™t know where it is but I saw a girl eating pizza god I want pozzza so much Why did my family leave me.

The staff were some of the worst people Iā€™ve ever met. I got literally yelled at for not immediately understanding their convoluted paying system. She told me to re-ring my order, so I did and the only options were 1) text receipt and 2) email receipt. Picked the text receipt to show her, got yelled at again for not having the ORIGINAL paper order receipt that I showed before. Tried to ask if my first order would be refunded, she rudely dismissed me and told me ā€œyou got your order, get out of hereā€ all for an overpriced burger.

The most expensive airport food Iā€™ve seen in a while. EXTREMELY rude employees, I observed them snap at several customers for asking simple questions. The wabi sabi noodle place is unbearably slow. They take there sweeeeeeet time. Every other restaurant was putting food out at a reasonable pace, while wabi sabi had a group of 20-30 people all waiting for orders. In 30 minutes I saw 3 bowls go out. Uptop pizza is the most OK pizza ever. Donā€™t even bother ordering from the burger place, the lady working was just screaming at people.

While this place looks really nice and appealing. Looks are deceiving. All the pretty signage is completely wrong. For example, there was a Bagel Place sign and a Pancake Place sign. When we walked closer they were selling pizza and tacos at those places. Same thing for all the other 7 restaurants in this area. Furthermore itā€™s total chaos, everything is tech ordering, but the wi-fi doesnā€™t work so it will cancel your order midway through and still charge you. That happened to me at the chinese/crepe place. Donā€™t ask me which one it was, i donā€™t know either bc I never got to try it. I was certainly charged for it though, and it was over priced.

Not user friendly, no attendants to direct traffic flow or provide orientation on how the process works. I wanted breakfast, Monday, July 3rd and 3 places only had 1 person prepping food. I didnā€™t realize you have to order at a machine because the mob of people were standing in front of them, then when I finally ordered, my food wasnā€™t ready after 15 minutes and I had to ditch it to catch my flight. You would at least expect directional signs. Also, the self checkout machine I used for my bakery item had technical issues after I swiped my card and pushed send on my email receipt, and I never received my Email receipt. Good concept, just need more customer orientation and direction. One place had a lady standing in front of their counter repeating the food items that were sold out and instructing people to scan the QR code and pay online, that was helpful!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. No humans to take your order, music is blasting, asked a roving manager to turn it down or off (Ā«Ā oh I canā€™t do thatĀ Ā»), waited 20+ minutes for my food, had to ask to get it, no apologies. Iā€™m sure theyā€™ll tell you that non-human ordering is hip and modern . Itā€™s an abomination. Avoid this hellhole.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this place but my experience was quite enjoyable. I had to catch an early morning flight so maybe the airport was less crowded at the time. Nevertheless, the food was great and the ambiance was like any other Iā€™ve seen in an airport.

Ordered a breakfast Stromboli from Breakfast Boli - was fresh, hot, made-to-order with generous amounts of fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage, and mozzarella cheese. Really tasty and honestly better than I anticipated. One star off due to one of the ladies at the counter had their phone and travel tumbler on the (apparently turned off) flat top grill. But the lady who made my sandwich at least wash her hands and wore gloves appropriately for food prep.

In this loop you can find hydration and sustenance, magazines and headphones, and everything else with a bag of chips. Many were lined up mid-day for a burger made their way, while others thoughtfully stared at the menagerie of snacks, waiting for inspiration. There were certainly travel items to be had, but not the thing I came for: some clip-on shades for my glasses. I suppose not all destinations are sunny.

I havenā€™t tasted worse food anywhere. EVER!! They charge a bomb and gave out bland tasteless food. They had pad thai on the menu with peanutā€™s and everything. But all they had in the boiled noodles is 4 strips of bell peppers. Thatā€™s all. And salt.

I went to Uptop Pizza recently before my flight, and the staff member who fulfilled my order was very rude and wasted my time. I ordered my pizza, and it took me asking the staff whether my order went through to prompt them to get off their personal phone to start working on the order. Then I found out that before they got to my order, they finished the order of another airport employee that placed their order about 5 minutes after I did. Their order was 5 pizzasā€¦. So in total, I had to wait about 40 minutes for my 1 pizza even though I was the first order in the queue. If I pay for a service, I expect to be treated with some level of respect and to be treated fairly. I am never going to order here again next time I go through this airport.

Usually, when one thinks of futuristic food delivery, it is a beautiful image of high quality, tasty meals in record time from friendly robots. This place is sadly the opposite of that. Crowded location, poor service, forced to use an app that puts an order in that may, or may not, actually get made correctly. The tacos were sad, not made according to order, and the extra money I paid for the salsa resulted in a small side scoop of something that I would barely call food. The only thing missing was a large black and white television speaking vaguely about Big Brother.

The burgers was freshly made and fries OK. I would give a 4 on that. A sushi box bought from Tokyo Fresh counter in the store was a joke. The rice is totally dried out and it must be from a day or 2 ago. That's the worst sushi I have ever tried. I didn't eat it. Buy your food somewhere else, not from that counter. I would give the sushi a negative rating if I could.

Burger/Cheesesteak counter: AVOID at ALL costs. Waited forever for food, over an hour, and was treated to a spectacular show where the woman working was abusing customers while they waited. 80% left without their food to make their flights because it took too long and she refused to even tell most people whether their order was on the way or not. She said ours should be ready soon and then it took over a half an hour further for 2 simple burgers and no sides. When it finally arrived (we only waited because our flight was delayed) it was edible but not even to the menu description.
