Customer service shocking, vile woman refused to sell us a two cold water fish, ruining a Christmas present. Sorry son you can only have a tank this year :(

Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty to choose from, such as toys, treats and boredom breakers for my two very smart and large rabbits. Which were adopted from P@H.

With a new beautiful rescue dog, this is a great pet shop with helpful and happy staff. Much appreciated.

Love visiting vets at home. it's always a pleasure to meet the staff they obviously love the animals so much and when I take my GSD Goldie to visit it's always such a social occasion.

Terrible experience. The manager and shop assistant suggested my dog had bitten through a lead when it had clearly frayed. They were humming and harring and asking questions. The thing is, my staffie has such a huge mouth that he would have eaten the blumming lead not just frayed it!!! Really unsatisfied and terrible service. The manager is obviously feeling the power in her role 🤣😅😂

Really nice shop. All the animals were clean and looked really healthy. Had an extensive list of items to buy and managed to get all but one item (that was out of stock). Staff very pleasant, the young lady that served us was very polite and friendly. Definitely one of their better branches.

I visited Newark branch 19/2/22 for help on suitable product for my senior 13yr old springador ( vet recommended pets at home ) my dog has really bad stomach problems James helped me and he went over and above helping me and giving me information and advice. Not in any way pushy just professional and helpful . I can’t thank him enough . Also Maria on the till was super helpful and friendly too . Thank you James you are a credit to your company and the whole store was really nice relaxed and friendly .

Bit ridiculous, could give a zero of I could. Arrived to the shop with the intention to buy the fish- the girl that checked my information said she will NOT sell me the fish if i live more than 15 minutes away from the shop as this is their policy.!!!! So my question is , does evey Pets at home have different policy as I never had any issues and this is something new to me? But what I really think has happen, she just couldn't be arsed to dig in the aquarium as it was 25 minutes to closing time. Expecially that all 3 of them where debating which one should deal with aquarium. No I will never buy from this shop.

Excellent. The staff are lovely and the vet is very kind and gentle. My Peaches always pops her legs up on the counter waiting for the treats they always give her. We have a vet plan which cuts the cost so would recommend it as it includes all her worm and flea tablets plus as many claw clips as she needs.

We purchased our fish from here. They were very helpful with regards to what is needed to set up a aquarium and which fish are best together. Also gave good advise on what is needed to clean and maintain your aquarium. Fish are still alive and healthy.

Sadly no-one on the shop floor to help with my query. I did intend to buy a dog bed, but when I went to ask the question was told I had to queue at the till. Not good PR I'm afraid.

Staff were not very helpful, we were looking for diabetic dog food and told that they didn’t do one. Assistant was very abrupt and didn’t look to see whether it was available online, which it was. I’m surprised they can afford to turn away business in this economic climate, especially at over £50 a bag

Decent and fair customer service

Great to be able to park outside the door as I always get my large cat litter from here. Tried this today on my cats. A bit expensive if you have 7 cats like me. I gave them all a bit each and they loved it.

Bit pricey but good selection of pet products like this dog grooming brush ideal for fine longer coats like my Coton de tulear

Still a very expensive place to shop for your pet requirements, but generally has what you want with knowledgeable staff

I find it usually quite helpful however in last 3 visits it's almost been an effort for staff to check delivery for products which are not on shelf or when called to till to busy chatting down aisles about what they did the night before or 2hatbtheybare planning to do. I find the VIP card almost pointless as I buy the same products monthly have done for 11 years however not once have I received money off vouchers, or insentives on what I buy just products like Royal Chain or Wainwrights stuff my animals don't actually like I have also noticed now its cheaper to by online the same products in the same quantity then going into store Shame as it used to be more helpful

This is a great shop, not the biggest pets at home ever, and of course the things they sell are not the cheapest but convenient and good quality. It was well stocked with products yesterday, 20/8/20, no rabbits or guinea pigs but there were some small pets: hamsters, gerbils etc. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant, I can't wait to come here with the family and choose all our new puppies stuff!!
