Medi- Toes / Phenomenal Phalanges definitely exceeded my expectations today. I found her on Google then did my due diligence& checked out her IG, I’m so glad I did. Services are by appointment only & so worth it, she also offers mobile pedicure services as well. She takes her time & really takes pride in the work she does. Her salon location is very spacious & well kept. I got a basic pedicure with gel polish and was so blown away I already have my next appointment booked. Hopefully I have found my new go to pedicure spot. Thank You, my phalanges look amazing!

Quan pours her heart and soul into her nail services and you can tell. Wonderful experience, she’s so friendly and we had great conversations while getting my nails done. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

My first time here and Quan made me feel right at home! I’m very thankful my google search led me directly to her after my move from NC! Quan is amazing! Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding! My sister and I just happened to be in Douglasville doing some shopping and we stumbled upon her salon and we are so glad that we did!! This was our first visit and definitely will not be our last! I love my French manicure, it’s the best one I’ve ever had and I love my baby blue toes! My nails needed to look professional for a photo shoot for my job and Quan definitely made it happen!! Great atmosphere and felt so comfortable with her and Sierra(sorry if I got her name wrong but she was my sisters mail tech)!

UPDATED 09/30… I had an appointment at 3:20p I arrived at 3:18p and called to be let into the suite. I was asked to give 10 minutes as she was finishing up with a client. At 3:40p, I texted to ensure she hadn’t forgotten me….no response. At 3:48p, I requested a cancel/refund for today. I drive 30 minutes one way…and hour trip and I waited almost 30 minutes. All I was offered was an apology for the inconvenience. This is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL, especially when you are required to pay in advance. Please be mindful of others time and plans. PREVIOUS REVIEW… My FIRST visit and FIRST time getting gel polish (cured). I walked in and told to sit on “the throne”. The raised section made for a one person pedicure. You walk up about two small steps. I cannot even type the LEVEL OF CARE service she provided. But I will leave you with this… when I asked how long the gel last, she said for about a month. Now, I’m a every 2-3 week person. Quan said unless it’s for a polish change, otherwise she didn’t do her job! <claps hands>

Quan is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring!!! She went above and beyond to treat my nails and perfect exactly what I wanted. This is a very relaxing environment with great service. She deserves 10 Stars!!!

Very great place to get your nails done. I will be going back to them. So proud I found an American to do my nails and feet. Cierra and Quan made me feel so welcome like I had been going there for years…. I love this place
