    Worst service from any place I have ever been, including other countries around the world. How can everyone at the front desk be so rude, lazy, and upset; especially first thing in the morning! Whenever I arrive to the counter, the worker is always on their phone (fine), never greets back (fine). But then there is attitude for approaching window, for placing your package at the window, for asking for a receipt ; you know things you thought were common place in a post office. Don't know how so many people can be so mad, rude, whatever. I go to the post office for business reasons, and these employees at USPS federal square make it unnecessarily difficult for me. I use to bring my kids with me whenever I went, but stopped because, kids present or not, the nasty attitudes kept on coming. 7+ years of using this post office and it has not changed one bit. It's a shame. Will be filing a more formal complaint too. I will say that Asia and the Hispanic middle-aged man, maybe the only man to work the windows from time to time, is always professional & courteous with me.

    One of the worst if not the worst post office I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Workers are rude, inattentive, unknowledgeable, unorganized and seem to only be interested in figuring out how to NOT help customers. I had one guy put more effort in debating me on whether or not the room in my building where they store packages is called a "mailroom" than to help find my missing package. Another told me he was going to look for it and never came back with any information though he passed by me multiple times. It took someone else to track him down and finally tell me he passed the tracking info off to someone else to do the search. It's like the place is run by angsty teens but these are grown people. Zero communication skills, zero quality of service. This post office is a disgrace.

    Their carrier Lost or stole my daughter’s birthday package since 2/18/21 it is now November and I’m yet to hear from them. I have contacted them several times received emails. They have opened and closed the case several times now they say the tracking expired. Yet they were unable to find my package. I have filed a claim got denied and they refused to return at least my money spent to ship the package and the value of the package. I would never use the post office system again. I had a returned address if the item were undeliverable they should have returned it to me.

    They claimed to have delivered my package but they didn't. The carrier was speaking to someone from my household as he was delivering the mail that day and NEVER handed that package over. I check tracking and it says delivered, so next day we question the carrier and he claims to never have had that package on his truck. I put in a claim with USPS and they say GEO tracking shows carrier in that area with package. Someone's lying here. They stole my package, which was a $210 pair of sneakers. I will never get anything delivered by USPS to my house again, they're thieves. If I can give them 0 stars I would. I've never had this issue with FedEx or UPS.

    Poor experiences on my last two visits. This does not refer to everybody working there, but, I had two very unsatisfactory first visits. Lined up 20 mins with 3 people in front of me, with a prepaid parcel to drop off, when getting my turn to drop off at the window, I was informed if I wanted a receipt, proof of drop off, I would need to use the self-drop off machine. This is not true, the agent could have given me a receipt at the window, but chose to be unhelpful , especially after I had lined up that length of time - no need to be like that. However, I went to use the machine thanking the agent for this I information. Upon using this location again, I attempted to use the self-drop off machine, for a different parcel - however encountering technical issues when the touch screen was not responding properly to scan the parcel, after a few attempts I went to the window to drop off the parcel and tried notifying the staff that I was having issues getting the machine to respond. Agent at the window (rudely) cut me off and tried to assume the reason why it would not work, instead of finding out the reason why. For example, “the way I applied the label”. Not true, this had no merit as I have prepared many parcels the same way previously, also for example when they scanned the parcel barcode at the window, there was zero issue. I was trying to do a courtesy by notifying them, there may be an issue with the machine, just in case they wanted to look at it, or at least I was having an issue with it and if they could help, but instead this was met with the agent over speaking me, having little patience, and limited social skills, in this interaction. It makes you question whether they would survive in the private sector, speaking to people like this. I will attempt to use this USPS again to see how the third time goes, but it’s been two consecutive poor performances, which makes me question using it again? Great building to visit, nice post office, just a shame the poor customer service I received.

    They talking about they couldn’t deliver because there was no access to my front door, when literally the road was clear. They need to start hiring people who want to work and fire the people that don’t and if there’s too many people who don’t want to work, then shut the place down. For all I know this could be an scheme and I probably never get my package because they probably took it for their selves or sell it to someone else. If this is actually schemes going on then I also want to say you will get caught!! Sooner or later

    There is NO customer service. The workers have nasty attitudes. They don't greet you with a warm welcome. They act like you are disturbing them when you come to the window. Just horrible. They need to attend a customer service class. I would like to change my 1 star to a negative star.

    I don't care what these reviews say! I have been using this location for 3years and not once have I ever not received exceptionally high quality service!!! They go above and beyond t help! Even when they don't have to! Shoot I was able to be helped at the local office even when the customer service rep online told me there was nothing they can do and just forget about it.

    Had a passport appointment and all the documents were submitted and fees were processed. 12 weeks later I received a letter from customs that my original birth certificate was missing. A parent's worst nightmare. No one answers the phone. I had to take time off, request an additional certificate and pay for it, including certified mail fees to ensure Custome receives the document and of course wait again... Very upset!

    DONT BOTHER SENDING A PACKAGE HERE… IT WILL NOT MOVE FOR OVER A WEEK I PROMISE… SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND FIND A DECENT PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE AT LEAST WILLING TO DO THE JOB… ONLY THING YOU CAN DO HERE IS BUY A MONEY ORDER…

    You have one window service person who is MEAN! SHE HAS BEEN MEAN TO EVERYONE THAT COMES IN HER LINE...SHE IS TURNING PEOPLE AWAY FOR PETTY REQUESTS, A PEN, A BOX, A MONEY ORDER! PEOPLE ARE NOW SKIPPING HER LINE BECAUSE SHE IS RUDE.Thw other 2 young ladies were very helpful. I hope you can fix that situation. She is causing bad business for the post office in Newark...

    this has already happened 3 years in a row, everytime I ship overnight it gets stuck in the Newark distribution center. Why even offer this service if it can’t be delivered on time? Terrible.

    This has not only happened once to me but multiple times, everyone knows that most of the Post office delivery workers are thieves, they mark packages and take them with them. Look qt the pictures for proof.

    Terrible costumer service. Came to set up a PO BOX paid for it and all, keys did not fit, it’s taken days to get new keys/ P.O. Box reassigned. At this point I will not opt out to renew the monthly payments. Lines form and employees ignore you and do everything but help get the lines down. Terrible service.

    The grandeur of the architecture is elaborate & captivating, the staff were professional & steadfast! Easily worth at least one visit to see the shear magnitude and scale of the detail inside the office.

    It is a shame that I have rarely experienced good customer service at this location. It is clear that most of the clerks in this location have never had a class on how to treat customers at the window and to be quite frank, no knowledge of professionalism. .

    If I could 0 star I could this two cashier who work there are terrible I tried to renew 3 passports and I couldn't do it here I had to go to another office. That cashier was rude to my mother and said bad words to me and that she didn't care. Bad costume service with two cashier there speak rude and don't have patience and we can not do the process I felt very bad 3 time we went terrible this cashier.
