    I am really glad I started working with Beth, I was not sure if I would like personal training but I really do. Beth is lovely and very approachable. She works me hard and is willing to adapt each weeks work to what will be best for me that week physically and mentally. She is helping me build strong foundations for a brighter future.

    Just completed my sixteen week program and it may be the best thing I have ever done! Beth was so supportive and has completely changed the way I thought about getting healthy and exercising! Nothing I have tried before has worked until this. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are struggling. Can’t wait for boxercise next week!!

    I've been attending Beth's boxercise classes for the last 5 years and there hasn't been a single one where I didn't leave with a smile. Beth is a great instructor - she's positive, inclusive and knowledgeable. The classes are different every single week so it never gets boring or repetitive and you get a fantastic all round workout. The atmosphere is upbeat and encouraging, everyone who attends is friendly and supportive so the classes have a great community spirit to them. I would highly recommend.

    I have been a part of Beth's online classes for 10 weeks now and I have already seen such results in my body shape, strength and weight. I have always struggled to stick to exercise and find a routine that works for me, but Beth has the magic combo for me of strength and cardio where it feels achievable and fun! I've never seen or felt definition in my body until now which I have Beth to thank for! And on top of that, she is super sweet and the most supportive and caring PT!

    Beth’s boxercise is fabulous- it’s fun, energetic, so professional - just like Beth. Awesome music and it’s a great place to meet new people. Beth is supportive and encouraging without being overly demanding- I’ll definitely be back for more.

    I've been attending Beth's Boxercise classes for just over two years now. Beth is the best instructor - she actually makes exercise really fun, (which I never thought I'd say). She keeps me motivated through her positivity and encouragement - she loves what she does and I really look forward to the classes every week. Thank goodness for Beth during lockdown too - can't recommend her highly enough! If you want to get fit, lose weight, make friends & have fun, you should definitely get involved! Thanks Beth 😍🤩🥊🥇

    I've been going to Beth's Boxercise classes for around 4 years which explains how good they are! Every week Beth comes up with something different so the classes are vary from week to week. She also makes the effort to get to know everyone who attends the classes which makes a huge difference. If you want to exercise without feeling pressured or judged, Boxercise is the perfect class.

    Boxercise with Beth is a good workout every Monday, I come away feeling well exercised, and it's so much fun I always have a smile on my face. Beth is endlessly positive and motivating, something we all need on a Monday eve, especially when the nights are drawing in again.

    Jazzy B (Beth) is the most amazing lifestyle coach and personal trainer. I've worked with her nearly a year, doing the amazing boxercise classes and then her 1:1 lifestyle coaching. She has an amazing program, which changes your life physically and mentally permanently. She has the most motivating personality and is so knowledgeable. There is no one better!

    Been coming to boxercise classes for about 6 months and I love it! Really good mix of punching and fitness activities with a few games thrown in here and there. Beth is really enthusiastic and makes sure there's plenty of variety to keep things interesting. Highly recommended 👌🏼😊

    It’s hard to know where to start apart from saying a huge thank to Beth! This is truly the best thing I’ve ever done. I finally showed up for myself and invested in my health with Beth to guide and support me along the way. After a traumatic experience 8 years ago, the negative habits creeped into my life and so did the weight gain. I tried multiple times to lose weight but felt like it was impossible. Enter Beth’s coaching! For me I needed that accountability and the weekly motivation to keep me going. The coaching wasn’t about giving Beth control, but about her helping me take control back. My journey began with Beth’s Boxercise class, followed by her 1:1 coaching and 20 weeks later I’m 26lbs lighter. But it’s not about the scales, Beth helped me with changing my relationship with exercise, food, alcohol, wellbeing, mental and physical resilience, I could keep listing. Simply put, I’m the happiest and fittest I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve gone from being someone who hardly exercised to someone who exercises 5 times a week and actually enjoys it. I even went to the gym when I was on holiday and I could hardly recognise the person I am now! I’m happy with what I see in the mirror and even started wearing fitted clothes again after years of covering myself up in baggy jumpers. I would 1000% recommend Beth’s coaching to anyone. Beth is such a wonderful person and so passionate about what she does, you won’t regret having her join you on your health journey.

    I contacted Beth a few months ago as I was approaching my 30th birthday and my husband and I had recently started talking about trying for a baby. I was determined that I wanted to go into my thirties feeling better about myself, with some good habits locked in and feeling healthier and stronger particularly going into potential pregnancy and mum-life! My first six weeks with Beth were amazing, so good to get goals set each week, to actually understand the difference of what I was putting into my body and the importance of actually getting outside and moving (sitting at a desk all day isn’t great!). With the added bonus of seeing the number on the scales going down each week, but more importantly just being in a more positive mindset about what my body is capable of and starting to feeling stronger and fitter each day. My journey with Beth changed a little bit around this time when I found out that I was pregnant (way quicker than expected!). Beth was amazing and so understanding of what my body was going through; the exhaustion of first trimester is something else! My weekly goals took a little step back for a few weeks but it was still really encouraging to check in with Beth each week and actually have time to reflect on what my body was going through and over time slowly starting to build up some of the goals and targets each week as and when I was able to. There was zero pressure from Beth during this time, but really focused on changing mindsets and the way I was thinking. I know that if I hadn’t been doing the coaching with Beth, I would still be sat on the sofa wrapped in a blanket the moment I finished work every day, eating whatever I wanted constantly. In reality, I’ve managed to build my steps back up each day, I’m swimming regularly and very aware of what I’m eating and just being more equipped to make healthier food choices.

    After years of trying numerous fitness classes and being a member of nearly every gym in Sheffield I've finally found an exercise class that works for me! Beth (Jazzy B) not only keeps me motivated (and gives me a gentle push when needed), she also delivers week-on-week a fun mix of strength and cardio boxercise training. 7 months in and I'm still going strong. Bonus points for organising boxercise socials too! Thanks Beth!

    Boxercise with Beth really is the best! Would highly recommend and so happy I started the classes last year! Super way to stay fit and so fun & social too. Always found it hard to stay motivated before, but really loving Beth's classes - they are so much fun and always buzzing afterwards!! Plus everyone is so lovely and been a great way to meet people since moving to Sheffield last year! 😀

    I started at Boxercise and really enjoyed Beth’s enthusiasm and motivation, so I decided to have some PT sessions. The sessions fitted in really well after work and Beth’s studio is gorgeous. I felt I could be really honest with Bev about what I wanted, how I felt about my weight, body and goals. Beth really listened and each week tweaked what else I could try to help move towards my goal. Beth was always full of energy and enthusiasm, which rubbed off on me whatever kind of day I’d had. It was great being able to access all the online sessions so even though I had PT once a week, I was found sessions 3 times a week. Thanks Beth! Xxxx

    My weight has fluctuated for most of my life, and I realised, as I was getting older, that I was getting consistently heavier. I'd also had gestational diabetes during both my pregnancies. I'd already been persuaded to join Beth's Boxercise class by a friend - and was surprised by how much I liked it - so I decided to look into her 16 week challenge, too. It felt like a really big decision but in retrospect I just wish I'd done it sooner. Beth is a fantastic coach: incredibly kind, wise, supportive, enthusiastic but realistic, and full of genuinely useful info and advice - she never asks more of you than you can handle. I lost 20lbs/two dress sizes over the 16 weeks, which I'm totally delighted by, but it's also given me a new perspective - I'm not so prone to all or nothing thinking, and I'm even pro exercise (a lifetime first!). I'm hugely grateful to Beth for all her support and encouragement - and if you're thinking about her coaching, I can't recommend it enough.

    Before deciding to do Beth’s 16 week program, I had tried various different groups and tried to do it on my own, but just couldn’t find the will to manage it, I’d always lose a stone and then It would just creep back on. Having the 121 guidance and support has given me the tools and knowledge to progress through the weeks and months, making small changes with each one and having it all feel more natural and part of my life. It was definitely hard at the beginning (and still can be!) I would make excuses up all the time, but by being honest with myself (and Beth) those excuses didn’t arise as easily and I could see and feel improvements. Beth has educated me so I can be flexible whilst on this journey to feel lighter and healthier. Planning my weeks ahead and learning which days would need bigger allowances (those pub lunches after walking the dog, or a cheeky gin on a Friday). I’m setting myself goals and actually keeping to them, which I would never do beforehand. Beth's personality, knowledge and encouragement kept me going. I honestly don’t think I would have lost anywhere near 25lbs on my own and feel confident that I’d be able to continue my journey reaching biggest goals by myself. Thank you Beth!

    Really love doing Boxercise with Beth, it’s the highlight of my week. It’s a fun group of people and a mix of ages, sizes and fitness levels. Beth is brilliant at designing amazing routines and encouraging each of us so we get the most out of every class and I’ve noticed a really improvement in my fitness levels and mood too.     Since I found Beth’s personal training programmes online my motivation to workout at the gym has increased dramatically. Beth is always very motivational and enthusiastic and is more than happy to answer any questions that I have. Beth has been designing me gym workouts since November (with some being home based due to lockdown), I’ve found it really useful having more structure around my workouts and she has allowed me to feel so much more confident working out in the gym, especially when using the weights and equipment. Her videos of how to complete exercises are very informative and clear on how to safely and correctly perform each exercise. Beth is so lovely and friendly and always makes sure the workouts are planned around your individual goals and abilities. Beth also runs boxercise sessions in the week which I love, they are so much fun and different every week. Beth always brings her high energy levels and motivation to each session to make sure everyone gets the most out of the session and gets a great full body workout.

    I have been attending the boxercise classes 2 days a week and it is everything I was looking for and more! Every week Beth plans such fun but challenging classes, I always feel great after and have made friends in every session. The vibe is absolutely amazing & Beth really makes a session with around 20-25 people feel personal & focused to your goals. I’ve noticed a difference in my fitness and motivation now I’m actually enjoying working out!     Absolutely love working with Beth. She’s helped me get fitter- and really built my confidence and well-being. I can play loads more with my kids and my stress levels are reduced and I’m having fun!     Amazing classes! Every session’s different so you never get bored - 60 mins goes FAST. It’s a very mixed group and Beth gives adaptations so we can all work at our own level, and pays close attention to technique: you’ll get a workout that’s effective and safe. Her enthusiasm and 100% dedication to the class is infectious - boxercise is the feel-good highlight of my week. I didn’t know anyone my first time - but everyone is so welcoming and encouraging you can’t fail to have fun. No matter how tired or not in the mood, I KNOW I’ll come away buzzing. Having the online workouts has also really helped me get more exercise sessions into my week too - even when weather and work hours try to derail my good intentions.

    Beth is a fantastic fitness trainer. I originally started off doing Personal training sessions where I have learnt so many techniques that I now incorporate in the gym. Beth is fantastic at explaining each exercise and where it targets. I also attend boxercise on Mondays which is so much fun while also having a great workout. The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone is so lovely, I’ve meet so many people there. I would 100% recommended Beth as she also has so many different options and programs to suit you.

    I found Beth at a point in my life where I was constantly trying to find the perfect diet, always starting on a Monday and giving up by a Wednesday. I had lost all interest in exercising and really didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror. From day 1, Beth has been so positive, knowledgable and relatable. Over the weeks, we have worked on my diet, making it as balanced and sustainable as possible. Exercise - I used to run but gave it up a couple of years ago. Beth has taken her time to listen to my needs and even created a training plan that has seen me go from couch to 5k to running a 10k! The best part of this however is not running to punish myself or to earn a few extra snacks but because I know it’s good for me both mentally and physically, it’s been the best feeling. Getting my daily steps in use to be a bit of a challenge but again with the help of Beth, these are now smashed every day and it’s just the best feeling! Having my very own cheerleader along this journey has been invaluable, Beth’s positive and caring nature is infectious and I’m really going to miss my weekly check ins however Beth has spent time making sure I will be able to sustain my new lifestyle and I’m excited to continue on this journey, feeling strong and with a positive mindset.     Having tried a number of different dieting options, this has been by far the best, most logical way to lose weight and get fitter. Beth has been such a positive influence on my food choices and also (miraculously) getting me to do some exercise. Being able to understand the basics and put them into practice with the desired results will mean that I will not have to turn to dieting fads again! The programme has been so easy to follow and I really don't feel as though I have missed out on anything- just readjusted what I eat and when. I would highly recommend anyone to team up with Beth!

    I have been feeling unhappy about my body and physical condition for years. I was so unfit for someone who is not even 40 yet! I've tried different things to lose weight but they were never permanent solutions because they always focused on small things but never the bigger picture. I always ended up returning back to bad habits again and being unhappy with myself. I saw the results pictures and read the reviews of other people who did Beth's 16 week challenge. I decided in December "enough is enough, I needed to do something before its too late!" Beth's program isn't just a 16 week weight loss program it is a life transformation program dealing with everything all together mental, physical and food. It is a hard journey of rediscovering yourself, with Beth being your amazing guide and cheerleader all the way through the journey. The program has made me more active, and physical activity doesn't make me think "God no!" anymore its "Hell ya, let's go!". I have gone from a couch potatoe to someone who is active everyday. This has helped so much with my mental health which in turn helped with losing weight. Beth has helped me learn to be kind to myself again and this ended up shifting my focus from just losing weight to wanting to improve myself overall.     I had seen the amazing results Beth's coaching programme had helped others to achieve and knew I needed her help. I'd been gaining weight consistently since a neck injury 7 years ago, and although I felt like I ate a fairly healthy and balanced diet, the reality was cake and sweet treats had become more routine since the pandemic. I found all the advice out there confusing and just wanted someone to tell me what to do and how to make the changes sustainable. I decided it was now or never. I sent her a message and I'm so glad I did! I was worried about doing a programme like this over Christmas and New Year but Beth broke everything down and set realistic and achievable goals for me each week. Whether it was trying a new strength exercise routine or drinking more water in a week, it felt great to meet those targets. The weekly check-in calls focused on what was going on for me and things were adapted as needed. When I was struggling a little voice note from Beth would give me the boost I needed to carry on. I knew Beth's infectious positivity and enthusiasm was just what I needed to support me to make the changes I wanted to make. I was so sceptical about trying weights but I am amazed to say I actually enjoy them now. I feel stronger, I have more energy and I feel more positive. The programme has reminded me how much I enjoy being outside and active, and I now know I can do it even through the winter months!     What more can I say Beth, thank you thank you thank you😃 I contacted Beth in September knowing my size 10 was beginning to feel a tad snug! I knew the answer was not buying the next size up but to shift a few pounds. Hey presto 10.6lbs down and I honestly feel amazing! 🤩 I’ve absolutely loved every minute of it. The accountability ensures you stay on track too checking in with Beth each week. Beth is so supportive throughout and guides you through any sticking points. I won't lie I did put on 3lbs over Christmas but I knew I had the tools to get rid of them and I did!!!! I highly recommend Beth's 16 week program... Don’t just think about it go and do it! 👌💪🏻😃🤩

    Before I started with Beth I was frustrated with my weight, I felt fat heavy and getting annoyingly hot all the time, which I knew was down to being overweight! I had tried many diets, which I found were just that not a permanent solution, they worked for a short time but never felt fulfilled. From starting in week one, it was clear from Beth what I needed to do to change. Quite simply your weight is down to what and how much you are putting in (Food!). Exercise is important, but having that knowledge and understanding of Food and how it works, has worked wonders for me. I was not a big fan of exercise going to the gym. However, on Beth’s program I have found it easy to fit steps, weight training exercise around my life. Beth’s focus and positive support has been a great inspiration to keep on track. At the end of my program I have lost nearly 3 stone in 16 weeks. Beth is great at setting goals and what I have found to be fun challenges. I am so pleased with the result I have achieved. I feel more fulfilled, compared to when I have done “Diets” before. I have a new determination and positive drive to keep things going.     This 16 week program has been a really great investment in me, there is so much information out there about weight loss and thousands of different diets, I found it really difficult to know what would work for me. On this program I’ve managed to steadily lose weight, whilst still eating foods I love but having a sense of control without lots of restriction. Beth’s weekly calls always helped me to stay motivated, with her positivity and advice, I could also ask questions I might have about health or fitness. I’ve found the process to be more important than the result, it’s been incremental changes that weren’t overwhelming to form a better relationship with food and enable me to work towards my goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

    I am so glad I decided to sign up to Beth's weight loss programme. My weight had crept up during and after lockdown and having had COVID. I normally run regularly and walk a good deal, but had lost my confidence a bit and was uncomfortable with the weight I had gained but I couldn't seem to find the personal commitment I needed to to make changes. From the start Beth boosted my confidence and focus on where changes needed to be made and how to get the best results which would be part of a permanent change of attitude. Being accountable to Beth every week really helped me follow the little changes & challenges. Knowing that she understands we all need a treat now and then and that she is never judgemental really helped me be honest with her and myself - its ok to have good and bad weeks and still be working towards a weight loss goal. Beth had lots of tips and advice - I used her experience and knowledge to great effect. The Monday weigh ins and chats with Beth really made a difference - I am convinced I wouldn't have stuck to my target - to lose 21lbs - without that support. In the end I lost 22lbs over the 16 weeks, and got back to running regularly and walking more. Joining Beth's programme was definitely a good investment, and I will continue to use the tools and techniques I learnt. Beth has a very positive, supportive and friendly approach. She is very knowledgeable and practical and offers her experience openly and generously. She is purposeful and clear, and does push you to make changes but in a very collaborative way -she is keen to understand whats going on emotionally and this is such a huge part of eating patterns. I really appreciate her guidance and care, and highly recommend the weight loss programme she offers.

    Thank you so much Beth for the last 4 months. I have gained so much confidence in the gym. Before I started with you I had never had a proper weight session in my life. I was so anxious but now I am going to the gym by myself doing these strength workouts that you designed for me. I am loving the changes I’m seeing in my body and with all the knowledge I’ve learnt from you I can continue my journey solo and still see results. Highly recommend !

    I reached out to Beth at the end of 2021 after a back injury. As well as gaining weight and a limp, I had completely lost my confidence and (despite hiding it well) was really struggling with my mental health. On our first call I was bowled over not only by how kind Beth was but how attentively she listened to what I needed. She wasn’t just trying to sell me something like so many of the PTs out there. She genuinely wanted to help me. Her enthusiasm was infectious making me feel like I could achieve anything. Throughout the 16 weeks working together, Beth has coached me towards better eating habits, targeted workouts, how to be kinder to myself & ignore others’ expectations. Importantly for me, she helped me acknowledge my progress, however small. I looked forward to our weekly calls & motivating voice notes. I had always been an all or nothing person when it came to my fitness goals but Beth helped me to fit the programme around my life so I didn’t even feel put out by the changes we put in place.     I’ve been going to Beth’s boxercise classes for around 4 years and love her positivity, enthusiasm and personal approach. So, when I decided I wanted to shift some extra weight I was struggling to get rid of, I knew Beth would be able to help me. After 16 weeks, I feel better physically and mentally, I feel more confident. I enjoy the exercise I do and the food I eat and have gone from struggling to run 5k to running over 10k every week with Beth coaching me to get there. Beth’s given me everything I need for the future to keep running, training and eating well as well as enjoy meals and drinks out. This programme is worth it’s weight in gold!

    I’ve just completed six months of personal training with Beth which without a doubt has been the best personal investment I’ve made. I was already fit in terms of running regularly but had next to no actual core and upper body strength. I am so happy with the difference I feel now compared to when I started. Beth is so supportive and motivational. She’s developed programmes for me to do at home in addition to the weekly session with her, and I’ve now incorporated this into my weekly routine. I feel stronger and I now have the knowledge and confidence to carry on doing weights and strength exercises by myself…..and most importantly I love doing them. I couldn’t recommend Beth more highly and really hope that I can do some more sessions with her next year as an annual treat for myself!

    Personal strength training sessions with Beth have been totally life changing for me! I reached out to Beth following a debilitating back problem in 2022 which left me unable to walk for 6 months. Beth took time to understand my issues and was acknowledging of my apprehension around exercise. I’ve gained so much confidence and knowledge of technique and no longer feel intimidated using free weights at the local gym.💪 My back continues to get stronger and I know the work I’ve done with Beth has been hugely beneficial in combating a relapse. Her advocation of tailored strength exercises, alongside regular cardio activities, has been instrumental in my recovery and continued management of menopause related fitness/mobility issues. I would highly recommend Beth’s strength training program to anyone!

    Working with Beth was just what I needed. Her program is brilliantly sequenced so it’s never too overwhelming and the changes you make are gradual but impactful. She is really positive and enthusiastic and is great at encouraging the good and helping you move away from the less good habits! During the 4 months I have lost 16lb which feels like a miracle. I feel transformed! I love my new workout plans and intend to keep the routines she has taught me going for the long term. Thank you Beth!

    I absolutely love Beth's class! Every week is different and it is so welcoming. It was perfect as a complete beginner. If you're looking for a class that will make you feel strong, is good fun, and is in no way intimidating, this is it. I also love the online classes for when I can't make the in-person sessions
