Motel Manor is a gem of a motel! I stayed 4 nights visiting friends in the area. I would much rather support these small family establishments than the large corporate chains. I was not disappointed! My room was clean and well maintained. The king size bed was comfortable. The sheets crisp and clean. Washroom was well kept with a great shower that drained well and delivered a strong, substantial spray of water. The whole property is clean and well maintained with a paved parking lot and well lit driveway leading from State Rd. 61 right to your door. I was travelling on my motorcycle and returned most nights after dark so it was great to be able to locate the motel entrance by the well lit motel sign out on the main road and then ride up the bright driveway. Can't say enough about the owner of the motel! He was very friendly and polite and it looked to me like he takes great pride in ownership! Each day when I returned, the bed was made, room tidied up with fresh towels and coffee packets. I loved the value pricing! You can't beat it for what you get! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will make it my home base whenever I am again in the area!

The room was meticulously clean, freshly painted and well supplied. The refrigerator had a separate freezer that kept ice and frozens, frozen. The motel is quiet? No loud TVs, or next door shouted discussions. But, it is a 50s small mom and pop motel and it doesn't have the fanciness of a major chain. No breakfast, but in-room coffee brewers and coffee. The price was certainly right.

Checkin was seamless! Both staff members were very kind and professional! The room itself was clean and there were no complaints. The service and quality and fair price are the perfect balance and I will be staying again!

I've stayed at this place three times over the last couple years. Definitely my to go to motel when I come to Boonville. Comfortable beds, good AC and great water pressure in the shower. I totally would recommend this place

Very nice hotel. No frills. Clean. Was perfect for our 2 night stay in the area. Air conditioner noise was only complaint.

I would like to say if you're ever in the boonville area this is a definite go to motel the owner and staff here go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay very nice clean rooms excellent Wi-Fi excellent cable TV and affordable prices cannot say enough how much I would stay here again thanks again for a wonderful stay

I've never met a man so unconcerned about his staff and guest. I know the cleaning lady stole tools from a guest and sold them.

I stayed in a non-smoking, King room. Check in was a breeze. The motel was dated, but very clean. You can tell the owner takes pride in his work. Those other reviews weren't wrong. The bed was comfortable, the proximity to town was great, and the best part was the price. I am very happy with my stay here and will stay again when I visit Boonville in the future.

I was very pleased with my room. It was exceptionally clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and I had everything I needed. The man at the desk was helpful and polite and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be back when I'm in that area and I would highly recommend it to my friends.
