My daughter was invited to a party here and it is such a lovely place. All the staff were smiling, friendly, happy and helpful, the place was immaculate, the toilets were clean and nice, there was a lovely atmosphere overall. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but nothing that warrants less than 5 stars overall. Everything is nicely laid out and the kids absolutely loved it!

10/10. Can't fault this place. We have been to so many soft plays in the Midlands and this is now our fav one! Shame we live in South Leicester ( hint hint get one in Leicester or northanpton) honestly great place, awesome soft play with a variety of slides, ball pits, football, fancy dress shops and more! Even a huge section for under 4's. 2.5hours play for our session(would prefer longer) food was nice from the venue. Drinks a little pricey. Overall highly recommended

We had our son’s 3rd birthday party here this weekend and we couldn’t be happier! The party planning team were so helpful right from the beginning and Adam, our party host, was absolutely amazing on the day. He welcomed all the kids and parents, set up the themed jungle room to perfection and made sure everyone was having a great time throughout. The kids had a brilliant time on the soft play (as did the adults!) and really enjoyed the jungle room with the light up dance floor and beautifully hand painted walls. Adam looked after us from beginning to end, made sure all the kids were having a blast and were well fed (good choice of food options too), organised the cake cutting and made the birthday boy feel really special with his own throne to sit on! The play equipment itself is very clean and looked well maintained, with plenty of activities for kids of all ages. The cafe serves a wide variety of food and drink, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again - thanks for a great experience, especially to Adam!

We decided to have our daughter's third birthday party at Safari MK on 3rd of December. It was very busy inside, but even so, the manager Alex helped us to find some tables for our celebration. The lovely young lady working at reception next to Alex was very helpful all evening. I must say all the guests and us were impressed with the service at Safari MK. This was the second time coming here, but we definitely are going to visit them more often. Absolutely amazing service. The ladies that were making sure the tables and areas around were clean, were so polite and patient and always smiling. We were impressed!

My 20 month old twins had a very good day here , food was good and the place wasn’t crowded since it is January.. could easily spend a whole day here .. only downsides were the place did need a good clean and allot of the kitchen items were missing and the kitchen sets /displays was broken so looked abit run down ..the place do need new things but the children had a lot of fun for their first time using the Place

I took my 6yo ASD son here and he absolutely LOVED it. This is the first time I saw him non stop play in a soft play centre. There's so much to do and everything is maintained to great standards. I had fun too! Thank you Safari MK. We will be back :)

Safari MK was simply phenomenal. Where I come from there's nothing that exist like this at home. My two kids age 3+5 had a whale of a time! Non stop fun! Love that everywhere is clean and everyone must wear socks! There were lots of things for kids to do- ball pits, imaginative play fire station and construction area(with dress up props) and interactive games. There's a baby park for kids under 4 and then a big kid park for the older ones. We loved the magnetic blocks-seemed a big hit for sensory kids (or kids on the spectrum) who aren't into imaginative play. I definitely felt we got our money's worth maybe MORE! It was 10/10 and we will definitely visit again when we're in MK. Food was good too! I recommend the nachos! 👍🏾

Been here many times for children's birthday parties. The staff are young but polite and work well with the children. The facilities are great for the kids and they have various things such as soft play, self propelled karts, football, and more. For kids birthday parties it is probably one of the best places in Milton Keynes, and I have had the "pleasure" of experiencing most of them.

Very nice and tidy place to play for toddlers and kids. Separate play area for toddlers and small children. Lots of parking space available. Surprisingly board games are also available. Good amount of food and drink options are also available. Highly recommended place to take all age children.

We had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here after school on a Friday… it was everything a party should be! Super easy for the parents and super fun for the kids! I rocked up with party bags and cake and Safari MK did everything else, and did a great job of it! I couldn’t rate our party host Laura highly enough! She was so attentive and the kids loved her (and did everything she asked them - can i borrow her?! 🤣) Lots of nice little touches i wasn’t expecting either! Would definitely do a party here again and recommend to anyone else! Thanks everyone!

We had my sons birthday here with the laser tag party and it was brilliant. All 15 of them loved it with the added bonus that all the adults could join in too! Was lovely to have the whole place to ourselves. Our party hosts Laura & Charlotte were great with the kids keeping them engaged and were on hand for any help. Thoroughly recommend.

I booked the Princess and prince birthday party for my 2 kids (3&7). They absolutely enjoyed it. Big soft play for various ages to explore. The Party food was also good, I got the adult sharing platter and sandwich platter which everyone enjoyed. The party room was definitely enjoyed by all the kids the costumes were a nice touch. It was a bit stuffy in there as it was quite warm and there was a bit of a weird smell coming from outside when we opened the windows. But apart from that Ainslie our party host was absolutely amazing, even if it was her first party to host she tried to accomodate as best she could. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the smell.

My 6yr old had his birthday party at the MK venue yesterday. The glow in the dark party was a huge hit with the kids and I'm told the warm sausage rolls were incredible....I wouldn't know because the kids demolished them before I could get a look in! CJ our designated party host was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good time. She even spent time with my nephew who has special needs (and can't be left to play unattended) to give us a rest. All in all a great party...but an unforgettable party because of CJ. Thank you again!

Girly afternoon with friends. 3 girls aged 8, 7 and 6. Perfect place for Mums to catch up over a nice coffee or lunch. Somewhere safe for the kids to play and they can’t escape or run off! My niece did get some friction burn however this was dealt with promptly and an accident form was completed. Staff are helpful and professional. Facilities are clean. The menu has a wide variety of food, especially for parents with picky eaters. Great afternoon!

My son had his birthday party at Safari MK and he absolutely loved it. He went for the Superheroes party room and he liked it very much. Our party host was Jade, a lovely person who knew how to talk to little children and she also was in touch with us all the time to explain what’s happening next. Very very helpful I can definitely recommend this place!

We held my grandaughters birthday party. Great place for kids massive softplay. Diffrent rooms with diffrent activities hot and cold food with plenty seating and tables for adults. Upstairs where they hold the partys there was diffrent theme rooms we got the glow in the dark room which was amazeing and they provided glow in the dark hats and gillets cup plates etc. All very well organized with the staff.

We had a glow in the dark party last week for my 8 year old and it was amazing. Everything is done for you so you just choose what you want and turn up. You have to take your own birthday cake but they will cut it up for you and hand it out/ put it in the party bags. Our party host Katelyn was amazing. So friendly and had lots of energy to run around with the birthday boy. We chose the tigers menu and the food was lovely and there was plenty to go around. We will definitely consider safari MK for our next party.

We had a Glow in the Dark party for my 6 year old son here today. The party hosts Katelyn and Tehillah were absolutely amazing, they made the experience for my son wonderful. The interaction with the children was incredible, they ran around the soft play with them, played hide and seek tag with them, they must have been exhausted! Katelyn made sure we had everything we needed at all times, included me in all the decisions made even down to how many pieces I'd like the cakes cut into. I cannot thank her enough for making this day totally stress free for me and an absolute incredible experience for my son. Thank you again. I booked everything online, with the party bags included so it was literally turn up on the day with the cakes. The food was good and there was plenty of it, the party hosts cut up the cake and put that in the party bags so everything was good to go once the party was finished. It was an all round fantastic experience for myself and my son!

Good big soft play area. The under 5s section is a good size with lots to do. My 2 year old daughter also loves the play kitchen/ shop area, play building site area, and firestation area. Not too busy during week days, even after school time. We went on a weekend once and that was a bit too busy for us though! They've just started doing a Thursday afternoon disco which my daughter enjoyed. The guy doing it was good and had lots of energy!

We had a laser party at Safari MK hosted by Adam and I have to say it was the best party I have been to in a very long time. His energy was absolutely amazing and he got both kids and adults involved . It was definitely unexpected in a great way. We all had an amazing time. Adam was fun, helpful, engaging and full of good vibes. Definitely recommend him for a party!

We hired MK safari for a 6th birthday laser tag, the set up is great, though I do think having the actual food and cake would be better in a room rather than in the middle of the seating area amongst the chaos on a Saturday evening which it is manic… The timings work really well, it wasn’t rushed and everything is organised well, laser tag is started after food and a quick play on the soft play frame, and lots of games had Our party host Charlie was amazing, lovely helpful, really organised and a really great host, nothing was too much and got super involved the kids loved him, he joined in and had fun and helped the birthday boy too … everyone raved about him and really likeable host - highly recommend having him as your laser tag host Thanks for a great party Charlotte (mum)

Softplay itself is good all round, a bit expensive for adults during peak time but very clean and nice and new. Unfortunately let down by poor parking availability, tiny spaces, which aren't ideal for anyone with babies. Not particularly accessible for pushchairs generally, let alone the double one we would require, we just carried the girls in on this occasion but I probably wouldn't be able to visit if it was this busy and I was on my own. Food looked fine but was so slow, we didn't bother, took the best part of 20 minutes to get two coffees and a not very nice fridge cake. Staff were hurrying around trying to keep track of orders but it didn't seem to be working. The restaurant area would also benefit from self-busting for trays as many tables were just left once parties had left as there wasn't anywhere to put anything. Tiny things that let it down.
