Nice choice for a quick lunch. The store environment is nice and clean and it is also good for a small team lunch. The burger tastes better than other fast food brand. The beef is delicious. But actually I think the price is a bit high. The size of the burger is enough for a female but is far not enough for a male.

Deeeelish!! 😋 ordered the spicy chicken burger OMG!! Perfect Crispy chicken, bacon is cooked perfectly and wasnt too spicy for my tasting, all served on a perfect soft bun Great service and presentation 10/10 👍will definitely be back!!! ....Would love if they put sweet potato fries on the menu 😊

Struggling to find a reason these are better than maccas. Not a bad burger by any means, but really nothing special. I’ve tried Betty’s in a few locations and they’re consistently mediocre. For the price tag? Might as well go to maccas or Hungry jacks.

the customer service was good; helpful and efficient. the food was average — ingredients were quite fresh and the burger was juicy. it’s definitely something you can find elsewhere but still a good place to stop at if it’s close by!

Them kids in the back can COOK yall. I got the classic burger and added pineapple and it was beautiful! It’s filling, just the right amount of everything. I loved it.

craved for more Betty's Burgers so here we go again. 2nd in a week. This time we went to this Parramatta store which is just in the tunnel going to the train station. Friendly staff here. Place is clean and fresh like with all the Betty's Burgers restaurants. We got the Betty's Classic, Shroom Burger, Kids Chicken Burger and Onion Rings. All were great!

Had the fried chicken burger and onion rings. Onion rings were kinda on the extremely oily overdone side. The burger for me wasnt too crash hot, tasted ok, however was pretty average. Would have been nice to have combo options with the burgers, however everything needed to be purchased separately. Customer service was good and food came out in a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered a classic burger and added a mushroom patty in there and some onion rings. The burger was great. Patty was cooked well, the mushroom patty was warm and gooey and full of flavour. The salad was fresh. The onions rings were made to order and very crunchy, slightly salty and the ice cream was a highlight. Service was good, can’t wait it for a fast food joint. Atmosphere was ok, it’s at a train station so heaps of people walking past looking at your food

Betty’s burgers was ok, not great and not bad, the burger was small, chicken was dry, bun was cold, the girl At the check out missed my order, I wanted fries & onion rings only got onion rings🤦🏽‍♂️ the milk shake was boring! Over score is 6/10
