I went on a work trip that was booked for me. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are fantastic and the views are great as well. The check-in was quite long and the checkout was even worse. I was trying to leave in a bit of a rush and had to wait in a nearly 20 minute queue. This is just unacceptable in the morning to be quite honest. There were only two members of staff and everything seems to take a long time check out as well as checking, this should be a really simple and easy process. I really enjoy my stay overall and we go again in fact I’m there next week

Lovely hotel. Cannot fault it. Great location, clean and comfortable. Parking is available at a discounted price which needs to be validated at the hotel when checking out so keep your ticket on hand. The car was safe the entire trip. The breakfast was lovely and freshly made. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will visit again and recommend to our friends and family. Thank you.

I'm so glad I chose this hotel. It stands out in the skyline and is every bit as classy on the inside as it is on the outside. A lovely, air-conditioned entrance lobby greets you with a feel of quality. Check-in was easy, and the staff were lovely. A choice of 3 lifts, but the one on the right has an external view as you ascend. The room was lovely. Very spacious. We had a family room, which just meant a sofa bed was made up for the little one. We were on the 11th floor, meaning we had a great view of the park, etc. My only grumble would be that the overhead shower isn't that powerful and doesn't seem to drench you. However, the hand-held shower made up for it. There's a bar/restaurant on the 14th floor, but this didn't seem child friendly (which is fine). Overall, really liked this hotel and would recommend.

Only down side to this hotel is you have to pay for parking and you can hear people in the hallway. Other than that a really nice hotel. Best in Milton Keynes. Can be very busy if there's a wedding on. Almost forget.. the bar and restaurant veiws are brilliant.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, (when I fell in reception). The bar and breakfast is located in the roof top bar which has lovely views. The rooms are very clean and stylish. Good location central in the town.

Had a birthday party for a family member in the private room at Fourteen (amazing views!). The service was fantastic all around, particularly with Dom, who was incredibly attentive, pleasant, and visibly took pride in making sure that we were well accommodated. Hats off!

We booked La Tour over the weekend for a much needed getaway and was impressed how immaculate everything was, from clean standard size room to great customer service. The restaurant is located on the 14th floor with an amazing view. We went up for a drink in the evening, the atmosphere was amazing. Breakfast was second to none! with so much choice from continental to a range of croissants, fruits, cold meats and many more. A must have!. Will definitely book again and highly recommend if you're staying in Milton Keynes. Shopping centre is literally a few steps away. You can also go to escape where you find a range of activities from ice skating, cinema and many restaurants. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, clean and bright and the views are so good. Even if you don't get the Campbell Park View, the night view of the city with the lights are just as beautiful. Good location as theatre district & Xscape are walking distance so wide variety of restaurants & entertainment. Parking is good as well as there are lots of spaces. Hotel staff friendly, rooms clean and so comfortable. Had breakfast in the hotel and wide variety of choice food & drink wise, which was all so delicious. If anyone wants to book the diner in there, note to do it way in advance as it gets booked quickly. Would definitely stay again & and recommend it to anyone 👍🏼

Visited in February 2023. Booked a room from the hotel website with the offer, then was charged more and still can not get my money back. Hotel itself nice and modern. Roof top bar views are just amazing.

Very comfortable rooms and beds. Second time staying here and slept very well both times. Could be more hot drinks choices in the rooms and the shower pressure/temperature was not good the second time staying. Good choice at breakfast and the fourteenth floor bad is a lovely place to eat/get a drink. All round a great hotel with just a couple of things letting it down slightly.

Nice large hotel in the centre of Milton Keynes. 13 floors plus bar & restaurant on the 14th floor. Decent size rooms with large beds and a good shower. Parking at multi storey next door which also services a large shopping centre. Parking cost me £7. Recommended

Perfect location for the Theatre and shopping, fantastic views from the rooms which are a decent size and clean, with very comfy beds. Ice machines on the landings which is handy, although I couldn't see anything to collect ice in and a milk dispenser might have been more useful. Sadly no fridge in the rooms and the showers are just not powerful enough which is a shame as otherwise 5 stars.

I will review only the restaurant side of this hotel. Food had great taste but a little bit overpriced. Wellington beef was decent and some of the dessert were really good - Rumbaba. The staff was very friendly and professional, the restaurant has a great style and looks fancy, and also has a great view. 4 stars it is.

Nice but needs some work to move up to in stars/points. First issue - you have to pay a £50 room damage deposit...... which you don't get returned immediately - you have to wait a number of days for this. Not impressed with this at all - I mean what sort of guests stay there........?! Never had to do that anywhere else! But nice receptionists assured us we could use the payment to settle any bar or restaurant bill on departure - if only it had been that easy!!!! Room was a good size but 2nd floor view of car park only - with everybody able to see directly into our room unless we closed the curtains - there was no privacy curtain. Not ideal. Only standard teabags - had to request decaf or herbal. No fridge in the room. Bathroom - nice and new. Very low pressure in shower - really needs some oomph added. Nice White Stuff soap and shampoo in large refill bottles but no body lotion at all. There seems to be confusion between hotel and restaurant regarding putting costs to room. Hotel had advised we could and so use the £50 damage deposit I had to pay. Restaurant clearly want money direct to them and didn't want to put it on our room. We pushed for it - eventually they did it. But not without looking bit miffed! Shame as up to that point the restaurant and bar were on top marks. Cocktails were delicious, good selection. Menu for restaurant is really good. We had a lovely meal, really good service, very generous portions and all delicious. Would definitely return to drink and eat. On check out we weren't given the option to use the damage deposit to pay the room charges! All a bit confusing - even the front desk team don't seen to know quite what to do. Might try the hotel again as convenient for theatre - but ask for high room and decent shower!

Check in was seamless for me but I did notice huge queues at other times. Really decent sized rooms with all facilities you'd expect from a 4 star (apart from lack of additional toiletries and suitcase holder). Surprisingly nice view even though it was a gloomy day

My husband and I stayed over yesterday in room 515 and I must say how disappointed we were. We encountered several issues which I will address below: Room only had one bath towel for two adults. The shower was luke warm and no matter how long I ran it for the temperature did not change!! I went to reception to advise them and the young English man said he would send someone up to check and rectify it and upon my return would be updated on the situation. When I returned, I spoke to a another man at reception who was not aware of the issue so had no feedback for me. The shower was still luke warm which after a night out was not what I was expecting or happy about. We called the room service number which just rang out so I had to call reception twice before someone answered, only to be told there was only Margarita Pizza or Cheese and Pickle sandwich we could order!! Apparently you were awaiting a deliver. This is not acceptable!! For what you charge and supposedly offer we would expect the bare minimum and room service items to be available! I ordered two Pizzas and clearly specified two Cokes NOT Diet Coke. So when the order arrived, low and behold two bottles of Diet Coke turned up. When I said I asked for Coke, only then was I told that they did not have any! Shocking!! In the entire hotel you had no Coke!! At this point I may as we'll have just checked into the Premier Inn who would have provided better service and room standards! We noticed the poor quality finish on the wall in the room. Clearing snagging was not a priority. The paintwork was shabby and not cleaned off the wall (pics attached). The wallpaper was coming off the wall in places and in the bathroom the floor was dirty and the shower had black mould/spoor marks between the tiles. I really think this needs to be looked at and housekeeping staff made aware of poor standards. The room itself was sufficient in size and the only plus point was the big comfortable bed. I have never ever been to any hotel who provided tap water in a bottle!! I was truly shocked! For us this is unacceptable and we would have expected a bottle of sealed water at the very least. I would like to hear your comments and lol forward to your reponse.
