This hotel carpark is managed by a third party, as 4 colleagues checking in at midnight we all got directed to the screen to pay for parking and we all charged different rates. The hotel staffs answer it is nothing to do with them. After visiting over 150 premium inns this year this is the only site I've ever known to be using this rubbish carpark firm. The staff then gave me the key to another guests room! It was just chaotic. There are plenty of other premier inns in the area.

Amazing environment. I didn’t stay here for the hotel but for eating only with my friends. The food was great. The place was not really spacious but was comfy. Eating while you look at the peaceful lake. There are indoor and outdoor area here. When the weather is nice, sitting outdoor has the best view.

Really helpful and friendly staff, Tracy who checked us in sorted us out when the parking meter wouldn't accept the discount code. Our standard room was lovely, had a comfy bed and decent shower, all very clean. If you bring a hdmi cable you can connect to the TV and watch anything you fancy. The basic WiFi is a little slow but nothing a personal hot spot can't solve.

Really friendly helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The shower was great. Loved that it had a detachable shower head. Very nice toiletries. Breakfast was yummy next door.

Not happy having to pay for parking especially when your staying overnight. They say it’s nothing to do with them but they won’t hesitate to inform the parking services your staying there this lets the place down

A lovely space to stay whilst visiting friends. Can tell the hotel is new as well decorated and maintained throughout. Breakfast (at the brewers fayre next door) was okay but not as good as usual standards, could be due to them catering to walk ins as well and the volume of people. Would stay again!

Great location for parkrun and start of twin lakes 20. Could just roll out of bed to the start. Brand new hotel, extremely clean and quiet. All modern facilities. Only negative is you have to pay for parking. check in first and you get a discount code. Approx £4 a night.

I liked the room we stayed in it was one of the newly updated ones meaning a nicer shower area and newer TV with connectivity options. The location is ideal for Willen Lake visitors and it is about a 12 minute drive from the Centre MK. There is a Brewers Fayre on location if you chose to eat and not travel into the centre. Parking is chargeable and reasonable and there are lot more bays than the Premier Inn hotels closer to town. Friendly check in stafg and overall I would stay there again.

Nice hotel and nice staff but the rooms are way too stuffy! The window doesn't open and the air conditioning lowest setting is 19° so claustrophobic! Woke up with a really stuffy nose and headache. Didn't sleep well at all. Need to have windows that open for fresh air!

I paid £40 for a premier plus room for an overnight stay here after my holiday abroad. We arrived extremely late, approx 02:30am. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff and went to our room without issue. The room was great, very clean and well decorated. I was very happy with the king size bed. My only problem is that, for some weird reason, the AC system turns off once the temp has been reached and it doesn’t then come back on. I find things like this very frustrating… I would still return

I stayed here for a night during the company Christmas party and I was very impressed with the quality of the room. The bed was really comfortable and I had a great sleep. The check-in and checkout prices were also seamless

Simply loved my Premier Inn Plus Room! Great toiletries, power shower-with plenty of hot water. Expresso coffee machine, mini-fridge. Super comfy bed. Upgraded rooms are on 3rd floor, with lift. Room also has air-con/heating control. Hairdryer and iron. Arm chair and foot stool. No complaints - spot on. Please note that there is discounted chargeable parking (card only). I only stayed one night £3.96....hotel will assist you with payment. Machine is outside. Put in your car reg and amount of time with discount code, enter mobile number for a receipt. Also noticed electric car charging points. I cannot comment on the breakfast. WILL STAY AGAIN 😊. Good location too.

One of the better Premier Inns we have visited, located in the lake area. Loads of parking outside, although it is chargeable (albeit you can get a code from the Premier Inn to reduce the cost significantly!) Our family room was plenty big enough, clean, and there was a member of staff on hand down at reception on the couple of occasions we needed someone. Not much else significant to note about the Premier inn as it sort of feels like they are all made and look pretty much the same way!!

No issues with Premier Inn as always - This one is situated next to the lake and not far from the shops, park etc. Evening meal next door was on par for the price paid. Breakfast booked through Premier Inn was also in the restaurant, absolutely faultless and great selection to start the day perfectly. Parking was charged but not bad with the Premier Inn discount code provided.

Hotel good, modern, comfy bed and room clean. Can only give 3 stars due to the awful Brewers Fayre next door. Went in at 9.45 would not serve food, when we looked round the restaurant, every empty table had used food plates and glasses on it. Food on the floor, it was like the waiting staff had just upped sticks and left. Food prep area looked grubby and we could see overflowing bins. What a shame as lovely new building it could be great, but looked badly run.

Paying for parking is an ordeal. Go to reception first, take a note of the code and then go to parking meter which is just to the right of the entrance to the hotel. Any problems and go in and ask a member of staff. Also check once you have paid that the machine hasn't taken your payment twice. Nice hotel and good staff.
