This was an amazing experience. I came here for a wedding and it was a great wedding with great service. The location is in an amazing spot with beautiful views. In addition, even though I didn't stay here my friend is and she says the rooms are beautiful and clean. Would definitely come here again.

Excellent place to stay, right by the marina with bar's and restaurants aplenty, parking on site or multi-story near by, excellent staff well mannered and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms really nice and spacious with lovely bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the cocktail bar well worth a visit. Overall a great stay, Lincoln was great too, first visit, but will be back, the weather was absolutely great too.

Didn’t stay at the hotel, but went for an afternoon tea. It was excellent! We have quite a few afternoon teas and this was up there with the best. Lovely food items and possibly the best scones ever! The location is lovely and the waiter who runs the restaurant is really spot on. Will most definitely return and would happily recommend.

Great location down by the waterfront. The rooms were a good size, breakfast was tremendous with the most friendly welcoming staff I've ever met to show you to your table. Great views from the fifth floor bar 🍸

Not too bad, very basic room. Good shower & large comfortable bed. Staff excellent. Location & car parking caused issues with luggage but would be prepared next time.

First stay in a large hotel. Our room and bathroom spacious with a large super king-sized bed. The lady on reception was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good for a buffet with lots of choice. Excellent location for Lincoln by the waterside.

Shared a twin room here over 2 nights. Excellent location on the wharf if you want to experience the best restaurants and bars in the area. We did have a little hiccup with the underground parking that was resolved immediately by the manager. This room was large enough for 2 people, 2 dogs and a wheelchair and the bathroom was large enough without paying extra for disabled facilities. (It may not suit every disability) The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a central location in Lincoln. Please note the car park has a height restriction of 1.9 m and if you are disabled you won't be able to access the EV charger.

I really like this town centre hotel. It’s well placed for Lincoln town centre, but situated in the nice vibrant Brayford area, overlooking the Brayford pool. The staff are attentive and polite, the rooms feel clean and modern and the decor through has a bit of an upmarket feel. There is a classy little cocktail bar with nice balcony views and a good selection of drinks. The breakfast is good old hotel buffet brekky, so you can do the fruit and muesli starter, cleanse the pallet with a nice cold apple juice, then a hefty 6-rasher fry up, backed up with a desert of pastries and coffees. Love it!

Stayed a single night whilst in Lincoln on business. Lovely location, being right next to the marina / quay and I liked the chilled location being close to restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel was very nice, good and comfortable rooms and well fitted. Would have liked to have stayed an extra night to explore but maybe next time. Recommended.

Came to Lincoln for a night away, stayed at double tree before. Was not the best room, the bed was way too hard and creaked everytime you moved which meant disturbing each other everytime you had to move, which was often as the bed caused you to ache with how hard it was. We were right next to the gym also, so could hear/ feel vibration everytime someone went on the treadmill, some one visited the treadmill at 2.30 in the morning so not the most restful night. We paid £135 for the room, this did not include breakfast and wasn't the most enjoyable stay! The only positive really was the location on the Quay, access to restaurants/ bars and a handy tesco next door to the hotel. Definitely overpriced for thr quality of the room, it was clean, but dated and uncomfortable. Put us off wanting to go back.

Staff at reception nice. Room ok but surprised with communication doors to the room next to my one, that has someone in watching tv quite loudly... Had a fish and chips for dinner. Fish was very bad and haven't been able to eat it, the rest was ok. Isaac (floor manager) was very helpful and apologetic. In general, ok but for such a hotel I would expect a bit more.

Noisy first room. Shower thermostat made shower less than pleasant with fluctuations in temperature. Second room after moving was better. Not my best experience at a Hilton hotel. The staff however were friendly, polite and professionally accommodating.

Rooms were quite large; clean and comfortable mattress but pillows were not the best, great water pressure in the showers Breakfast was great including service from the staff, lots of options and variety, and fresh TV didnt work

I expected a lot from a hotel of this status, but having to spend 20 minutes in my room unblocking the sink, is pretty unacceptable. The bedrooms also need attention and updating. On the plus side the restaurant and check in staff were A class

I have stayed here twice for business trips and had mechanical issues both times. The first time the sink wouldn't drain and I ended up having to change rooms. The second time, the AC didn't work and after reporting it 3 days in a row it was never fixed. Additionally, on the last stay there was a wedding or something that took place at the hotel that led to some sort of disturbance around 130 in the morning with a bunch of screaming and shouting. The location is very good, and the hotel seems to be relatively new minus some stains on the carpets etc. However, the mechanical issues and the lacking ability to resolve them are a strong reason to consider staying elsewhere.

Perfect holiday! We booked last minute holiday to Lincoln and stayed for 2 nights here. We were satisfied with the overall service throughout our stay. We were welcomed with warm delicious cookies. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and we got a quiet room, which was really nice. Modern toilet and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and great. Though I have to say that you may get tired of the food if you stay for more than 2 nights, as they don't change the menu. Price for the room was fair. The location is very near to city centre and high street. The Lincoln Cathedral is within walking distance. We think the hotel is really value for money.

Over look of Lincolns marina know locally as the brayford pool. The hotel is a nice comfort place to stay. There are many local eateries around and a restaurant with the hotel. A good selection of drink available in the electric blue bar. A couple of minutes to the town centre.

We love this hotel. It is just 10 minutes' stroll from the railway station and also has it's own car park if you want to drive. It is in the centre of everything and the views over Brayfield Wharf are lovely. The boat trip along the Foss Dyke Canal is well worth going on and is just along the Wharf. it's very peaceful in the hotel and the sound proofing is excellent. The staff are fantastic and the Marco Pierre White restaurant is wonderful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Also very nice spacious bathroom with great shower and bath with L'Occitane toiletries and lovely fluffy towels. Iron, ironing board, safe, tea and coffee all there. Neighbouring hotels won't let you reserve adjoining rooms, a must if travelling with children but here, thats absolutely no problem. We have stayed here before and will no doubt be visiting again.

Staff here are amazing so happy and cheerful always helpful. Rooms warm and comfortable, need more light and shower is rubbish. Parking very expensive.

We treated ourselves to a king size room, paying more than £300 per night. What we found was disgusting. The bedsheets weren’t changed and had stains from the previous guests. In addition to that, the noise from a party was horrendous, it was like we were at the party ourselves. It is nowhere near worth the money they charge for these rooms. I would strongly urge that you stay somewhere else!

The lobby and cocktail bar set an expectation that the rest of the hotel won't live up to. Hallway carpets are long overdue updating and plug in air fresheners have been used to cover some sins. Rooms are fine but not worth the premium.

This is the second time I've stayed here and they've had an event on. We could hear the music from the event on the 5th Floor (louder than our TV) and we where on the third. Event went on to midnight, which is fine if we hadn't been traveling for the last few days and wanted sleep. As its happened multiple times for me now, I'd recommend calling before booking.

Get what you pay for. The room was brilliant with everything you could want. The shower was amazing worth the cost of the room alone. Greeted by a swift check in and warm cookies. My only complaint was I couldn't understand why my allergies were going crackers until the following morning when I discovered the pillows were duck down which I'm very allergic too. On the whole lovely stay

Highly recommend. From initial entry on checking in through to checkout all staff was very polite and helpful. Reception was really friendly and efficient. The room was great, very clean and modern. Great selection of food at breakfast and the food was kept fresh and stocked up. All breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful too making sure we were happy. Lovely bar with a great selection of cocktails. Would definitely stay here again.
