Staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter was having a nose bleed on arrival, and they helped with tissues, etc. Rooms, as always, are perfect. Bar of chocolate and note in the room was a perfect little touch.

Fabulous morning chef who catered for our vegan family members very well. He was friendly, helpful, welcoming and jolly! Thank you! The rooms were, as usual, clean and comfortable. The shower was only a dribble which was the only downer.

This is a new hotel in a good location. The only reason for giving 3 stars is the heat of the rooms. As others have stated the rooms are hot! When you insert the card you can only reduce the thermostat to 19 degrees. When you leave the room it defaults to 24.5. Over night it also defaults to 24.5. This would be such a simple fix. The Building Management System (BMS) just needs reconfiguring. Because of the height of the hotel (we were on the top 9th floor), no windows open. Shame we visited when it was warm outside as the entire hotel and restaurant is immaculate and staff fantastic, the heat in the rooms just let's it down. Maybe in the winter this would be OK. Please fix it Premier Inn!

A disappointing return visit to this hotel. As with most Premier inns recently it appears to be more revenue focused than customers. Room rates have increased considerably as have the meal package. On this visit I used a nearby Wetherspoons as the food quality is equal but a fraction of the cost. The room was clean and warm, however the shower was tepid and so noisy I must have woken the whole floor. Although probably not the hotels responsibility the area by the entrance was filthy with discarded food wrappers and cigarette ends. Having been a regular user of Premier Inn I am now starting to look for alternative locations most of which are now on a similar cost but with a more customer focus ethos.

Room was clean and nice wish I could open a window as a/c is not for me. Went for breakfast offered vegan sausage and bacon later came back and said 'sorry we're out' thought I had vegan bacon last night there so.... 🤷

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, Kettle tea coffee. T.V. Shower / Bathroom. Good sized restaurant. Breakfasts a little pricey, but eat as much as you want. One of the newest we have stayed in .

Car parking cost was a joke plus we had someone above us who kept us up most of the night. Spend a few more £ on a hotel Inc parking

Got a parking fine as there is only like 10 spaces for the hotel and hundreds of spaces around it that are only for permit holders between 7-8:30

The location is perfect for being next to the station. Rooms are big enough and clean. What always makes me laugh is how the toilet paper is offered - like being at school! Reception offers you a digital check in if you don’t like talking to humans or you want to support the reduction of human jobs. There are two friendly people at reception on the first floor. There are 9 floors! I stayed in 715 for one night in November = £91. The bar and restaurant underneath the hotel is conveniently placed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Good range of drinks and food choice. I was really disappointed with the the quality of the food, but it’s the Premier Inn. And why do we assume everyone wants a burger on the menu? Would stay again, but I am consciously trying to find alternatives.

I have stayed in Premier Inn in Milton Keynes Central twice now and both stays were pretty similar in terms of experience. The first stay was back in April and the latest one was in December. Room 5/5 In both occasions, the room was clean with good décor and contained everything that one needs in a hotel room – coffee, tea making facilities, hair dryer, hangers etc. I especially liked the choice of pillows. Nice touch with providing toiletries in the bathroom. Sleep 2.5/5 You need to allow people to switch off the air con/heating and not set the minimal temperature. On both visits I found the room to be far too hot to sleep in. I followed the instructions and turned it off but it would come on again and again during the night. The buzzing noise really interfered with my sleep. Also, not everyone like to sleep in 19 degrees warm room so either allow to lower the temperature to the guests preference or do not set the minimal temperature so when I switch it off, it stays off. Having a room where the window would not open did not help either. Location 5/5 Great spot, close to the train station and town centre. Food 3/5 On the first visit, I have not pre-booked anything and went downstairs for an evening meal, I ordered a veggie burger and that was one of the best burgers I had in a long time, however, on the second visit, I booked my stay with breakfast included and that was somewhat mediocre. No veggie sausage or veggie bacon was available. Really sad looking tomatoes on display. Croissants were nice and soft but the rest was average. Overall, an OK stay with great location, my only criticism that brought the scores down was the room temperature that affected my quality of the sleep and breakfast.

Lovely welcoming staff. Bed so comfortable, lovely and clean. Very pleased with our stay. The only disappointment was only 2 teabags for 2 people, no cup of tea for the morning, otherwise would have been 10 out of 10!

Nice clean room, great bed. Good restaurant attached which did great meals and even stayed open for my last minute order. 10mins walk from the station. What more can you want!

Well kept premier inn very clean and tidy. Friendly team in reception and restaurant. Good selection for breakfast. The only thing that let it down were the eggs. Slept well bed comfy. The bathroom was very clean. Good size tv.

No issue with my room , location was ok, I didn’t mind the short walk to other venues. Booking in was easy and pleasant, asking for help or advice well let’s stop there , they advertise a deal with bar and block in the rooms but can’t tell you what’s involved with that , you have to visit bar and block and look at the special £26 menu . Then return to reception and pay for the offer at premier inn? Not bar and block ? Which means going back and forth upstairs a few times as reception isn’t on the ground floor. I presented a menu to the clueless staff so the next person doesn’t have to go through what I did . A bit of common sense wouldn’t go a miss. Know your offers / deals , Plus the begging of five star reviews posters everywhere is very off putting.

There's a reason they beg for 5 Star reviews. The rooms are not clean. They do not change your sheets or clean your rooms even when you request them to. The shower pressure is extremely low. There's a reason Moxy is always sold out. Stay at your own risk, basically. They charge you for way more than they offer. It's a basic cheap hotel with a luxury high price.

I stayed at the Premier Inn in Milton Keynes Central for 2 nights this week, which also happened to be my first visit to a Premier Inn. The reception team were very friendly and helpful at all times. Especially when I requested for the air conditioning to be left on all night and a shower mat. The location of the hotel is very good, with the train station being so close and a Sainsbury's. Glad that my first experience at a Premier Inn is a memorable one, and of course would recommend anyone to stay at this particular one if planning on staying in Milton Keynes.
