I
had
an
appointment
at
3:20p
I
arrived
at
3:18p
and
called
to
be
let
into
the
suite.
I
was
asked
to
give
10
minutes
as
she
was
finishing
up
with
a
client.
At
3:40p,
I
texted
to
ensure
she
hadn’t
forgotten
me….no
response.
At
3:48p,
I
requested
a
cancel/refund
for
today.
I
drive
30
minutes
one
way…and
hour
trip
and
I
waited
almost
30
minutes.
All
I
was
offered
was
an
apology
for
the
inconvenience.
This
is
UNACCEPTABLE
and
UNPROFESSIONAL,
especially
when
you
are
required
to
pay
in
advance.
Please
be
mindful
of
others
time
and
plans.

getting
gel
polish
(cured).
I
walked
in
and
told
to
sit
on
“the
throne”.
The
raised
section
made
for
a
one
person
pedicure.
You
walk
up
about
two
small
steps.
I
cannot
even
type
the
LEVEL
OF
CARE
service
she
provided.
But
I
will
leave
you
with
this…
when
I
asked
how
long
the
gel
last,
she
said
for
about
a
month.
Now,
I’m
a
every
2-3
week
person.
Quan
said
unless
it’s
for
a
polish
change,
otherwise
she
didn’t
do
her
job!
