A fairly average place but pretty much what you expect in the heart of Newman. Rooms are neat and clean but lacking in alot of areas. Swimming pool is nice and the restaurant that is on the side of reception is actually really good with great steaks. Staff are friendly and beds are clean and comfy

The room had an interesting layout but was clean and tidy. Like most Pilbara Hotels the walls are thin so noise does travel but nothing major. The restaurant was great, it was certainly the highlight with great food, good beer and the service from the team was great.

As expected for a 3 star, although room security could be improved. One lock on the main door which opens onto a public space (Drunk person wandering around shouting outside accommodation at midnight). Blinds on my door were broken making it easy for someone to look into my room when lights were on. Some easy improvements required.

Rooms are tired old boring. Very poor lighting. Overpriced at $300 a night. Restaurant sells steak and sides separate to try and get you to spend lot more. Newman hotel has way better food and prices. Service is better too.

Stayed there for work but love the friendly staff and service was great. A little confusing with trying to find your room but not a bad little spot.

This is good venue. Food is good. Service is excellent. Variety of drinks was lacking. What they did have was good.

The rooms are standard. I had a TV & aircon problem - they fixed the aircon though. Staff are fantastic, they went above & beyond for me! I will definitely stay there again :)

A decent sized room, but for the price we paid it was expensive and there was no complimentary things to offer guests.

If 10 or more have to pre-order, no change of menu once ordered shame to say has gone downhill....

Rooms are a little dated and basic, but comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean tidy rooms. Seasons Steakhouse is exceptional for dinner. Family friendly. Pool and outdoor area is lovely. Too cold for us to make use but if we are back in Newman, we will stay here again!

Certainly more of a motel than a hotel. Room was decently clean but run down and dated. Smelled a little musty but not too bad. Red dirt staining in bathroom and leaky sink. Plenty of spider friends and cobwebs! I was comfortable though, good location. Work payed for stay so no complaints. If I was paying out of pocket I wouldn’t be impressed with the quality of room for the price.

Stayed Monday to Friday, room wasn't cleaned once, no towel change, no water,teabags sugar replaced, ensuite no working exhaust fan, faults with switches and power point. Won't be back.

Room was very average for the price. Pillows falling apart Needed a good clean The food was well below average

Excellent customer service by all thank you for making my stay so enjoyable but short.
