This is a Great jeweler! And here in our own community. My jewelry looks brand new after a seamless repair. They are timely, Courteous, cheerful, friendly, accommodating, professional, and very reasonable. It’s easy to see why the business is established, and has thrived since 1917. They could easily compete and win hands-down if set side by side with any other such fine artist.

Guy and his wife are so thoughtful and capable, with careful explanations of engagement rings/diamonds (e.g. history, industry, pricing, pros and cons of each material- making sure we understood and made a well informed purchase that actually reflected our wants and needs), and intentional follow up on sizing and ring maintenance (way better than if we simply purchased a ring online that often offers poor follow up service). I always take my wedding ring here for what I think they call a tune up…check the prongs & buff it to a sparkling shine. My ring looks brand new every time. Great service & great prices! I won’t take it anywhere else

Guy was wonderful! His customer service is off the charts. I found a wedding band online and was nervous to buy it online without seeing it. Guy put my mind at ease and offered me a full refund if I didn't like it, when other jewelry shops said final sale! I love the band btw!

I went to Ballard and Ballard to have a custom wedding ring made. My mom gave me her old wedding ring from my dad who passed away, along with a broch from my great grandma. We used those diamonds to make the new custom wedding ring. We met Guy who was super friendly and knowledgable. He drew different pictures of different designs that would be good using the diamonds we brought in. After choosing the design Guy got crafting on our wedding ring. Guy did an awesome job designing a custom wedding ring for my wife. It really looks amazing and I was so happy with the result. I am really glad I went to Guy at Ballard because I think other corporare chain places like Jared or the Jewelry Exchange would not have done as good of a job. Guy was super friendly and smart about our diamonds and ring designs. I really recommend going to Ballard instead of any other place.
