Some good products, not enough staff on the shop floor when we went and there was a lot of standing around and waiting.

Always fully stocked. Wish the tanks were bigger. The fish looked cramped.

This is inside of the biggest garden centres I know and the aquatics are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and you can get all you need here. And besides, you can browse round the gorgeous garden centre at the same time and have cuppa n cake.

Honestly been ruined, really enjoyed this branch but the people working there have changed or lost interest in dealing with customers. I bought frogs multiple years ago from this branch which was a great experience, now when it came time to surrender them (seemed like the right thing to do, give them to a store which stocks them) they were very cold and seemed like all they wanted me to do was leave after that... I won't be shopping here again and will be visiting another branch instead.

We brought 6 comet fish from here recently that have infected our 5 year old goldfish and shubunkin killing one and leaving another ill that we are struggling to cure. When the young man in Maidenhead aquatics caught the fish we brought there was one that looked like it had ulcers and fungus. I told the man to make sure I didn't get that one now I wish I hadn't brought any!!!

Daughter wanted some new shrimp for her fish tank. Good choice but some were very expensive.
