Before
I
started
with
Beth
I
was
frustrated
with
my
weight,
I
felt
fat
heavy
and
getting
annoyingly
hot
all
the
time,
which
I
knew
was
down
to
being
overweight!
I
had
tried
many
diets,
which
I
found
were
just
that
not
a
permanent
solution,
they
worked
for
a
short
time
but
never
felt
fulfilled.
From
starting
in
week
one,
it
was
clear
from
Beth
what
I
needed
to
do
to
change.
Quite
simply
your
weight
is
down
to
what
and
how
much
you
are
putting
in
(Food!).
Exercise
is
important,
but
having
that
knowledge
and
understanding
of
Food
and
how
it
works,
has
worked
wonders
for
me.
I
was
not
a
big
fan
of
exercise
going
to
the
gym.
However,
on
Beth’s
program
I
have
found
it
easy
to
fit
steps,
weight
training
exercise
around
my
life.
Beth’s
focus
and
positive
support
has
been
a
great
inspiration
to
keep
on
track.
At
the
end
of
my
program
I
have
lost
nearly
3
stone
in
16
weeks.
Beth
is
great
at
setting
goals
and
what
I
have
found
to
be
fun
challenges.
I
am
so
pleased
with
the
result
I
have
achieved.
I
feel
more
fulfilled,
compared
to
when
I
have
done
“Diets”
before.
I
have
a
new
determination
and
positive
drive
to
keep
things
going.
I
feel
so
much
more
positive
and
uplifted
by
the
whole
experience
and
a
big
thanks
to
Beth
for
her
support
and
infectious
positive
energy!
