😠 customer service deserves to quit. The employers there started making fun of my son and they were rude about it the whole time. I hope they close and shut these people down.     I usually shipped two or three items in a week but there is no problem before because I came in edison, but in Ridgefieldpark post office lady refuses my item and said it is exceed from a label weight and you discard this shipping label and buy another label for only 0.25 lb.extra weight cost 12$ omg.. I returned my package for her and send it through another nearest post office..Horrible experience..

    Lol … this is just a SUGGESTION for USPS : customer service women called Gladys should be fired ASAP. Don’t use this usps location if you want to do your passport or any other business , Gladys will kick you out in the worst way possible …. Gladys you don’t deserve to have a job .

    DO NOT come here for passports. I had a 10am appointment. The woman left during my appointment slot to do something else. I’m still waiting for her to come back and they are saying she may come back by 11. I guess we will see.

    The clerk named GLADYS is racist!!!! She’s very disrespectful!! My appt was at 10:30, I arrived 30 minutes early and she wasn’t happy about that, she ordered me to comeback at 11, to think that it wasn’t even busy. There was no other customer, she just doesn’t like that I arrived too early!

    Visited this location GLADIS is extremely rude and negative. She should get a new job elsewhere. Was extremely rude while renewing passport. Customers should be treated with respect. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. too bad USPS is a union and these reviews from poor experiences in this office will not matter. GLADIS WAS EACIST TOWARDS AFRICAN AMERICAN AND ASAIN CUSTOMERS. DO NOT COME HERE

    So so disappointed, there is a Spanish lady very rude very unreasonable, she’s not answering any questions acting like you’re not there don’t help me with any of my packages…. Never ganna come back to Ridgefield park post office, I prefer go some where far away but not seeing this ridiculous lady, I sale online for 3 years and every time she was there I had some problems… so disappointing…

    Worst experience I've ever had at a postal office. The employee helping me was extremely rude and just sat there without offering any help. Not surprised by all the negative reviews. This location might as well just close down with such poor service.

    The worst customer service we've ever experienced. And the worst service has been continuing for many many months since we moved to this town. In particular the lady named Gladis treats my elderly parents who don't speak English fluently like criminals. Always extremely rude to a point that my parent drive all the way to a different town when they can to avoid this location. Once she told my elderly parents to go to the back of the station to drop off the packages because they had multiple packages because she didn't want to handle the package at the customer service counter. Mind you NO ONE was waiting in line or anything. When they went to the back and knock on the door, no one responded. Then, someone opened the door and whoever was inside didn't even acknowledge my parents. After a while, the person using their head motion to told them to put the packages in the pile without even saying a word. Another time, I dropped off 2 prepaid label packages then I asked "Can I have the receipt?, Gladis sighed and gave me the dirtiest look and said "You have to ask for the receipt first." with a very irritated voice. (I've done the same thing for years at various locations and never experienced this.) This is her attitude to me who speak English so imagine how she treats people who can't even say anything back. It's one thing for me to experience this but it really makes me angry to think my elderly parents are being treated like a dirt. The post master told me there is nothing she can do because she is unionized and she cannot be fired. The whole community is being mistreated by the worker paid by the community and there is nothing that can be done. This is unbelievable.

    It should have an option for 0 stars, staff has incredibly poor customer service, just wanted to drop off a package and they wouldn’t give a receipt. They should fire the staff and start over, not all surprised by the terrible reviews.

    The worst experience ever!!! Do not use this post office at all. The lady who works there is extremely unpleasant. Not punctual, awful and rude service!!! It does not deserve 1, it should be 0.

    As I was filling out my passport form, I watched the worker Gladis treated none spanish customer differently. She also threatened to not complete my passport application during the appointment.

    Ok, so I had a passport appointment and was frightened when I saw all the negative reviews.. but my appointment was really smooth and fast. The staff, Jayshree, was really knowledgeable and friendly; she answered to every question I had. Well she was 5 minutes late but she did say thanks for waiting at the end. I guess the rating is so low because usually only people who had negative experiences write reviews..

    I've been using this usps for a while now, and so far I haven't seen anyone rude yet including the infamous lady named Gladys, who has been on many past reviews. They may seem like they're not nice, but I think they're just tired. Also, everyone is quick and efficient. Overall, it's a good usps for me

    Worst customer service experienced in a long time. The clerk was condescending, rude, and lacked respect when “helping” me with my passport appointment. No one else was in the building but she was clearly annoyed that she had to help me with some copies. Then proceeded to tell me my birth certificate would not be accepted, while repeatedly being rude during the whole experience rather than informative or helpful. Her disposition was nasty and miserable, and clearly from other reviews, Im not the only one who has experienced this. She needs to be retrained or removed from interacting with people altogether. Dont come here for any of your post office needs.

    Came in to renew our children's passports. Despite all the negative reviews about an employee name Gladis. We had a great experience with her. It was easy fast and straight to the point.

    Just wanted to say Jayshree (I may be spelling it wrong) was extremely kind and friendly. Had the smoothest passport renewal with her. We have met our fair share of rude usps employees so coming across Shayree was such a gem and deserves to be commended for her kindness and professionalism.

    VERY DISRESPECTFUL LADY (Glady). I can’t believe that we still have to put up with people like like this doing public services. It’s unacceptable that this “lady” can have the audacity to speak to the customer with such a poor judgment, I would assume she’s supposed to help people if any required paperwork is missing, not argue with them and make them feel uncomfortable, she really needs to get reprimanded and then FIRED

    Very bad service!!! Do not come here!! Lady on the front is very rude came in of an appointment 10am with 3 people in front of me, when my turn came it was 10:15 I can’t believe she said that I was late while I’m waiting on line!! “I do here what I want, and I’m not going to help you” ( Her words)
