Had gone there as I saw the reviews. Extremely disappointed with the haircut. The person who cut my hair was very distracted the entire time she was cutting my hair- answering phone calls, telling other staff members what to do and even walked away several times in the middle to do other things. As a result, she did not listen to how I wanted my hair and the result was beyond bad-not what I had asked for. Even worse, my fringe was unevenly cut and the length of the fringe on both sides were not of the same length. Would not recommend a haircut here at all.

Excellent service. I got hair cut today by Bindu and trust me, it is one of the best I must say. I have been to few other parlours before but this is the best. I just showed her the photo and she nailed it. Very professional. Highly recommended!

Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with soft music on. The owner, manager and staff are super friendly and caring which is crucial for any beauty parlour. The Hair spa with the complimentary oil massage was very soothing and my hair looks extremely soft. They carefully examined my skin and suggested the right facial. The Henna hair coloring is safest and trustworthy as they use only natural ingredients. It gave my hair the best colour and I would not go anywhere other than this place to colour my hair after that beautiful experience. I would certainly suggest this parlour for anyone who wants the best service and good value for money🙂

I explored the Epping branch. Great professional service… Did a good job with everything. Awesome service.. Only one recommendation would be to have a eftpos machine as bank transfer or cash might not always be feasible. Rest all great.. Will definitely be going back again…

Got my haircut here, it was a good experience nice work. But one less star because of the pricing, 58$ for layer cut is more than usual. Otherwise nice cuts
