I’ve waited an entire month for a package that still hasn’t been delivered!!! I reported it and had a case pending. The case closed so I reopened and still no package. This is ridiculous! I even scheduled redelivery and when I called this post office it goes to voicemail. If you can’t do your job please find another. This is very unprofessional and sad. People have important packages! Amazon never fails me and I order a million times from there! My friend had the same issue and when she visited in person they lied and said it was on a truck for delivery.

They never deliver the packages whatever the size of it, always leave a notice the day after and we should go to the office to get the packages "if they still have it" (so many got lost so many times and we leave the office empty handed) They definitely deserve a zero rating for their rudeness and bed manners UPDATE: The worst postal service i ever had in my entire life, definitely the worst staff unprofessional rude and doesn't even comply to their own policy. They received an international package after i moved out from NJ which they didn't forward it (despite opening 2 cases about it) neither kept it (the limit for holding is 30 days for international & 15 days for domestic). They resend it back to the sender after 7 days. Worst postal service i ever had in my life, especially that it contained critical & time sensitive documents. This will be my last time dealing with usps for sure.

1 star is being generous and now I see why their ratings are so low. Went early this morning because the website said it opened at 7:30am. Got there at 7:32 and promptly left at 7:50 after standing by the entrance without being helped. They did put a notice that they were experiencing technical issues with their system HOWEVER they knew people were waiting and NO ONE came out to give an update on when they were opening. These early hours are especially important for people like me who have to be to work early and this is the only post office in the area that’s open this early. So a little update from ANYONE would’ve been great. Also, in front of me there was an elderly disabled woman who was standing with a cane. She was there BEFORE me which mean she was standing there longer. This is unacceptable and the customer service needs work

I am shocked to see a lot of negative reviews about this USPS location. As far as for me, It's always a great experience when I go there. The staff has been always been friendly and helpful to me. I always thank them for helping me out. I remember one time, it was my first time filling out a form for delivery--I filled out the wrong form. When I got to the counter, the worker was helpful and explained which one I needed for my package. Mind you, there was a lot of forms to choose from. Anyways, she was very helpful and not judgmental. I actually like going to this USPS location.

It's always in an out,,,the service here is great,friendly, courteous, respectful service. Their really concerned about your postal needs.

Coming from BK, NY and experiencing long lines and short staff, this post office is a dream. The staff are friendly and helpful; there’s never a long wait—and I’ve visited here on different days of the week at different times. I truly appreciated the wonderful customer service and courteous staff.

Worst USPS ever, very unprofessional employees including the supervisor. They don't deliver your packages and then put in the tracking that the package was returned to the sender on the same day you are expecting your package.

Absolute worst postal experience you could ask for. I have reason to believe their employees steal. They're 100% negligent and unorganized. They're office is filthy. They're ill mannered and confrontational. The most unprofessional place you'll encounter.

The worst customer service ever they are so rude. They yell at the customers they speak down to the customer. The manager is never available you cant leave a message because she never responds. Unfortunately the older staff most likely retired but they where the best. The current staff there DOES NOT LIKE TO WORK!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. Always get mail delivered somewhere else and receive mail from other addresses as well. They do not care at all about the customer and do the bare minimum just to get paid. I don't understand how 10+ packages of mine can get delivered elsewhere and I just lose my money and package with no right to claim anything just cus they can't read an address correctly.

Very bad place... Ladies just be professional older or younger.. I was in the queue waiting but the oldest left her post when my turn arrived ... I stood up at the window waiting for her colleague or sombody else to take care of me.. They didn't pay any attention to me until I started speaking up . Very neglecting people. They just watching you don't call you when your turn arrive. It was to late for me to go somewhere else. Almost 5 pm.... Go somewhere else.

Due to Covid-19, people have to wake up & realize that the Post Office is short on staff & are working to the best of their ability to accommodate & accomplish the needs for their citizens. Be thankful.

Edit/Update: 07/16/2022 Now this USPS location is slacking off. A package arrived at this locationby the following date "07/15/2022", stated "Available for Pick Up" online tracking system usually never lies. Made a visit to this location at the following date "07/16/2022", package was not ound found, once again gotta make an online report. 'Where's is my Package".

I always have been attendant by very respectful tellers and always solve my situation with my package 📦 well and solved I am happy with the service. May God continues to bless all of you 🙏❤

Never had a problem there, I always got my money orders and packages there with no problem

This post office is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life, the staff is very unprofessional and accuse people of stealing others packages without having any evidence of that, they are racist towards Puerto Ricans and does not how to speak if is not violent. Today I was there with my nephew which got out of there very scared becuase an inccident with the clerk and the manager, which I think it was not becuase of how racist he was and how both of them were talking to me and accusing me of getting a package that I do not have, I am legally disabled and I've already make a complain and, spoke with my doctor and my mom will take action on this because this is a prejudice, racism and I have been a victim of these monsters that do not know how to do their jobs. This place do not deserve any stars becuase let the name of USPS under racist, defamation, prejudice, and hurting verbally and emotionally a disabled person. They do not know how to speak if is like they are going to hit you.

This post office needs whoever is in charged fired trust me when i tell you these workers here sweep things under the rug they LIE they HIDE information from you and super nasty and feel somehow privelaged to talk to customers like pure trash for those giving them a 1 star maybe your experience was in and out and you caught them on a good day but in general this place is the worse put of all the usps stations in newark PERIOD.

My tracking is indicating being at the postal office and every time i go to pick it up they’re saying it’s not there. It’s in the truck getting delivered. The worst service!!!!

I am considering moving just to get away from this post office. It should just be shut down altogether. I’m so sick of money being lost in the amount of deliveries they “lose” or “deliver to the wrong address”. They tell you to file a claim so that the company that shipped it can reimburse you. It’s a scam and their stealing your packages.

Improved greatly recently but still has work to do.

Office staff worked quickly, polite and I was in an out in 10 min.
