    Vipasana technique was useful and stepping stone to newbies to meditation like me. The duration of some sessions, for example, expressing anger to rid of negative feelings seemed too long, however, was beneficial. It will benefit if each session is shorter and benefit from each is highlighted with examples of real life applications. This is especially relevant to first time meditation participants. I do look forward to attending regular sessions to explore the techniques offered by Mitaji, Dhanyavad

    Attended my very first session at Mita wellness centre as I have always been inclined towards yoga. The calming exercises gave me an immense peace of mind, strength and flexibility, and a sense of belonging to the community. Thank you Mita ji for such a wonderful experience and for having me introduced to a powerful mindfulness practice.

    Mitaji was very kind to conduct this one day retreat on Mahashivratri day which also coincided with his birthday. Thanks to Mitaji for spending his birthday conducting the retreat instead off spending his birthday with his family. Coming to the retreat, the meditation sessions were amazing. It was the first time that I have participated in Dynamic Meditation. It was a fun day, very fulfilling spiritually with some interesting additions. Thank you so much Mitaji.     I have been attending 'Mita Wellness' classes for 5 months. What I personally felt is a complete transformation in my life after attending the classes. I feel blessed to be part of Mita family. Mitaji's teachings has inspired me to start my inner journey. The techniques shared during the class, if practiced consistently would help not only to deal with stress, anxiety, depression and any health issue but also gives a sense of clarity and peace from within. Mitaji is doing an amazing service towards the wellness of people. Gratitude from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend “Mita wellness” to everyone!

    Blissful session. Celebrated Maha Sivarathri with like-minded group, practicing multiple forms of meditations, singing group bhajan, sound healing all in one day is a divine blessing! Thank you for such a wholesome and memorable experience.

    I’ve been searching and trying different yoga yoga practice for years. After my first class at Mita Wellness I knew I found the right place. I felt so rejuvenated, invigorated and inspired to continue the practices at home. I feel so blessed to be part of this community. I look forward to seeing each session and already see the improvements in my life!

    Mita Wellness & Meditation is a good place to learn Yoga & Meditation techniques. Sessions are well planned and every session is different with regard to Meditation & Yoga. I have joined with my friend recently and have realised how good it was to be part of. Joining this group is giving me continuous motivation to maintain healthy Mind, Body and energy level. One can only experience the potential benefits through continuous practice . Mita ji is doing great work toward the society. Must recommend Mita Wellness. Highly appreciated Mita ji for what you do!

    Mita ji is a wonderful teacher who is joyful and helpful in class. I have been regularly attending his program and it has helped me to be more peaceful and calm. I thoroughly enjoy his class and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to live more mindfully.

    I have recently joined Mita wellness centre for yoga and meditation practice. It has been an amazing experience since very first day. I felt peaceful, blissful and calm. I do believe these sessions have potential to transform individuals life through self realisation journey. Really appreciate teacher Mita’s effort to make others life blissful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for yoga and meditation.
