Had a great cleaning with Melissa. Her professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout my appointment. She was also very personable and warm. I have only had Dr. Hamel for the final checkup until this appointment. At this appointment Dr. Vita did the final checkup. He was as friendly and warm as Dr. Hamel. You can’t go wrong with with either dentist and, again, Melissa is a terrific hygienist! My teeth feel and look fantastic!

What a wonderful experience from initial setting of appointment, to education received from both staff and Dr Hamel himself. Did not feel rushed, time was taken to explain different options and how to approach care needed. The office has the latest technologies and was very impressed with the cleanliness throughout. This dentist office is the stuff of dreams! I know that sounds like an oxymoron but I absolutely loved my first visit today. The building is beautiful, spacious and clean, with a more homey ambience, not like dr offices of the past. Everyone was sweet and engaging, beginning at the receptionist desk. The hygienist was personable & thorough and the dentist was nice, professional but not stuffy. I really love their approach to mouth health and intend to stay with them as a patient for life.

Great experience with Dr. Hamel! He is extremely patient, understanding and detailed. I have held off having any work performed in my mouth due to feeling uncomfortable at other dentist offices. John explained everything in depth as he was finished with the examination. Not only John, but everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant and kind.

Dr John Hamel and the staff are wonderful! It’s such a relief to find a Biological Dentist that I can trust to safely remove my amalgam fillings. I wish there were more dentists that had the knowledge and training to do this, but I’ll happily drive 3.5 hours from Huntsville , AL for the peace of mind knowing it’ll be done the right way!
