Party of 3 for Dinner We have been watching this restaurant’s transformation for months.  We have driven by many times and watched as it changed from the old Ruby Tuesday to a brand new Juicy Crab.  We wondered if it was ever going to open, but it finally did.  We visited on their first day in business.  As we drove up, we noticed the streamer flags and balloons all around the property to celebrate their Grand Opening.  We entered the restaurant, were greeted warmly and seated quickly.   The renovated interior is extremely clean.  We reviewed the menu for the food and drink options. There weren't any beer / drink options on the menu, they are still working on the liquor license.  Wifey and my daughter ordered the Steamed Crab dinner.  I ordered the Fried Shrimp basket with Sweet Potato Fries.  The 2 Crab dinners came out 1st and my shrimp came out a little later. The shrimps were a nice size and tasted fresh, but the batter definitely needed some more seasoning. Wifey enjoyed her Crab dinner with the Juicy special sauce. My daughter ordered her Crabs with just butter and said her meal was just OK. Our Server Shay was very friendly and attentive. She was a winner.  Overall, this visit was good and I am rooting for the place.

My first visit to Juicy Crab was great! Our server Nya was kind, alert and all smiles. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Will definitely come again!

This place is the best spot to come to if you enjoy seafood. The taste is amazing, the music is a vibe, and the bartender Angela is the BEST! Do yourself a favor and come here to have some of the best seafood in town. PS try the Calamari and the crab, shrimp, potatoes w the special juicy sauce.

Disappointing went here with my friend tonight and food had to be sent back 3 times and they still didn’t get it right . Our waiter Ja was very nonchalant about the whole situation and was not attentive to our table at all . Employees were kissing and had lackluster attitudes through our whole stay , managers couldn’t even rectify the situation properly!!! DON”T WASTE YOUR TIME will be highly disappointed… now I see why Saturday night was slow. Didn’t have crab crackers and gave me black n decker scissors, couldn’t get order right , no bips and poor/ slow service .

I would like to give more stars but Google has a 5 star max. The young lady named Asia that helped us was so good to us. She was well mannered, took her time with us, she was also attentive and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning.

The food was good when we finally received it. At the time of visit one part of the restaurant AC was working and the other part/ area was hot. Our server was nice but the situation she was placed in was out of her control. Some of the food did not come out all at once. Once the food had come we were ready to go. They do not honor Birthday celebration at this location but due to the service we had my guest birthday dinner was waved from email they received from Juicy Crab.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Juicy Crab@ Stonecrest, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. Much of this can be attributed to the outstanding service provided by the restaurant manager, Katina. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and valued as customers. Throughout the meal, Katina was attentive to our needs, checking in on us regularly and ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. Their knowledge of the menu and wine list was impressive, and they were able to offer thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Perhaps most importantly, Katina demonstrated a genuine passion for their work and a commitment to excellence that was truly inspiring. Their leadership was evident in the way that they interacted with their team and the attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of our meal. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Katina and the level of service that they provided. It's clear that they are a true asset to Juicy Crab@ Stonecrest, and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

I’m a truck driver, that was craving a crab boil! I stopped at this location because it was in route and i decided to give it a try I parked my truck without the trailer in the their parking lot, ordered my food! Spent $80 bucks! Waited in my truck as the food was prepared! Got my food and tried to enjoy my crab boil when I looked out of my window and saw a sticker that they put on my window talking about they will violate me and charge me $1000 for parking there! What a disgraceful thing to do to someone that’s just passing by and decided to support your business! None of the other Juicy crab locations had a problem with my truck being in the parking lot (with no trailer) I’ll just spend my money where I’m appreciated it! This place is a joke! Do you know hard it is to remove a sticker from the window at that height, it’s 13ft tall! I still have sticker residue on my window! NEVER AGAIN!
