Disappointed. Worst Aladdin’s in NE Ohio. The sauces are WAY too watered down (no that’s not oil. It’s water!). Their beef is always over cooked, no matter how you get it and hard on the inside.

If I could give negative stars I would. Called up and asked when they would close at 8:45 and they said 10. We said we will be there soon with a party of four. Thirty minute drive later we arrive. Stand there waiting to be seated for 15 minutes while they clean the empty restaurant. We then get seated and they tell us they closed the kitchen and only have cold food eliminating everything on the kids menu and 90% of the reset of the menu. We asked if they could turn the grill back on as we called and they said thier kitchen was open till 10 despite us arriving 45 minutes before closing. We told them we called and asked to speak to the manager, in which they responded that no one told them we called. We asked to speak to the manager and they said in not so nice of terms of you don't like it leave and turned off the lights and locked the doors behind us despite it being 30 minutes before they were supposed to close.

The falafel is just outstanding. Most falafel outside of Egypt isn't made with fava beans (most Sephardim are allergic to fava beans, isn't that neat?) So it was a real treat to get to try falafel with fava. Both the hot sauce and the garlic sauce were delicious!

If I can give That place is Negative five stars; I will go for it. I am Egyptian Dissent, and I relocated from a different State this week. I was searching for an Arab’s food near me. I went there today. And I asked the young girl if this Arab restaurant? Her answer is NO. This It is a Lebanese Restaurant. I told her I thought they Were Arab Or Lebanese distinguish then self as non-Arabs. I set it on the table and I ordered two different dishes to make sure I get the correct taste the flavor I like. The wait time was 30 minutes. I told her I would pay for appetizers and soda she gets Nervous. But she accept to cancel my order due to delay. They are focused on phone call orders. They need to concentrate on dine-in as well. Never be there again. I write on the receipt “ Bad service“

We were a party of 6 adults that arrived at Aladdin's in Bainbridge at 5:30P on a Sunday. We were greeted immediately by our server and drink orders were taken and our dinner order was quickly taken....the food was a taking a little longer than usual but with the staff shortage everywhere we were fine...without provocation, Marissa, the manager offered to provide our soups at no charge due to the wait....additionally, the new cook was taking too long on the meals, so she provided carry out to take home at no charge. The food was terrific and service was great. We will return to Aladdin's again in the near future for the tasty food and great service

I don’t understand why every time I get food from them, they fill up the containers less than half-way for sides

Wonderful food including great plant-based options. The spicy cauliflower is phenomenal. Very pleasant atmosphere too! The outside patio is nice during warm weather.

Place is dirty and dangerous. Milk was just hanging out on the counter from the time I walked in the door to pick up my order, for who knows how long. A random employee? I assume, wandered in and mentioned it to someone to put it away. Then walked into the back and started helping out. Never washed her hands. While I was waiting for the food water started dripping from the ceiling tiles on a table/guest right by the door. Then the staff started to tidy up. Wiping the floor with a napkin, sweeping, then went RIGHT back to packing and handling togos. Never washing hands after touching the floor, trash, and the broom. If you like eating safely I would find another local place to try.

The worst Chicken Dijon ever. No Dijon and very dry. So disappointing as it's the first time at the Chagrin location. Updated review: I received a very professional response from management acknowledging my concerns. It's my belief my experience was not their standard quality and I'll be sure to stop here next time in the area.

Everything was over cooked, rice was dry. Ordered dessert to go and received the wrong one and it was stale. Very disappointed.

We love Aladdin's and have been loyal customers since the 90's. We frequented the Boardman, Cleveland Heights, North Jackson, and Fairlawn locations regularly for decades. The food is pricey, but well worth it because of the quality ingredients, generous portions, and great customer service. The Bainbridge location - to put it nicely - is lacking. Skimpy ingredients, sometimes missing ingredients completely, and hastily put together meals. You can tell whomever is back there cooking doesn't care and has zero attention to detail. Management needs to visit one of the other locations mentioned and see how dishes should look and taste. We still try now and again hoping they turned it around but so far, nothing has improved. It's actually gotten worse.

This Aladdin's Eatery is a very nice place to dine. I love the large, airy, open-plan setting. While we didn't take advantage of the outdoor dining area, it looked good. It didn't have that 'eating in the parking lot's feel to it. My Falafel Salad and my wife's Aladdin's Falafel Rolled Pita were perfectly made. The falafel was freshly made and was nicely crunchy on the outside. It tasted great, too. Our server, Mackenzie, was a dream. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend this place for healthy, delicious eating.

I recently had an extremely poor experience at this restaurant on EASTER SUNDAY at that. I placed an order online and was told it would be done within a few moments. It took me 15 minutes to arrive to the restaurant. Upon arrival I was greeted by the general manager who asked for my name and order I was there to pick up. I provided her that information and she proceeded to filll drinks for the entire restaurant before going to get my order. There were two parties in the restaurant at the time. After getting my order I mentioned to her that I was missing something out of it(salad dressing). She stated that she would go and get it. She then began cleaning counters and making additional drinks. When she did go to the back she grabbed my dressing and then waited for one party‘s food to be finished and plated before bringing my dressing back up. Once receiving my dressing I asked to Get the number to corporate and she told me she did not have the number to corporate and that I could go online. She then asked why I wanted to speak with corporate and informed me that she was the general manager. I advised her that I wanted to speak with corporate about her and the time that she took to retrieve my order and service everyone in the restaurant before me when I had already paid for my food and was the only person of color in the restaurant. She then stated that she would remove the charge for my food (in hopes of me not contacting corporate). I received a text message from the restaurant upon leaving and rated my experience negative detailing what had happened. I’ve since received a phone call from an individual stating they were the area manager. He heard me out and then told me that they were short staffed that day, and proceeded to make other excuses for the general manager(ex: she may not know the number to corporate, she may have been confused, she was short staffed). So I am taking it upon myself to spread the word on this restaurant and the negative and believed to be racist experience I had. The general manager never wore name tag and would not provide her name so I do not have that. She was however a very thin woman standing about 5’8 with blonde curly hair and glasses. Beware of where you spend your money people‼️FYI: from the front of the store where the waiting area is to the back of the store is not even 100feet.

This place continues to be a joke. Out of the 7 orders placed today, only 1 was correct. They never get orders correct. Missing items, missing ingredients, skimpy portions, etc.. It's obvious there isn't a care in the world at this location. WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT & OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT? Visit any other Aladdin's - order your favorite meal - and you will see how pathetic the Bainbridge location is in comparison. Food is crazy expensive for working families nowadays - at the very LEAST - give the people what they pay for.

👍👍 Went in on a Wednesday night a little after they had opened. Was greeted by a friendly staff, they even ducked so as to not be in my little video I was taking of their place which I thought was decorated really well, love the light fixtures, thought this was sweet and thoughtful of them.
