I was experiencing some discomfort due to wax build up recently and thankfully Dr Sham managed to fit me in over his busy weekend. Honestly… Best money I've spent! I actually went in early, happy to wait for my appointment time, but he saw me straight away. Firstly, he took me through how the build up actually takes place and techniques to avoid it in the future. Secondly, he used a video camera which was amazing! It shows the real time footage once inserted in to the ear; the macro lens pin points all the areas that need to be worked on with suction hoover. Took 10 mins to unblock two ears, and it didn't hurt (only tickled). He was so friendly, helpful and kind. I will definitely be coming back once a year. Highly recommend!

Sham gave me confidence that he would test my hearing properly and find hearing aids that would vastly improve my day to day life. He has been caring for my ears regularly fortwo years, now, and is , always, patient and pleasant. I should be happy to recommend him to anyone.

I had been suffering from a blocked ear and wanted to get it sorted as soon as possible. Sham was friendly and was able to fit me in between patients specially as it was a day off for me. Sham explained about my ears and how the procedure works. It didn't hurt and I could definitely see a difference in my hearing afterwards and it was fascinating seeing my ears before and after on the screen. I suffered an ear infection when returning from holiday and after seeing the practice nurse was advised to have treatment .Sham responded to my text message the same day and kindly gave up his lunch break to fit me in a few days later. Sham was brilliant! He showed me how my ears were before he began the treatment and explained to me, what will be done to make them back to normal. Before COVID I used to have my ears syringed at my GP surgery, but they stopped doing it and were recommending The Hearing Clinic. I made an appointment at The Leighton Road Surgery in Leighton Buzzard. Mr Rashid is a pleasant man and was very professional. He started by explaining, with the help of computer diagrams, why wax forms in the ears and what causes build up. He also showed me the inside of my ears, which seemed quite scary. I could see how blocked they were. He fully explained the suction technique he uses and cleared my ears. Since having this done I have found that I do not need the sound on the TV so high, and my hearing seems a bit better. I would definitely recommend his clinic.

I was directed to Sham from ‘re-sound ‘ as my original supplier went into administration. How lucky to have found Sham , I have visited him 3 times now - excellent professional and kind service. I travel from Bedford and feel it is worth the drive to feel happy, safe and confident. I highly recommend .

Sham, the audiologist, provided an excellent service. He explained the causes of my hearing problem in detail and how he intended to solve the problem. The treatment was efficient, painless and very effective. I will definitely return to him if I have further ear problems. Great service and value for money.

My appointment was on time and Dr Sham put me immediately at ease by an explanation of what was involved in my treatment by the use of a camera. The before and after pictures were amazing. Importantly, treatment was pain free! Dr Sham was at all times courteous and respectful.

Having never been to a hearing clinic before I was nervous and apprehensive. I needn’t have been! Sham was brilliant! Explained everything and put me at ease immediately. Overall a really great service! Well worth the 5 stars!

I visit The Hearing Clinic twice a year and the treatment is always carried out speedily and efficiently. Everything is explained and Sham puts you at your ease throughout the visit. Although I have to travel to get to the Clinic I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first visit to an Audiologist, and I cannot thank Sham enough for the time and effort he put into the appointment. My husband accompanied me, and we both left with a good understanding of what we need to do to improve and maintain good ear health. After Sham removed the wax (that I now understand I’ve spent my entire life compacting against my eardrum), and I’ve followed this up with the recommended aftercare to help clear my sinuses, I can happily report an improvement in some of the symptoms that I had grown to consider ‘normal’. I highly recommend a visit!

Sham was great and very professional throughout the process! First time I got my ears cleaned so I was a bit nervous but Sham explained everything so well and calmed/reassured me. The process didn't take long at all, he also showed me before and after which was interesting to see. I would 100% recommend Sham to anyone due to excellent service & affordable prices.

Easy to find, lots of parking around the area for easy access, staff on the front desk very helpful pointing you in the right area to wait. Dr Sham was very friendly and easy to talk to he definitely knew what he was on about and the equipment is great he shows you inside your ear before and after treatment, very pleased with my treatment and will definitely be going back.

This was my third year I have made an appointment with Sham to have Microsuction treatment for ear wax removal. On each occasion Sham has been very professional, caring and friendly and I have been completely satisfied with my treatments. Sham uses a camera to show a before and after treatment which was visible on a screen for me to see. I have recommended Sham to a couple of friends and will continue to have no hesitation in recommending his service, which my GP practice stopped providing 3 years ago.

I have visited Sham on a number of occasions to monitor and check my ear health. Given that I have challenges with my sinuses it is important to me to get my ears checked. Sham is a fantastic Audiologist & Ear care specialist, the welcome is warm and sincere, he explains everything before hand and is very gentle performing the procedures.
