    Absolute joke of a place, you’re always left on waiting told to wait for a call that never happens. Doctors waste your time saying they’ll call shortly and never do. It’s an endless cycle of waiting and wasting time! Some of us have work and lives to get on with and can’t hang about waiting for a call that never happens. Wish they would go back to old nhs ways of testing was much simpler easy and actually efficient!

    Wait for ages on the waiting list, receive a text to confirm the time they will call to discuss consultation then they call whenever. Don't miss a call folks!Drop everything and wait for the phone or you'll get put at the back of the list. I get the health services are stretched, trying to get any health advice or service is ridiculous. Can't knock the receptionist who was very understanding shame the nurse wasn't. Thought this clinic was ment to help people.

    I have been on the sayanna press from when icash was Brook for 4 years, I have been trying to get through to you for the past few weeks to get more as I have ran out. My injection is now overdue as I have not been able to speak to anybody due to being on hold for up to an hour and when the dial tone starts no one answers the phone and I get put back on hold so I have to give up.

    First of all would like to say staff were very friendly and great when it came to my anxiety! However the reason for my three star review today is due to the toilet and for my bandage. The toilet where I was told to do my urine sample was packed up with loo roll and there was urine all over the toilet seat. It is tricky to do a sample in a clean toilet, so a dirty one is not very inviting. Secondly my bandage was done up SO tight my arm went blue towards the evening. I have undone it and re wrapped it so it is more comfortable and the colour is returning to my arm! Overall I found the waiting list for the implant to be reasonable, I never had issues with waiting for the phone, it was just the cleaning of the toilet and the tightness of my bandage!

    Ella is amazing - the most helpful advice and care I’ve ever had for contraceptive care. Service is often busy as other reviews have mentioned but in the years I’ve been speaking with them they’ve never done anything other than their best to make sure they could get me sorted. Much faster and more thorough than my GP and much more caring

    I have mixed opinions. Getting an appointment is hard. You need to call at 8.30 am sharp. Who answer the phone is not welcoming at all. And they do not look at you with a supportive mindset. You have the feeling of being dismissed. On the contrary doctors are very good. And they are competent and really supportive to patients. I believe that from a booking point of view there should be a better process.

    Poor. You get added to a 3 month waiting list before you even get GIVEN an appointment. Treated as if you are some kind of inconvience. No support, no care, no compassion.

    Staff today were so friendly, caring and helpful. I had a coil implanted today and felt faint after but staff took extra time to make sure I was okay before letting me go. There were reassuring the whole time and very supportive. Thank you to all staff I saw today. The only negative was initially trying to call to get an appointment as it took me quite a few tries to get through to speak to someone.

    Had an implant fitted today with Dr Chakrabarti and Nurse Karen, both were lovely and made sure I was well informed of the procedure and that any questions I had were answered. I went on a Friday afternoon and it was very quiet, I was seen straight away. Reception staff were welcoming. When I initially called up to make this appt my call was answered shortly and then I was asked a series of questions before being booked in for the following week. All round a very quick and positive service.

    Visited this afternoon to have coil removed. Staff are really friendly, polite & the nurse who removed my coil was lovely. Totally recommend if you are unable to get an appointment with your Gp

    Everytime I've tried to call I'm always sat waiting for more than half an hour on a call before they answer, doesn't matter what time off day I call. When they do answer they are so helpful

    Absolute joke of a service! You cannot make an appointment in advance so are told to call on the day at 8:30 sharp. If your not quick enough you just get told call back tomorrow. If you do get through to make an appointment they tell you someone will call you at some point today but can't provide a time frame as to when exactly and never call anyway. You will waste your day waiting for a call that will never happen. A bit of clarity would be nice. The receptionists are liars and rude and will do anything to get rid of you. It really feels like they just can't be bothered there at all. The place should be shut down as it's not fit for purpose. If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid this place at all cost!

    I have given 5 stars for the experience I have had in direct relation to a health adviser here by the name of Callista. I have asked her for lots of information, sometimes very detailed, Callista has always given me confident and accurate information, if there’s something she isn’t sure of, she finds out the answer rather than second guessing it. She has maintained contact with me until we get where we need to go. Callista has helped me reach solutions that will look after my health. She has made a difference, she is very thorough, caring and professional. People like this, working in this field are a huge asset to a sector of healthcare that is often not praised.
