I enjoy City Cave a lot and with regular use I have seen the benefits of IR sauna - apart from being relaxing, it has made my skin visibly clearer, younger-looking and given it a definite glow. it also accelerated recovery from exercise and stress. For sauna enthusiasts, the best deal is the 20 pack no doubt.The staff at City Cave Mayfield are just awesome. I have been going to this city cave for maybe a year, and my experience is always positive. I have had to cancel at the last minute a couple of times and the staff were very obliging and allowed me to retain the credit. They are very professional and always give a relaxed and kind vibe. Pricey, a little yes, but would still recommend.

I am always beyond impressed by how welcoming and relaxing my experiences are at City Cave. I am always welcomed warmly and treated with so much kindness by the staff. The environment is instantly relaxing and the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My experiences with float therapy are always relaxing and rejuvenating, and today I had the most wonderful massage experience as well! Thank you very much to Laura for her attentiveness to stress points as well as her kind and gentle demeanour. I cannot wait to come back!

Staff are so lovely and accommodating, made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The facilities are immaculate, super clean and zen. Really nice tea in the relaxing waiting area. The float room is so calming, there's different music options and you can choose whether or not to float in the dark or with blue light. All in all, super worthwhile!

I booked in a surprise massage and couples float for my husband's birthday and it was absolutely perfect. The relaxation massage was indeed very very relaxing, and the float was a true reset, perfect just before the Christmas busy times. Will be returning!

Most pleasant experience I had. Worth paying for something your body will be grateful for. Infrared sauna is a must! You get to have your own clean and serene space for 45 minutes. Easy to navigate as long as you listen to the intro video they’ll let you watch in the beginning of the session. Staff has been so welcoming!

Updating my review to add in a bit of content. I am a regular and The City Cave staff really looked after me recently after an incident which involved cutting my fingertip just before my float and sauna, and I was treated with kindness and compassion. Seriously, the team here work so hard to make sure your float and sauna experiences are top notch. I 100% recommend this place.

Yesterday I had a float and massage which was a gift from my wife! The float was exceptional, very calming and relaxing, never experienced something like that. Will have to do it again :) - The massage was great as well, by the end of both treatments my body was floating. Thanks City Cave

Amazing!! Such a good massage New techniques I haven't had before --> stretched my ligaments (I have tight hamstrings). She massaged and improved my internal and external rotation and released the muscles around my sciatic nerve too!

First time float this morning .. absolutely amazing … beautiful venue and ambience as soon as you walk in .. City Cave in Mayfield is my go-to for the ultimate in relaxation therapies. The float bath is scrupulously clean and warm, and following it with a massage just tops the float off beautifully And - the fully trained massage therapists are great. Looking forward to my next one already
